The casino, also written LevelUp, names Novatrix SRL as operator in its terms and footer, and the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validation page showed “Operating status: VALID” for the company on 16 October 2026. The terms cap withdrawals at 3,000 AUD a day; PayID is not confirmed. We checked the site on 12 and 16 October 2026. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Level Up, and this page does not link to its site.

Access from Australia and the ACMA list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, named Level Up’s brand domain and twelve numbered domains carrying the Level Up name on its blocked list when we read it on 12 and 16 October 2026; the list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. ACMA says it “can ask internet service providers” to block access to websites (blocked gambling websites page, read 12 October 2026).
From our connection the brand domain redirected to a numbered domain. We do not publish it or link to it. What a listing means for players: online casinos and Australian law.
The site addresses Australians. The sign-up form was pre-filled with “Australia” and “AUD”, and the home page advertised its welcome package in Australian dollars. The terms’ list of “Restricted Countries” (§2.4) does not name Australia, and the licence validation page showed no excluded territories. We saw no notice that the site is closed to Australia on either day.
Our checks ran on two days from one Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. They do not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees, and they are not a finding that Level Up accepts Australians.
Level Up withdrawal time and limits
The terms, §11.8: “The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 3,000 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD per day, 7,500 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD per week and 15,000 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD per month”, with exceptions possible “for players with a higher VIP status”. A A$15,000 balance equals two weekly caps or five daily caps (our arithmetic). “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.”
Each method also has its own ceiling per withdrawal; a larger amount “may be split into multiple installments” (§11.1). The payments page lists €/$3,000 for cards, €/A$3,000 for bank transfer and €/$1,000 for MiFinity. The terms also cap “Winnings from real money play” at €250,000 (§11.7). A home-page banner for the VIP club reads “UP TO A$50K CASHOUTS”, with no terms attached.
On timing, the terms say: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” (§11.6) and “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” (§11.10). “Aim to” makes 72 hours a target, and the clock starts only after approval (our reading). The payments page says “we aim to process all withdrawals within up to 1 hour” and lists bank transfers at “5-7 banking days” and cards at “1-3 banking days”. These are the operator’s claims; this review goes by the terms.
- Minimum withdrawal: 10 AUD in the terms (§11.1); the payments page lists A$20 for bank transfer, and the cashier list returned before login started bank payouts at A$100.
- Before the first withdrawal: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.” (§9.7). A A$100 deposit means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic); otherwise the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal.
- Verification (KYC, the casino’s identity checks): photo ID and proof of address at minimum (§11.2), and possibly a phone call. If the casino cannot reach you “within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled” (§8.4). Documents in other scripts than those requested can mean a video check (§9.5).
- Fees: every row on the payments page reads “Free”, and the cashier list showed no fee. Intermediary banks may take “typically up to €16” on bank transfers (§11.11).
- No-deposit bonus winnings: capped at 75 AUD (§11.7).
- Currency and dormant accounts: the “internal operating currency is EUR” (§11.10); after 12 months without a login or play, the casino may deduct €20 a month from the balance until it reaches zero, and takes a smaller balance in full (§12.1–12.2).
How these clauses compare with other casinos’: withdrawal times.
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at Level Up. The Australian-dollar cashier list our connection received before login on 12 October 2026 held three methods: a local bank-transfer payout, Neosurf vouchers for deposits from A$10 to A$100, and crypto. None was PayID, and the payments, home and FAQ pages do not mention it. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
The payments page lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Neosurf, MiFinity and six cryptocurrencies for deposits, and cards, bank transfer, MiFinity and crypto for withdrawals. Cards, Apple Pay and MiFinity were not in the cashier list, and we did not see the cashier after login. Minimums on the page are in “€/$” for most methods, with no Australian-dollar figure except Apple Pay and bank transfer.
Level Up bonus terms
On 12 October 2026 the home page advertised a welcome package of “UP TO A$20,000 + 500 FS” over five deposits. Each deposit offers three options; the A$20,000 total needs the largest option every time, with minimum deposits from A$100 to A$250 (our arithmetic). We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players, whose access is covered above. We publish no bonus codes.
| Deposit | Option 1 | Option 2 | Option 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | A$20+: 150% up to A$1,000 + 50 spins | A$50+: 175% up to A$1,500 + 75 spins | A$100+: 200% up to A$3,000 + 100 spins |
| 2nd | A$25+: 50% up to A$1,500 + 50 spins | A$75+: 75% up to A$2,500 + 75 spins | A$125+: 100% up to A$5,000 + 100 spins |
| 3rd | A$30+: 50% up to A$1,500 + 50 spins | A$100+: 75% up to A$2,500 + 75 spins | A$150+: 100% up to A$5,000 + 100 spins |
| 4th | A$35+: 100% up to A$800 + 50 spins | A$100+: 125% up to A$1,600 + 75 spins | A$175+: 125% up to A$3,500 + 100 spins |
| 5th | A$40+: 125% up to A$700 + 50 spins | A$125+: 150% up to A$1,400 + 75 spins | A$250+: 200% up to A$3,500 + 100 spins |
- Wagering: “35× bonus amount” for every tier. A A$20 first deposit with a A$30 bonus means A$1,050 in bets (our arithmetic).
- Maximum win: 3 times the bonus amount, from the cash bonus and from the spins. In the example above, A$90 (our arithmetic).
- Time limits: the bonus is valid 14 days from the qualifying deposit; spins 72 hours after activation. Spins are added 24 hours after the deposit.
- Maximum bet: 85 AUD while wagering (general bonus terms).
- Game weighting: pokies count by provider, some below 100%; instant, table and live dealer games do not count (bonus terms §4).
Neither the promotions page nor the bonus terms name the game for the welcome spins. The arithmetic behind any offer: casino bonuses explained.
Games and providers
The provider list returned to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026 held 79 studios, among them BGaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Playson, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Spribe and Tom Horn (77 on 12 October). The same request from a German server returned 124. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Amatic were among the studios not in the Australian lobby.
The terms agree for two of them: “NetEnt games are not available in a longer list of countries including Australia” (§3.3), and “Amatic: Restricted in Australia” (§3.4). We did not count games or check which live tables an Australian connection can open.
Pros and cons
What is written down
- Operator and company number in the footer and terms; the licence validation page showed “VALID” on two days.
- Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps in Australian dollars, a 72-hour processing target and a 10 AUD minimum withdrawal in the terms.
- Each welcome option’s minimum deposit, match, spins, wagering, maximum win and expiry in the bonus terms.
- Deposit and loss limits, cooling-off of a week to six months and self-exclusion, including indefinite, on the responsible gaming page.
What should give you pause
- Thirteen domains carrying the Level Up name, the brand domain among them, are on ACMA’s blocked list.
- PayID not confirmed.
- The payments page promises withdrawals “within up to 1 hour”; the terms give 72 hours after approval, and the same page lists 5–7 banking days for bank transfer.
- The weekly cap of 7,500 AUD stretches large withdrawals over weeks; the VIP “A$50K” banner has no terms.
- Each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal.
- The A$20,000 package total needs the largest option at all five deposits.
- The licence number does not appear on the regulator’s validation page.
Licence and operator
The footer says the site “is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL that is incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102-893958” and “is operating under E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission” (12 and 16 October 2026). The terms, clause 1.1, say the same.
The commission’s validation page, opened from the seal in the footer, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on a page “generated on Oct 16, 2026”, with the same result on 12 October. It listed two registered websites, one of them the brand domain. It showed no licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator’s word.
Same operator: The Clubhouse, Spinago, Dundee Slots
Three brands we review name the same company. The Clubhouse Casino’s footer and terms name Novatrix SRL, reg. no. 3-102-893958, and Tobique licence 0000002 (footer 12 and 16 October, terms 12 October 2026). Spinago’s footer and terms named Novatrix SRL and licence 0000002 on 11 October 2026 (Spinago review). Dundee Slots’ terms named Novatrix SRL, 3-102-893958, and licence 0000002 the same day (Dundee Slots review).
Each brand’s terms, cashier and lobby are checked on its own page; no figure here comes from them. We could not confirm the platform behind Level Up from a label on the site.
Support and player tools
The FAQ names e-mail and live chat for support, and the home page claims “24/7 ASSISTANCE”. The responsible gaming page lists deposit limits by day, week or month, loss limits, cooling-off of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months, and self-exclusion “for a definite period of time (6 months, 9 months, 1 year) or indefinitely” (12 October 2026). We did not test support or these tools.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:00–06:04 UTC) we rendered Level Up’s home page, terms, bonus terms, promotions, payments, FAQ and responsible gaming pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre), and read the site’s platform data and cashier list. On 16 October 2026 (18:11–18:15 UTC) we rendered the home page again, read the provider list and compared it with a German server. On 17 October 2026 (04:17–04:35 UTC) we re-read the promotions page and the bonus terms from the same Melbourne connection.
We followed the brand domain’s redirects, opened the licence validation page from the footer seal and read ACMA’s list on both days. The pages were served from a domain we do not publish. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: Level Up has not been scored by our rubric.
Is Level Up Casino legit?
The footer and terms (§1.1) name Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rican company, reg. no. 3-102-893958, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under no. 0000002. The commission’s validation page showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on 12 and 16 October 2026 but no licence number. Level Up’s brand domain and twelve numbered domains carrying the Level Up name are on ACMA’s blocked list (last updated 20 July 2026). What ACMA says the law means: online casinos and Australian law.
Does Level Up accept players from Australia?
We draw no conclusion. The terms (last updated 6 February 2026) do not name Australia among “Restricted Countries” (§2.4). On 12 and 16 October 2026 the sign-up form opened to our Melbourne data-centre connection with Australia and AUD pre-filled; that is not a check from a home provider. ACMA lists the brand domain among blocked gambling websites.
What are the Level Up welcome bonus terms?
On 12 October 2026 the bonus terms (last updated 27 May 2026) set five deposit bonuses, each with three options, totalling up to A$20,000 and 500 free spins. Wagering is 35 times the bonus, winnings are capped at 3 times the bonus, the bonus is valid 14 days and spins 72 hours. The maximum bet is 85 AUD. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at 75 AUD (terms §11.7). We publish no codes.
Does Level Up have a no deposit bonus?
We found no no-deposit offer on the promotions page on 17 October 2026, only a code field: “Sign up or log in to apply your No Deposit Bonus code and claim a reward.” The bonus terms (last updated 27 May 2026) make such bonuses available “only after email verification”. To withdraw the winnings, a player must pass KYC and “make at least one deposit, which must be wagered 3 times.” Winnings must be wagered 40 or 70 times, depending on the promotion, and free spins last 24 hours. The general terms cap these winnings at 75 AUD (§11.7), while the bonus terms say the cap “varies depending on the promotion”. We publish no codes.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA’s words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA’s list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
