Operator and licence: named only in hidden site code
GW Casino's terms call the other party to the contract only “the Website operator” and give it the name “GW Casino” (§1.1). The home, terms, privacy, promotions, registration and deposit pages name no company and no licence (12 October 2026). The site's settings switch the licence block off (“showLicense”: “none”).
A company is named only in the site's translation file, a data file the pages load but do not display. It names Gophoenix Solutions Limited, registered in Costa Rica (number 3-102-906509), as operator under “Tobique license #0000024”, and Gophoenix Solutions Ltd of Cyprus (HE462121) as its parent. This text is not displayed to players and not verified.
We could not check the licence claim. The site carries no Tobique Gaming Commission seal, and the commission's website returned an error (403). Its online validator, queried by domain without a seal, answered “INVALID” also for a control site whose own seal showed a valid licence, so that answer proves nothing either way (16 October 2026).
The terms leave legality to the player: “It falls under your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Services are completely legal in your particular jurisdiction.” (§1.5)
GW Casino on ACMA's blocked list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists 12 domains carrying the GW Casino name among blocked gambling websites: the original brand domain, 10 numbered domains and a help site. We read the list on 12 October 2026. The pages we read were on another numbered domain, which is not on the list as read that day. We do not print these addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
The terms do not exclude Australia: the list of excluded countries in §1.6 runs from Afghanistan to Venezuela and includes the UK and the USA, but not Australia. The site's settings make Australian dollars the default currency. Its location check read our Melbourne test connection as “USA”, an excluded country, so the bonus, lobby and currency we saw may differ for a visitor in Australia.
GW Casino withdrawal limits and times
“The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is $ 5,000. Also, we will process a maximum of $10,000 every 10 business days.” (§4.31). Pending requests may not exceed $5,000 at a time (§4.23). A $20,000 win would need at least two of those 10-business-day periods, about four calendar weeks (our arithmetic).
“Withdrawals will have a pending period of up to 48 hours.” Documents not sent within those 48 hours mean the withdrawal is cancelled and the money returned to the account balance (§4.26). Amounts of $5,000 or more may go to an audit “which can take up to 7 business days” (§4.27). We have no reports on real payout speed. How the stages add up: withdrawal times.
The minimum withdrawal is $100 (§4.31). Amounts in the terms carry a “$” sign without a currency code.
Before a withdrawal: documents, bonus balance and fees
Players paying in fiat money (not crypto) send a “Government-issued ID with visible name, photo and signature”, “Proof of residency not older than 2 months (utility bill)” and a front and back photo of the credit card (§4.25). This is KYC, the casino's identity check. Withdrawals open once the documents are “processed within up to 5 business days”.
- Bonus balance: “Any and all remaining funds present in the bonus balance shall be voided upon withdrawal.” (§4.20)
- Same method back and fees: withdrawals go only to “the banking option used initially for depositing”, and fiat withdrawals “may incur additional processing fees”, amounts not given (§4.24).
- Inactive and dormant accounts: after 3 months without use, a “$10 maintenance fee for each month”, with no fee if the account holds no funds. After 6 months the account is flagged as dormant: “We reserve the right to void any available funds from Dormant Accounts.” (§3.7)
Deposits and PayID
The cashier opens only after login, and we did not open an account, so we cannot list the payment methods (12 October 2026). The terms mention cards (§4.25) and crypto. Currency conversion involving crypto “will be done solely by Coinspaid” (§4.5), and the minimum deposit per coin is shown only in the cashier (§4.13).
PayID is not confirmed: it appears in the site's code, but the cashier could not be checked without an account (12 October 2026). More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
Bonus terms
The promotion page advertises a welcome package of “$4,000 in bonuses + 200 Free Spins” over three deposits, as seen from our connection read as “USA” (12 October 2026). First deposit: 150% up to $1,500, 100 free spins and a spin on the Wheel of Luck. Second: 100% up to $1,000 and 50 free spins. Third: 150% up to $1,500 and 50 free spins. The minimum deposit for a bonus in Australian dollars is AUD 30.
“In general, there is a 35x (times) wagering requirement linked to all bonuses which also extends to the qualifying deposit amount.” A $100 first deposit with a $150 bonus therefore means at least $8,750 in bets (our arithmetic). Deposit free spins carry 35 times. Wagering must be met within 7 days, the welcome offer claimed within 7 days of registration, and free spins expire 7 days after they are credited.
On bet size the terms say: “It constitutes promotional abuse when players betting with an Active Bonus in effect place wagers equal to or higher than 20% of the total value of the bonus, which can also be translated into stakes equal to or more than EUR 8 of the total value of the initial bonus claimed.” Craps, video poker, rummy, keno, crash games, live casino, progressive and table games count 0% towards wagering.
Cashback winnings are capped at 15 times the cashback or 10,000 (EUR, USD, AUD or NZD). Other promotions are listed by name: Daily Rewards, The Perks, Wheel of Luck, Deposit Stamps, Progressive Cashback and VIP Club. We saw no bonus code, and we publish no codes. What these terms mean in practice: bonus terms explained.
Games
The lobby's game list returned 3,461 games on 12 October 2026, with the site reading our connection as “USA”; the count may differ for Australia. Lobby titles include The Wizard Of Oz Megaways, Elvis Frog Trueways, Snoop Dogg Dollars, Penguins Megaways and Blackjack Bonus Live. The game list gives no studio names, so we print none.
Complaints
“Any disputes or claims are to be addressed within 7 business days, starting with the date the issue arose. Once this period of time has elapsed, the dispute/claim will be declared void.” (§8.1). Complaints go to the casino's own support, and the result is due “within 14 business days” (§8.2). The terms name no outside dispute service. Options for players: our guide to casino complaints.
Platform shared with Roo Casino
Roo Casino runs on the same platform and uses the same terms template: both sites load their settings from the same programming interface, named Billfold in the site code, and clauses such as §1.6, §4.23, §4.26, §4.31 and §8.2 read the same, while §1.1 differs in the brand and website names (12 and 16 October 2026). We found no evidence that the two share an operator; Roo shows no company at all. Its terms are in our Roo Casino review.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:08–06:25 UTC) we rendered GW Casino's pages in a browser from an Australian connection, a data-centre address in Melbourne. We read the terms with the bonus rules, the home, privacy, promotions, registration, deposit and search pages and the data files they load. On 16 October 2026 we checked access again from the same connection and from our German server, and tried the Tobique validator.
The site read our Australian connection as being in the USA, so this check does not show what a visitor in Australia sees. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw; the deposit page sent us to login. This review gives no score: the site shows no operator or licence, and we could not see the cashier.
Who runs GW Casino?
The site and its terms name no company. The site's code names Gophoenix Solutions Limited of Costa Rica and “Tobique license #0000024”, but this text is not shown to players and we could not verify it (12 and 16 October 2026). The licence it names is one “issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC)”. ACMA lists 12 domains carrying the GW Casino name among blocked gambling websites. What the law says for players: online casinos and Australian law.
How long do GW Casino withdrawals take?
The terms set a pending period of up to 48 hours, within which documents must be sent or the withdrawal is cancelled (§4.26). Document checks take up to 5 business days (§4.25), and amounts of $5,000 or more may be audited for up to 7 business days (§4.27). At most $10,000 is processed every 10 business days (§4.31). We have no data on real payout times (terms read 12 October 2026).
Does GW Casino have a no deposit bonus or promo code?
We saw no code on the promotion pages (12 October 2026); the deposit-bonus section needs a login. Under the terms a free bonus carries 35x wagering, and at most $100 can be withdrawn from a free bonus or free spins (bonus rules §19). The welcome package is under “Bonus terms” above. How these offers work: no-deposit bonuses explained.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
