On 23 October 2026 six domains with the Grand Rush name were on the blocked list kept by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), so this review gives no login address. The site shown to Australians names no licence or regulator. Withdrawals start at A$100, wait 48 hours and are paid on business days only.

How we looked: on 23 October 2026 we read seven pages of the site, including its terms (version of 30 July 2025), from an Australian connection, without an account or a deposit. The support contacts are from 17 October 2026.

Grand Rush addresses, and sites that only share the name

We do not give a login address for a brand whose domains ACMA blocks, and no instructions for getting around a block. The casino’s own addresses grandrush.com and grandrushonline.com are on ACMA’s blocked list (see below), so from a home Australian internet provider they may not open at all.

From a German connection we were shown a different version of the site, with different text and terms. This review describes the version shown to our Australian connection.

Other sites carry the Grand Rush name in their address, for example with “aussie” or “au” added; we did not check who runs them. Before you type a password or card details:

  • treat an address you do not know as a different site until you know who runs it;
  • remember that this page is a review, not a login page: we cannot open accounts or reset passwords.

Why casino addresses keep changing, and why an unfamiliar login page is a risk, is explained in blocking, domain changes and login copies.

Licence and the ACMA blocked list

The site shown to Australia names no licence, regulator or licence number on any of the seven pages we read on 23 October 2026: home, about, terms, banking, responsible gaming, promotions and the Android page. Its terms say only “You may contact the Commission and submit your complaint directly”, without saying which commission.

Not finding a licence on the site does not prove there is none; we did not search a regulator’s register.

The version of the site served outside Australia, which we opened from Germany, says: “Licensed and regulated by the respected Curaçao eGaming Authorities, we’re held to a high standard of service in terms of game fairness and customer care.”

This statement appears only on that version. It gives no licence number, and we did not check it in a regulator’s register. The licence check below this review shows the same statement at the same level: stated by the casino, unverified.

ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites held 1,810 domains on 23 October 2026. Six of them carry the Grand Rush name:

  • grandrush.com
  • grandrush.io
  • grandrushonline.com
  • grandrushpokies.com
  • grandrushvip.com
  • grandrushvip1.com

Two of them, grandrush.com and grandrushonline.com, are addresses the casino itself has used; its support email is on grandrushonline.com. We did not check who owns the other four domains. Being off the list does not make a domain allowed.

ACMA’s blocks work through Australian internet providers; our Australian connection runs through a data centre, so a home connection may show something else. What the law says about online casinos is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Withdrawals: minimum, waiting time and limits

Each withdrawal must be at least A$100, waits 48 hours as “pending” and is paid on business days only. The terms mention a weekly limit but give no figure. The rules, from the terms of 30 July 2025 read on 23 October 2026:

  • Minimum. “A minimum transaction value of $100 applies to all withdrawals.” The sentence sits in the welcome-bonus section, but it says all withdrawals.
  • Waiting time. Requests “are subject to a 48-hour pending period. Payments are made on business days only (not public holidays or weekends).” The banking page says payments “will take place on Monday to Friday”.
  • Bet your deposit once. “All players who make a deposit must wager the deposit amount at least once before any withdrawal will be allowed.” The casino’s example: deposit A$50, bet A$50. This applies with or without a bonus; how other casinos handle it is in betting a deposit through before withdrawing it.
  • How you are paid. Card deposits are paid out by cheque or bank transfer. Bitcoin deposits are paid in Bitcoin, and only if at least 50% of your deposits over the previous three months were in crypto. For PayID or Neosurf deposits the terms name no withdrawal route.
  • Fees. The casino pays wire and bank transfer fees, but intermediary bank fees “may be reflected in your withdrawal amount”.
  • Inactivity. After 12 months or more without a cash deposit, the account loses its cash and bonus balances.

The terms speak of “your weekly limits” twice but print no figure and no table, and the banking page names no limit either. Other reviews give weekly limits from A$1,000 to A$10,000; we found no such figure in the terms. The A$10,000 “once per week” in the terms is the cap on withdrawals with a deposit bonus (see the bonus section below).

The 48 hours and business days are the casino’s rules: we did not measure how long money takes to arrive. Where those 48 hours sit among the three stages of a casino payout is explained separately.

Documents needed before a withdrawal

Under the terms, the first check comes when you open the account: “When opening your account you will be required to verify your identity by phone.” The second comes with each withdrawal: on the site’s payment page (the cashier) you upload a selfie clearly holding your driving licence, ID document or passport.

The deadline is strict: “Please provide the above within 336 hours (14 days) of making your withdrawal request. Failure to do so will result in the requested amount being reversed to your casino account; you will then need to submit a new withdrawal request.” The banking page repeats the 14 days. Having the document ready before the first request saves starting again.

Welcome bonus: what 250% up to A$5,500 costs

On 23 October 2026 the promotions page shown to Australia offered “250% Match up to $5500 + 250 Free Spins Over 7 Days”. A crypto version gives “550% MATCH BONUS up to $5,500” with the same 250 free spins, “On just a $20 crypto deposit”.

The home page calls it “$5,500 FREE bonus cash”, but it is a match on a deposit. We do not publish bonus codes. The rules that set its price:

Rule What the terms say (version of 30 July 2025, read 23 October 2026)
Wagering 60 times the bonus amount: “To withdraw, you must wager 60× the bonus amount.” The casino’s own example: an A$100 bonus means A$6,000 of bets
Maximum bet A$5 per round and A$0.50 per line while any bonus is active
Cash-out cap with a deposit bonus 10 times your deposit, “subject to your weekly limits, up to and not exceeding $10,000”; “Players may withdraw this amount once per week.”
Free spins Winnings from free spins are capped at A$100
Gamble feature Bets in a slot’s “Gamble” feature do not count towards the 60× wagering
Games Match offers on the first three deposits may not be played on video poker or table games
Progressive jackpots “No winnings on progressive slots will be honoured if a player has an active bonus.”

Worked example (our arithmetic, not figures the casino prints), if the 250% is credited on a first deposit of A$100:

  • Bonus: 250% of A$100 = A$250.
  • Bets needed: 60 × A$250 = A$15,000, at no more than A$5 a round.
  • Most you can withdraw with the bonus: 10 × A$100 = A$1,000, once a week and subject to your weekly limits.
  • From the 250 free spins: no more than A$100.

How the 250% is split across deposits, and the largest bonus on a first deposit, the open pages do not say. So “up to $5,500” is a bonus size, not a withdrawal: with the bonus, an A$100 deposit can cash out at most A$1,000.

How wagering and house edge set a bonus’s real value is shown in the arithmetic of casino bonuses. The promotions page also listed Happy Hour and Free Spins Mania; we did not open their terms.

Deposits, PayID and Australian dollars

The banking page lists four deposit methods: credit and debit cards, Neosurf, crypto currencies and PayID. It names no withdrawal methods, and the word PayID does not appear in the terms. We did not open the cashier, which needs an account, so we have not seen PayID work there.

By the terms, card deposits are paid out by cheque or bank transfer and Bitcoin deposits in Bitcoin; for PayID or Neosurf deposits the terms name no withdrawal route. Other reviews disagree about PayID here; the casino’s own pages say only what is above. How withdrawals work at casinos that do pay out to PayID is explained in PayID withdrawals.

No general minimum deposit is named on the open pages. The terms ask for A$20 between bonuses, the crypto offer starts at an A$20 crypto deposit, and medal promotions need A$50. Other casinos’ figures are in deposit and withdrawal minimums, casino by casino.

The sign-up form shown to Australia offers “Australian Dollar”; the terms print amounts with a plain $ sign, which we write as A$ outside quotes. The banking page gives its own tips for rejected deposits: “Try depositing in odd amounts ($25.80 as opposed to $30)”, make one deposit of A$100 “as opposed to 5 x $20 deposits”, and “Ensure your card is activated for international deposits”.

Games: six studios in the lobby

On 23 October 2026 the game list the lobby loads for Australia held 581 entries and 506 distinct titles from six studios: GO (249 entries), Dragon Gaming (106), Rival (94), Nucleus (66), Fresh Deck (34) and Crucible (32).

BetSoft, Saucify, Realtime Gaming and Evolution were not in it, although other reviews name them; we think those reviews describe another version of the site, but we did not check. There was no craps. We counted the list without logging in. How pokies differ in return to player (RTP) and what a pokie really costs is in our pokies guide.

Studios

5 studios in the lobby list of Grand Rushthe casino’s own list, read from Australia, 23 Oct 2026

A to Z. The list also has 1 entry that only gives a code of the game feed and names no studio; it is left out here. A studio in this list is not a partnership we have verified.

Phone and Android app

The site has an Android page titled “Grand Rush AU Android App”. It says “Download the APK below for the latest version of our app” (an APK is the Android install file) and “Enable Unknown Sources to install apps outside the Google Play Store.” So the app installs outside Google Play. We did not download the file or check its signature or permissions.

We found no App Store or Google Play link on the pages shown to Australia; the home page says “Or grab our iOS or Android app”, but we found no way to an iOS app. An earlier version of this review said we found no download link; the Android page does exist. Why offshore casino apps are missing from the Australian stores is covered in browser play versus casino apps.

Customer support

The home page promises “Friendly 24/7 support”. On 17 October 2026 the contact page listed three channels:

  • toll-free phone for Australia and New Zealand: 1800834497;
  • live chat;
  • email: support@grandrushonline.com.

The email address is on grandrushonline.com, one of the domains on ACMA’s list. We did not test response times and did not re-check these contacts on 23 October 2026.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • The withdrawal rules are written out in dated terms: minimum, waiting time, documents and payout route.
  • The casino pays wire and bank transfer fees, though intermediary bank fees may still be deducted.
  • “Australian Dollar” offered on the sign-up form shown to Australia.
  • A toll-free phone line for Australia and New Zealand (17 October 2026).

Cons

  • No licence or regulator named on the site shown to Australia.
  • Six domains with the Grand Rush name on ACMA’s blocked list, including two the casino itself has used.
  • An A$100 minimum withdrawal.
  • 48 hours pending, and payments on business days only.
  • A weekly limit referred to but never given as a figure.
  • With a deposit bonus: 60× the bonus in bets, and at most 10× the deposit out.
  • PayID not named as a way to withdraw.
  • The Android app installs outside Google Play.

Platform behind Grand Rush

The lobby loads its games from kore.altech.io, the Android page says “Developed by Graphite”, and our link to the casino runs through Graphite Affiliates. From these three signs we take Graphite and Altech to be the technology behind the site; that does not tell us who operates the casino. We found no other casino on this platform among our reviews.

How we checked

On 23 October 2026 (17:49–17:57 UTC) we opened the Grand Rush addresses from an Australian and a German connection, downloaded ACMA’s blocked list (1,810 domains) through the Australian connection, and read seven pages of the site, including the full terms (version of 30 July 2025), in a browser from the Australian connection.

The game list is from the same day, 11:29 UTC; the support contacts are from 17 October 2026. Our Australian connection runs through a data centre, not a home internet provider.

We did not log in, register, deposit or withdraw: everything here is what the casino publishes, not a test of its payments. This update did not recalculate our score. What we look at in a review is on our editorial approach page.

What is the Grand Rush Casino address from Australia?

We do not give one: domains with the Grand Rush name are on ACMA’s blocked list, and we give no instructions for getting around a block. Other sites with the Grand Rush name may not be run by the casino; we did not check who runs them.

Is Grand Rush on the ACMA blocked list?

Six domains with the Grand Rush name were on ACMA’s list on 23 October 2026, including grandrush.com and grandrushonline.com, addresses the casino itself has used.

Is Grand Rush licensed?

The site shown to Australia names no licence, regulator or licence number (23 October 2026). Only the version shown outside Australia says it is licensed in Curaçao, without a number; we did not check a regulator’s register.

How long do Grand Rush withdrawals take and what is the minimum?

The minimum is A$100. Each request waits 48 hours, and payments go out on business days only, under the terms of 30 July 2025; the banking page says Monday to Friday. How long the money then takes to reach you we did not measure.

Can I use PayID at Grand Rush?

The banking page named PayID as a deposit method on 23 October 2026. It is not named for withdrawals, and we did not check it in the cashier, which needs an account.

Licence check

Not confirmed. The casino states a licence on its own pages; we found no regulator record that confirms it.

SourceWhat it shows
Casino’s own page (seen only from Germany)Unverified, stated by the operator: «Licensed and regulated by the respected Curaçao eGaming Authorities, we’re held to a high standard of service in terms of game fairness and customer care.»

Checked 22 Oct 2026 from an Australian connection; pages that showed nothing there were opened from Germany. A regulator’s page counts as confirmation only when it names the site itself; what the casino says about itself is marked unverified. This brand is on ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites, so we show none of its web addresses here.
