RollXO Casino Review 2026: Licence, Withdrawal Limits and ACMA Status

CASINO REVIEW

RollXO's brand domain, the address that served its lobby to our Australian connection, is on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites together with 10 other Rollxo domains, and the pages RollXO shows Australian visitors name no operator (checked 11–12 October 2026).

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. RollXO on ACMA's blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists RollXO's brand domain among blocked gambling websites, with 10 other domains carrying the Rollxo name. We read the list from an Australian connection on 11 and 12 October 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. The listed brand domain is the one that served RollXO's lobby to our connection on 12 October. We do not print these addresses.

Australian internet providers apply ACMA's blocks, so our data-centre connection does not show what a home user sees. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Australia in RollXO's terms

RollXO's terms do not exclude Australia. The “Restricted Countries” list in §2.5, read on 12 October 2026, runs from Japan to Puerto Rico and includes the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, but not Australia. §4.1 lists AUD among accepted currencies. The platform's registration list includes Australia, with AUD as its default currency.

The site addresses Australians directly. On 12 October its home page title read “Welcome to RollXO Casino, Best Online Casino in Australia”, pages were served in Australian English, and the lobby showed Aussie Rules among its sports. The platform's sign-up block was not among the restrictions applied to our Australian connection; we did not open the sign-up form.

Operator and licence: not shown to Australian visitors

The pages RollXO serves to Australian visitors name no company and no licence (12 October 2026). The footer says only “Casino accepts players only over 18 years of age.” The Australian version of the terms (Version 2.0, “Last updated: 28.09.2022”) refers only to “the Controller”.

A general version of the terms sits in the site's content system and is not shown to Australian visitors. It says the website “is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V. registered under No. 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. This website is licensed and authorized by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no.OGL/2024/161/0191).” The same text also names a Cyprus company, Friovin Ltd. (HE 467495), without stating its role.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) certificate for Stable Tech N.V. read “Application status: Granted. License status: Active.” on 12 October 2026, and RollXO's brand domain is among its approved domains. The CGA register of licences (edition of 9 October 2026) lists OGL/2024/161/0191 for the same company with status “Indefinite”.

The two records give different dates: the certificate says licensed “since 16/Jul/2024”, the register row a licence issued on 24 December 2025. The CGA does not explain the difference, so this review reports the licence status, not a start date.

RollXO withdrawal limits and times

The terms cap withdrawals at 3,000 EUR/USD a week and 15,000 EUR/USD a month, “or its equivalent in other currencies”, with no AUD figure (§11.9). The site's internal operating currency is the euro, so the cap in Australian dollars moves with the exchange rate (our reading). Progressive jackpot wins “will be paid in full”. VIP-club members get 5,000 EUR/USD a week and 20,000 a month (§11.10).

Each withdrawal is also capped by method. Before login on 12 October, the AUD cashier showed A$4,000 for two bank payout methods and an e-wallet, and A$6,000 for a local bank transfer and crypto. Larger requests “will be withdrawn in installments” (§11.1). Minimums were A$30 for crypto and e-wallet and A$100 to A$200 for bank methods; the terms give 20 EUR/USD and no AUD figure.

Requests are processed “from 0 to 24 hours depending on the chosen payment method”, and some e-wallets take up to a day (§11.6). Bank transfers are “in principle” processed within 3 working banking days (§11.13). An identity check can hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours (§11.12). The cashier labels most payout methods “instant”; one bank method shows “3” to “10” with no unit. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees

Every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn (§9.7), so an A$100 deposit means A$100 in bets first (our arithmetic). Where money laundering or fraud is suspected, the terms give the casino “the right to request that the deposits need to be wagered at least 3 times”.

Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks) can include contact by phone. If the casino cannot reach a player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked. Winnings “may be subject to confiscation” if KYC information is not complete within 40 days of the request (§9.8).

RollXO lists no fee of its own: the AUD cashier showed 0 on every method. Intermediary banks may charge for bank transfers, “in our experience limited to the equivalent of EUR 16” (§11.14), and refund costs fall on the player (§11.16). After a card deposit, a withdrawal up to the deposited amount may be paid back to the card (§11.11).

  • Inactive accounts: after 12 months without login, the casino may charge 25 EUR a month, or the remaining balance if less (§12.1).

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed. The word does not appear in the AUD cashier or on the payments page (12 October 2026). Four deposit methods in the cashier show only as redirects, and we could not read what they are. The cashier's payout methods are three bank methods, an e-wallet and crypto; the bank methods are not PayID. Our PayID guide explains why we mark PayID as not confirmed.

Before login, the AUD cashier listed these deposit methods: Neosurf, funanga, an e-wallet, crypto and four redirect methods, from A$30 (one from A$20; no minimum shown for crypto). It listed no card. The public payments page shows a general list that does not match the AUD cashier: it includes Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Flexepin and six cryptocurrencies, all marked “Free” and “Instant”. We did not see the cashier after login.

RollXO bonus terms

The welcome package on the promotions page on 12 October 2026 was “Up to $20,500 + 250 Free Spins” over four deposits: 100% up to $1,000 plus 100 spins, 100% up to $4,500, 50% up to $9,000 plus up to 150 spins, and 100% up to $6,000. The bonus terms (“Last Updated: 20.01.2026”) describe the second deposit differently: “200% up to 1,000 CAD” (§3.2). The difference is not resolved; the terms are written in CAD.

Any deposit bonus needs a deposit of $30 or the equivalent (§1.3). Welcome package bonuses must be wagered 50 times (§3.5), so a $1,000 bonus means $50,000 in bets (our arithmetic); the Sunday reload sets 40 times (§4.4). Welcome package bonuses expire 7 days after they are credited and claimed free spins after 3 days (§3.6), and winnings are capped at five times the bonus (§1.10). We found no maximum-bet rule. Slots count 100% towards wagering; video poker, table and live games 5% (§2.8).

Each welcome tier and reload uses a code; we publish none. How no-deposit offers work in general is in our no-deposit bonus guide.

Games and providers

The lobby's studio list returned 139 studios to our Australian connection and 215 to a German one (12 October 2026). Missing from the Australian list were Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming and Nolimit, among others. The terms bar players from Australia from Amatic games (§3.11) and include Australia in NetEnt's restricted list (§3.3).

Studios in the Australian list include BGaming, Booongo, Betsoft, Playtech, Spribe and Yggdrasil. Playson appears in it, but the platform also marks Playson as restricted for Australia; we did not check whether its games open. RollXO also runs a sportsbook.

Support, player tools and the same licensee

Support is by e-mail and by a chat listed as 24/7; we did not open the chat (12 October 2026). The Australian responsible gaming page (“Last Update: 12.06.2024”) points to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. It lists no limit or self-exclusion tools and names no Australian help service. The terms add that deposit limits “cannot be applied” to crypto deposits (§10.4).

Lucky Hunter, Goldex and Spirit Casino are sister casinos in one sense only: the same licensee, Stable Tech N.V., in the CGA certificate (12 October 2026). We have not reviewed them. Our casino sister sites guide lists the licensee. The site does not name its platform; its programming interface matches SoftSwiss (our identification).

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:01–06:25 UTC) we rendered RollXO's pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne). The lobby opened with no geo-block message; this is one data-centre address on one day, not a verdict on access. We read the Australian and general terms, bonus terms, promotions, payments and responsible gaming pages and the AUD cashier before login. We compared the studio list with a German connection and read the CGA certificate and register.

We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review gives no score: none has been calculated for RollXO.

Does RollXO have a no deposit bonus?

Not for players from Australia. RollXO's bonus terms (“Last Updated: 20.01.2026”) name Australia in §6.3 among countries whose players “can not use no-deposit bonuses”, and its Australian pages showed no no-deposit offer on 12 October 2026. We publish no codes. The deposit package is described under RollXO bonus terms above.

Is RollXO casino legit?

We report records, not a verdict. The CGA certificate for Stable Tech N.V. read “License status: Active” on 12 October 2026 and lists RollXO's brand domain. The pages RollXO shows Australian visitors do not name that company. The brand domain is on ACMA's blocked list (“Last updated: 20 July 2026”). Limits and identity checks are set out in the sections above.
