The bonus terms set 40x wagering and cap bonus wins at 5 times the bonus, in euros or US dollars; the bonus amounts on the home-page tiles shown to Australia do not match them. The terms cap withdrawals at 3,000 EUR/USD a week, and the withdrawal methods in the AUD list returned before login top out at A$4,000 to A$6,000 per withdrawal. No Goldex domain is on ACMA's blocked list (6 Nov 2026). PayID is not confirmed.

Who runs Goldex and which licence it holds
The pages Goldex showed our Australian connection name no company and no licence. The Australian footer ends “Casino accepts players only over 18 years of age.”, and the Australian version of the terms has no “operated by” line (12 and 16 Oct 2026; still no company name on 6 Nov 2026).
The footer shown to a German connection on 16 Oct 2026 says the site “is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V. registered under No. 160129 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao” and is “licensed and authorized by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no.OGL/2024/161/0191)” (operator's statement). We could not re-read that footer on 6 Nov 2026: the main domain refused our German connection.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for that number, read on 16 Oct 2026, says Stable Tech N.V., Company Number 160129, has been licensed “since 16/Jul/2024”, and shows “Application status: Granted. License status: Active.” Its approved domains include the brand's main domain and three numbered domains carrying the Goldex name. It has no section on excluded territories. On 6 Nov 2026 the certificate showed the same status. What an offshore licence means for players in Australia: online casinos and Australian law.
The certificate covers many brands besides Goldex. The Anjouan licence register held no entry for Goldex or Stable Tech N.V. when we read it on 12 Oct 2026. Other brands on the certificate are checked on their own pages, and none of their figures are used here. More on other Stable Tech N.V. brands.
Access from Australia
No Goldex domain was on the list of blocked gambling websites kept by ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, when we read it on 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026; the list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026” each time.
The site served its Australian-English version to our Australian connection on all three days. Its sign-up country list includes Australia with AUD as the default currency (16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026). The terms' “Restricted Countries” (§2.5, “Last updated: 29.09.2025”) do not name Australia; they do name Christmas Island and Norfolk Island.
A German connection was shown a notice in German in which the visitor confirms accessing the casino from outside Germany; our Australian connection got no such notice about Australia (16 Oct 2026). Those checks ran from one Melbourne data-centre server; the 6 Nov 2026 check ran from a Sydney internet-provider address. None of them is a home connection, and they are not a finding that Australian players can sign up. What the law says: online casinos and Australian law.
Deposits and withdrawals
The AUD method list Goldex returned before login was the same on 12 and 16 Oct 2026. For deposits it showed bank transfer from A$30 to A$800, Neosurf from A$30 to A$6,000, an e-wallet from A$30 to A$4,000, two redirect methods from A$30 to A$1,100, and crypto. Every listed method showed zero commission. We could not read the list again on 6 Nov 2026.
For withdrawals the same list showed a bank-payment method for Australia from A$30 to A$4,000 labelled “instant”, a local bank transfer from A$100 to A$4,000 with a processing time of “3” to “10” and no unit, a second local bank transfer from A$30 to A$6,000, the e-wallet from A$30 to A$4,000, and crypto from 20 to 4,000. “Instant” is the cashier's label.
The payments-page text the site returned on 16 Oct 2026 (not rendered in a browser) shows a different table: deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, MiFinity and crypto from “$30”; withdrawals by Visa and Mastercard in “3—5 Banking days” from “$30”, by bank transfer in “5—7 Banking days” from “$500”, and crypto marked “Instant”. The bank-transfer minimum is A$100 in one source and “$500”, with no currency named, in the other.
PayID is not confirmed at Goldex. No method named PayID appeared in the AUD list or on the payments page, the bank methods carry no PayID label, and we did not decode the two redirect deposits. We did not open an account, so the cashier behind login was not checked. Why we mark PayID this way: PayID casinos.
Withdrawal limits and fees
The terms set withdrawal limits in euros or US dollars only. The minimum is 20 EUR/USD (§11.1); the clause lists CAD, NZD and other currencies but no AUD figure. The weekly limit is 3,000 EUR/USD and the monthly 15,000; VIP-club members get 5,000 and 20,000 (§11.9, §11.10). “All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.” These clauses read the same on 6 Nov 2026.
§11.6: “The withdrawal request are processed from 0 to 24 hours depending on the chosen payment method, but, please, keep in mind that some web wallets take up to 1 day to process the withdrawal request.” If identity has to be verified, “the withdrawal can be hold up to 72 hours”; the same clause adds: “In case of providing false personal data the Casino reserves the right to cancel all bets and winnings as well as terminate user's account.” (§11.12). “All Bank Transfer payouts in principle are processed within 3 (three) working banking days.” (§11.13). How these stages add up: withdrawal times.
- Deposit turnover: “Any deposit has to be wagered 1 time (player must place bets one time of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. If a player is suspected of money laundering or other fraudulent actions, the casino has the right to request that the deposits need to be wagered at least 3 times.” (§9.7).
- Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): the casino may phone the number in the account, and “Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified.” (§8.4). If the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked; winnings may be confiscated if KYC documents are not complete within 40 days of the request (§9.8).
- Fees: intermediary banks may charge on bank transfers, “in our experience limited to the equivalent of EUR 16” (§11.14).
- Inactive accounts: after 12 consecutive months without login, the casino may charge a monthly fee of €25 “(or the current balance of your Player Account, if less) as long as the balance of your Player Account remains positive” (§12.1). “The Casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is re-activated.” (§12.2)
Bonus terms
The bonus terms (“Last updated: 29.09.2026”) set the welcome package in euros or US dollars and give no AUD amounts; the welcome section read the same on 6 Nov 2026. We publish no bonus codes.
- Four deposits: 100% up to 2,000 EUR/USD plus 200 free spins, 40 a day for 5 days on BGaming's Fruit Million; 100% up to 3,000; 50% up to 6,000 plus 50, 100 or 150 free spins depending on the deposit; 100% up to 4,000. Minimum deposit 20 EUR/USD for each step. The four maximums add up to 15,000 EUR/USD (our arithmetic).
- Wagering: “The wagering requirements are 40x.” The terms do not say whether this applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus; their general rule is 50 times “unless otherwise specified” (§2.1). On the bonus alone, a €2,000 bonus means €80,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
- Maximum bet: “There is no maximum bet limit while playing with the bonus.”
- Win caps: “The maximum win is limited to 5x the bonus amount.” A €2,000 bonus can pay out at most €10,000 (our arithmetic). For the first and third deposits: “The maximum winnings from Free Spins cannot exceed x10 of the bonus amount received as a result of the Free Spins play.”
- Time limits (first and third deposits): “The free spins activation period is 3 days. Activated bonuses are valid for 7 days.”
The tiles on the home page shown to our Australian connection on 12 and 16 Oct 2026 advertised “100% UP TO $6,000 + 100 FS” for the first deposit and “Up to $57,000 + 500 FS” for the package, with no currency for the “$”; the package figure was still shown on 6 Nov 2026. A German connection saw “4,000 €/$ + 100 FS” and “38,000 €/$ + 500 FS” (16 Oct). None of these amounts appears in the bonus terms; this review goes by the terms. How caps and wagering work: bonus terms guide.
Two home-page tiles offered 100 free spins each through the casino's social-media channels; the bonus terms contain no conditions for them (16 Oct 2026). We did not collect the conditions of a third tile, Mega Rush. The general rules cap withdrawals from no-deposit free spins at A$75 and from a no-deposit bonus at 5 times the bonus, “unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer” (§1.8). The same clause goes on: “An exception can be made for loyal players, and in case of winning, the maximum win amount can be increased. To request a withdrawal, you must fully verify your account and make a minimum deposit.” Australia is not in the list of countries excluded from no-deposit bonuses (§5.2).
Games and studios available from Australia
The lobby's studio list returned 145 studios to our Australian connection and 222 to a German one (16 Oct 2026). Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Relax, Hacksaw, Nolimit, Big Time Gaming, PG Soft, Amatic and Thunderkick were in the German list only. The Australian list included BGaming, Booming Games, Booongo, Betsoft, Belatra, Evoplay Entertainment, Gamzix, Mascot, Novomatic, Playson, Platipus, Spribe, Yggdrasil, Tom Horn and Swintt.
The terms restrict two studios for Australia: “Players from Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece, USA are not eligible to play the games powered by Amatic.” (§3.11), and Australia is among the countries whose players “are not eligible to play the games from Microgaming” (§3.10).
What should give you pause
- The operator is not named on the pages shown to Australia; Stable Tech N.V. appears only on the CGA certificate and in the footer shown to a German connection.
- The bonus amounts on the Australian tiles do not appear in the bonus terms, and the terms give no AUD figures.
- Withdrawal limits in the terms are in euros or US dollars only.
- The bank-transfer minimum is A$100 in the method list and “$500”, with no currency named, on the payments page.
- Two free-spin offers on the home page have no published conditions.
- Winnings may be confiscated if KYC documents are not complete within 40 days.
- PayID not confirmed.
- Our access checks ran on three days from a Melbourne data-centre server and a Sydney internet-provider address, not from a home connection.
How we checked
On 12 Oct 2026 (06:26–06:28 UTC) and 16 Oct 2026 (18:23–18:35 UTC) we rendered Goldex's home page in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre); the terms and bonus terms were rendered on 12 Oct. On 16 Oct we read the text of the FAQ, payments and promotions pages as the site returned it (not rendered in a browser), and rendered the home page from a German connection in German and English.
We also read the AUD payment methods returned before login on both days, and the sign-up country list and the lobby studio list on 16 Oct; studios were compared with a German connection. We read the CGA certificate on 16 Oct, the Anjouan register on 12 Oct and ACMA's list on both days.
On 6 Nov 2026 (12:52–13:12 UTC) we re-read the home page, the terms, the bonus terms and the sign-up country list from an Australian internet-provider address in Sydney, and re-read the CGA certificate and ACMA's list. The payments page, the method list and the German footer were not re-read that day; their figures keep their October dates. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: Goldex has not been scored by our rubric.
Is Goldex Casino legit, and who operates it?
The pages shown to Australia name no operator. The footer shown to a German connection names Stable Tech N.V., Curaçao, No. 160129, and licence OGL/2024/161/0191 (16 Oct 2026). The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate showed “Granted” and “Active”, licensed “since 16/Jul/2024”, with the brand's domain on its list and no excluded territories (read 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026). The Anjouan register had no Goldex entry. What an offshore licence means for players in Australia: online casinos and Australian law.
How long do Goldex withdrawals take?
The terms say requests are processed in 0 to 24 hours depending on the method, verification can hold a withdrawal up to 72 hours, and bank transfers are “in principle” processed within 3 working banking days (read 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026). The AUD method list shows a local bank transfer at “3” to “10” with no unit; the payments page shows cards at 3 to 5 and bank transfer at 5 to 7 banking days (read 12 and 16 Oct 2026).
What are Goldex's withdrawal limits?
The terms set a minimum of 20 EUR/USD, with no AUD figure, and limits of 3,000 EUR/USD a week and 15,000 a month, or 5,000 and 20,000 for VIP-club members (read 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026). The AUD method list returned before login shows minimums of A$30 to A$100 and maximums of A$4,000 to A$6,000 per withdrawal; the payments page sets bank transfer from “$500”, with no currency named (read 12 and 16 Oct 2026). Each deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal.
What are the Goldex welcome bonus terms?
The bonus terms of 29.09.2026 offer 100% up to 2,000 EUR/USD plus 200 free spins on the first deposit, then 100% up to 3,000, 50% up to 6,000 and 100% up to 4,000, each from a 20 EUR/USD deposit. Wagering is 40x, with no maximum bet, and wins are capped at 5 times the bonus. The bonus amounts on the Australian home-page tiles carry a “$” with no currency and do not appear in the terms (read 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026).
Does Goldex have a no deposit bonus?
Two home-page tiles offered 100 free spins each through social-media channels, but the bonus terms contain no conditions for them (16 Oct 2026). The general rules cap withdrawals from no-deposit free spins at A$75 and from a no-deposit bonus at 5 times the bonus. We do not publish promo or bonus codes, or where to get them.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 Oct 2026; what the law means for players).
