Our verdict
HellSpin writes down its withdrawal caps, processing time and bonus rules in numbers, but not who runs it or which licence it holds. A player with a dispute has no named company or regulator to take it to. The weekly cap of €16,000 is about A$26,400 at the €1 = A$1.65 rate our rubric uses.
What it does well

What should give you pause
- No operator name and no licence number in the terms.
- Unfinished verification within two weeks closes the account and confiscates winnings.
- Table and live dealer games do not count towards bonus wagering at all.
- A third-party site using the HellSpin name sends sign-ups to a different casino.
Is HellSpin casino legit?
We cannot confirm it from what HellSpin publishes. Its terms («Effective from: 01.12.2021 / Last updated: 05.08.2024») name no company, address or licence number. «Not disclosed» is not the same as «unlicensed»: it means the casino does not tell players who is responsible for it.
We looked for HellSpin domains in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate register on 11 October 2026 and did not find them in the 70 certificates we could read; 1,517 other certificate pages refused our requests, so the search is incomplete. Other regulators were not checked.
HellSpin's platform sisters Bizzo and National Casino are listed on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate page for licence OGL/2024/590/0758 (TechSolutions Group N.V.; read 12 Oct 2026), whose domain list contains no HellSpin address. We therefore do not carry that licence over to HellSpin.
HellSpin domains and clones
The operator's address depends on where you connect from. On 11 October 2026 hellspin.com sent our Australian connection to hellspin-s.com/en_au and our German connection to a numbered domain. hellspin-s.com was registered on 23 April 2026 and runs the same site configuration as hellspin.com, so we treat it as the operator's own domain. This was one check on one day; the address may change.
hellspin-casinoaus.com is not the operator. It forwards to a WordPress page whose «Sign Up», «Login» and «Play Now» buttons lead, through a tracking link, to the registration page of a different casino (seen from Australia and Germany, 11 Oct 2026). It also shows a «$400 + 150 Free Spins» offer that differs from the one on HellSpin's own site. A Trustpilot profile shown in Australian search results is for this domain; Trustpilot refused our requests, so we quote no reviews from it.
HellSpin withdrawal time and limits
The terms promise processing «as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind that for some payment options, your withdrawal request may take up to 3 days to process». That is the casino's side only; the time your bank or wallet then needs is not covered.
The caps: «The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 4,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per day, 16,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per week and 50,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) per month», with exceptions possible for higher VIP levels. A €40,000 win would therefore take three weeks: €16,000, €16,000 and €8,000 (our arithmetic). «All progressive jackpot winnings will be paid out in full.»
- Minimum withdrawal: «The minimal amount for withdrawal is 10 EUR/USD.»
- Before the first withdrawal: each deposit must be wagered at least 3 times on casino or live casino games (once on sports bets).
- Verification (KYC, identity checks): documents are accepted as photos only, not PDF or scans; a selfie with ID or a phone call may be requested. «If the player fails to complete the required verification procedure within a period of two weeks, the account will be permanently closed and the winnings confiscated.»
- Bank fees: intermediary bank charges «are limited to the equivalent of 16 EUR».
Limits and times for each method sit in the cashier, which opens only after login; we have not read them. Our withdrawal times page quotes the payout clauses of seven other operators, read on 18 September 2026; HellSpin is not among them.
Deposits and cashier
The terms, in their withdrawal section, list Australia among the countries where Visa is not supported: «For Visa, the following countries are not supported: USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore.» PayID was not confirmed in the cashier on 11 October 2026; for casinos where it was, see PayID casinos. HellSpin bonus terms
Every deposit bonus carries 40× wagering, so an A$300 bonus means, by our arithmetic, at least A$12,000 in bets before the bonus money can be withdrawn; the clause does not say whether the deposit counts too. We do not publish bonus codes. Offers shown to Australian visitors on 11 October 2026:

HellSpin app
HellSpin offers an installable web app (PWA — a website saved to the home screen that opens like an app) from its own site; we found no HellSpin app in the Australian App Store or on Google Play on 11 October 2026. The «Hell Spin» listing on Google Play is an arcade platform game by another developer, not the casino. The 10 free spins «just for installing our app» most likely refer to this web app; the offer card does not say.
Games
We did not count the game lobby for this review, so it gives no number of games or providers. One rule from the terms matters for Australians: Australia is on the list of countries «not eligible to win any jackpots from jackpot games offered by NetEnt».
Platform and sister casinos
HellSpin runs on the Softlabs platform. Its site configuration shows tenant number 23 and the same error-reporting key as four other brands: IviBet (20), National Casino (21), Bizzo Casino (22) and SlotsGem (33), each with its own merchant ID (11 Oct 2026). A shared platform is a technical link, not proof of a shared owner. Other casino families: casino sister sites in Australia.
How we checked
On 11 October 2026 we read HellSpin's terms, bonus terms, promotions page and site configuration from an Australian connection (Melbourne), compared the entry domain with a German connection, searched the Curaçao register and the Australian App Store and Google Play. PayID status comes from our cashier check of the same date.
Score: 4.5 base + 0.5 (weekly cap above A$10,000) + 0.5 (monthly cap stated) + 0.5 (processing time stated) + 0.5 (jackpots paid outside the caps) + 0.25 (minimum withdrawal stated) = 6.75, shown as 6.8. No points for operator and licence or for PayID. The rubric's deductions (reversible hold, 10–15% fee) were not applied: neither appears in the clauses quoted here.
Responsible gambling and the law
ACMA says the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia, and lists online casinos among the banned services; changes to the Act start on 1 January 2027 (what the law means for players).
