The site named no operator to our Australian connection, and the brand’s main domain and 25 other domains carrying the RocketPlay name are on the ACMA list of blocked gambling websites (list last updated 20 July 2026, read 16 October 2026). PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for RocketPlay, and this page does not link to its site.

The outside-Australia banner and the ACMA list
The banner appeared on every page we rendered from our Australian connection, a Melbourne data-centre address: home, terms, bonus terms, payments, welcome bonus and responsible gaming pages on 12 October 2026, home and FAQ on 16 October. Proceeding means confirming access “from outside of Australia”. We did not test what happens if a visitor declines.
Other parts of the same site address Australians. The terms’ “Restricted Countries List” (§3.6) does not name Australia. The site’s registration country list includes Australia with AUD as its default currency, the AUD cashier lists local bank payout methods, and the bonus terms contain a block headed “For Australian players” (12 October 2026). We record both sides and draw no conclusion from the terms.
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists the brand’s main domain, a domain ending in “-au” and 24 numbered domains carrying the RocketPlay name, 26 in all (list “Last updated: 20 July 2026”, read 12 and 16 October 2026). ACMA says it “can ask internet service providers” to block access to websites (blocked gambling websites page, read 12 October 2026). We print only the main domain, as plain text in Sources, and link to no RocketPlay address.
The site opened to our data-centre connection on both days. That does not show what a player on an Australian home internet provider sees. What ACMA’s list means for players: online casinos and Australian law.
Operator and licence: shown only outside Australia
To our Australian connection the footer, the terms and the site’s Australian terms data named no company (12 and 16 October 2026). The terms say only: “The Casino complies with gambling regulations and policies the applicable license requires.” (§1.2).
From a German server on 12 October 2026 the footer read: “…is operated by Scores55 Tech B.V. registered under No. 162990 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. This website is licensed and authorized by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (license no. OGL/2024/1307/0748)”. That line is the operator’s statement and is not shown to Australian visitors.
The certificate page linked from the seal in that footer names Scores55 Tech B.V., company number 162990, and licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority: “The license was granted on 16/07/2024 and its current status is Active” (12 and 16 October 2026). It covers the brand’s main domain, the one on ACMA’s list, and names no other domain.
An older terms page still stored in the site’s content system names a former operator, Dama N.V. (read 12 October 2026). The current terms name no company.
RocketPlay withdrawal time and limits
The terms cap withdrawals at A$9,000 a week and A$35,000 a month: “8.8 The Casino has a maximum withdrawal amount limitations of:” followed by “…9 000 AUD… per week” and “…35 000 AUD… per month”. Exceptions “may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.” Four full weeks at the weekly cap would be A$36,000, so the monthly cap is the lower ceiling (our arithmetic).
The AUD cashier shown before login (12 and 16 October 2026) set lower ceilings per method: A$30 to A$6,000 for the two local bank methods and crypto, A$30 to A$4,000 for MiFinity. No daily cap is stated.
A balance above A$20,000 may be paid in “monthly installments of a maximum of… 20 000 AUD” (§8.10); a A$60,000 win would then take three months (our arithmetic). “All progressive jackpot winnings are subject to full payment.” (§8.12)
The terms give no general payout time; the only figure is 5–7 banking days for refunds. The FAQ says: “From our side, the process takes up to 24 hours. From the payment providers’ side: E-Wallets: up to 24 hours. Bank cards and Bank Transfers: up to 3-7 business days.” The cashier labels its bank and MiFinity payouts “instant”. These are the operator’s statements; we did not withdraw.
- Minimum withdrawal: “25 EUR or an equivalent in the currency of your account” (§8.6); A$30 in the AUD cashier.
- Before the first withdrawal: each deposit must be wagered once (§8.7); otherwise the casino “has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal”.
- Fees: the payments page shows “Fee free” on every withdrawal row and the cashier a zero commission; the FAQ says some methods “come with a small fee”.
- Verification (KYC, the casino’s identity checks): photo ID, a proof of address no older than 90 days and proof of payment (§7.2). The casino may require a video call; if it cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, “the account will be locked” (§7.6).
- Crypto and KYC: the FAQ says crypto users “don’t need verification before withdrawal”; the terms reserve the right to check identity before any payout (§8.11).
- Payout route: “you can withdraw only by the same method you used to deposit” (FAQ).
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months without a login, a monthly fee of “a minimum 25 EUR” or equivalent while the balance is positive (§11.1).
How these clauses compare with other casinos’: withdrawal times.
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at RocketPlay. The AUD cashier shown before login listed five methods on 12 and 16 October 2026, and none was labelled PayID. Two are local bank payout methods, which we do not count as PayID. The payments page does not mention PayID. Why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
That cashier listed the two bank methods for withdrawals only, Neosurf for deposits only, and MiFinity and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others) both ways. The minimum deposit is A$30 on the payments page and in the FAQ.
The payments page, in euros, lists cards, MiFinity, Jeton, Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller and crypto. Cards, Jeton, Skrill, MuchBetter and Neteller were not in the AUD cashier before login; we did not see the cashier after login. To our Australian connection the home page showed promotions in euros.
RocketPlay bonus terms
We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players, whose access is covered above. On 12 October 2026 the welcome page printed three different package headlines, all in euros; this review goes by the bonus terms (“Last updated: 27.11.2025”), which give amounts in AUD for the first two deposits. We publish no bonus codes.
- 1st deposit: minimum AUD 30; maximum bonus AUD 1,000; wagering x40 on the bonus and on free-spin winnings.
- 2nd deposit: minimum AUD 75; maximum bonus AUD 1,000; wagering x40.
- Wagering in money: “you must make x40 bets from the bonus amount”; a A$100 bonus means A$4,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
- Maximum bet: AUD 7.5 while wagering (bonus terms); the welcome page says 5 EUR.
- Time limit: “The bonus is valid for 5 days.” Free spins must be activated within one day.
- Free spins: 100 on the first deposit, “in a set of 20 per day”, on Train To Rio Grande (BGaming) in the bonus terms read on 17 October 2026; on 12 October they named a different game, and the “Last updated: 27.11.2025” line did not change. Winnings from them are capped at AUD 300. The welcome page and FAQ describe the daily schedule differently.
- Maximum win: AUD 5,000 from the first or the second deposit bonus.
- Game weighting: pokies 100%, blackjack 5%, roulette, table and jackpot games 0% (welcome page); live games 5%, game shows and some live games 0% (bonus terms).
The welcome page gives third- and fourth-deposit tiers only in euros. The general bonus terms cap withdrawable winnings from a no-deposit bonus at AUD 75; to withdraw, “the account must have been fully verified and the minimum deposit requirements met” (rule 20).
On 17 October 2026 the promotions page shown to our Australian connection listed 10 offers, and none was a sign-up bonus without a deposit. The bonus terms call weekly cashback and live cashback a “no-deposit bonus”; both are credited on the previous week’s play, and each section caps winnings from it at 5,000 EUR or the currency equivalent. The arithmetic behind any offer: casino bonuses explained.
Games and providers
The provider list served to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026 held 69 studios, among them BGaming, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Novomatic, Playson, Betsoft, Booming Games and Spribe. The same request from a German server returned 103. The 34 studios missing for Australia include Evolution, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt.
The terms list Australia among territories where “All NetEnt Casino Games may not be offered” (§4.4). We did not count games.
Platform and related brands
RocketPlay runs on the SoftSwiss platform, judging by the site’s signature (12 and 16 October 2026). Our research notes of 30 September and 4 October 2026 found no confirmed sister casino. RocketPlay’s affiliate programme also promotes brands of another operator; a shared affiliate programme does not show common ownership. More on how we trace owners: casino sister sites.
RocketPlay is not Casino Rocket, a different brand with a different operator, Metlait SRL: see the Casino Rocket review. No figure on this page comes from Casino Rocket.

- No operator or licence shown to Australian visitors.
- 26 domains carrying the RocketPlay name, the main domain among them, on ACMA’s blocked list.
- PayID not confirmed.
- No general payout time in the terms; the FAQ and payments page disagree on fees.
- An account can be locked if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a withdrawal request.
- A monthly fee of at least 25 EUR on dormant accounts after 12 months.
Support and player tools
The site lists “24/7 chat”, and the FAQ says “We work every day of the week 24/7” (16 October 2026). We did not test support and do not publish its e-mail address, which sits on an ACMA-listed domain.
The responsible gaming page lists deposit limits “for a day, week, or month”, loss and wager limits, cooling-off for 1 day to 6 months, and self-exclusion (12 October 2026). We did not test these tools.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (05:59–06:07 UTC) and 16 October 2026 (18:11–18:16 UTC) we rendered RocketPlay’s pages in a browser from an Australian data-centre connection in Melbourne. We read the terms, bonus terms, payments, welcome bonus and responsible gaming pages on 12 October, the home page on both days and the FAQ on 16 October.
We read the AUD cashier list before login on both days, the provider list on 12 October, and the home page and provider list from a German server on 12 October. We opened the CGA certificate and read ACMA’s list on both days. On 17 October 2026 (04:26–04:27 UTC) we re-read the bonus terms and the promotions page from the same connection. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review gives no score.
Is RocketPlay legit?
We draw no conclusion; here is what the records show. To our Australian connection the site named no operator and no licence, and its banner asked us to confirm access “from outside of Australia” (12 and 16 October 2026). Outside Australia the footer names Scores55 Tech B.V. (Curaçao, no. 162990), and the CGA certificate for licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 shows status “Active”. The brand’s main domain is on ACMA’s blocked list.
How long do RocketPlay withdrawals take?
The terms give no general payout time. The FAQ says up to 24 hours on the casino’s side, then up to 24 hours for e-wallets and 3–7 business days for cards and bank transfers (16 October 2026); these are the operator’s statements. Each deposit must be wagered once first (§8.7), and verification can include a video call (§7.6).
What are RocketPlay’s withdrawal limits?
A$9,000 a week and A$35,000 a month (§8.8); no daily cap is stated. Balances above A$20,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to A$20,000 (§8.10), and progressive jackpots are paid in full (§8.12). The AUD cashier shown before login set per-method maximums of A$6,000 and A$4,000 and a minimum of A$30 (12 and 16 October 2026).
What are the RocketPlay welcome bonus terms?
The bonus terms (last updated 27 November 2025) set a first-deposit minimum of AUD 30 and a second-deposit minimum of AUD 75, each with a bonus of up to AUD 1,000 and x40 wagering. The maximum bet is AUD 7.5, the bonus is valid for 5 days, free-spin winnings are capped at AUD 300 and deposit-bonus winnings at AUD 5,000. We publish no codes.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA’s words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA’s list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
