Zoome Casino Review 2026: Outside-Australia Banner and ACMA-Listed Domain

CASINO REVIEW

Zoome's website asked our Australian connection to confirm being “outside of Australia” (seen on 12, 16 and 17 October 2026), and the brand's main domain is on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (checked 12 October 2026).

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. Free, confidential help: Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858.

Its terms name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica, and the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed that company's status as “VALID”. The terms cap withdrawals at A$7,500 a week. PayID is not confirmed. We have no referral link to Zoome.

Zoome asks Australian visitors to confirm they are outside Australia

On our Australian connection, Zoome showed this cookie banner: “We use Cookies . Also in proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website from outside of Australia”. We saw it on the home page, the terms, the bonus terms and the payments page on 12 October 2026. The home page served to our German connection the same day did not contain it. On 16 October 2026 the home page and the bonus terms showed the same banner, word for word, to the same Australian connection, and on 17 October 2026 the home and promotions pages showed it again. We kept screenshots.

Other parts of the same site address Australians. The About page says: “Zoome Casino is aimed at players from Australia and other English-speaking countries.” The sign-up country list includes Australia with AUD as the default currency. The terms' list of restricted countries (§2.4) does not name Australia; Australia appears only as a restriction on NetEnt and Amatic games.

These texts contradict the banner, and we draw no conclusion from the terms about who may play. The site opened from our connection, a data-centre address in Melbourne, on two days. That does not show what a home internet user in Australia sees.

Zoome on ACMA's blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists the brand's main domain and eight numbered Zoome domains among blocked gambling websites. We read the list on 12 October 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. We name only the main domain from the list, as plain text, in Sources. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Operator and licence: Novatrix SRL, Tobique validator VALID

The terms shown to our Australian connection name Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958), as owner and operator (§1.1). They state “E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission”. The About page and the footer name the same company. The Tobique Gaming Commission is a Canadian First Nation regulator, so its licence is not an Australian one.

The commission's online validator, opened from the footer seal on 12 October 2026, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL and two Zoome website addresses. Checked against a made-up domain, the same seal returned “INVALID”. So the validator checks the domain, not a fixed image. It does not print a licence number, and the commission's licence-holder page did not open for us. The number 0000002 rests on the operator's word.

The operator has changed. On 30 September and 4 October 2026 our checks found Dama N.V. named in the terms and About page, with an Antillephone licence, while the footer seal named Novatrix SRL. On 12 October only Novatrix SRL appeared. The terms still carry “Last updated: 13.02.2026”, so the printed date does not show the change. We did not re-read the privacy policy.

The terms name EGIS as the dispute service, operating “under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (operator's statement).

Zoome withdrawal limits and times

The terms cap withdrawals at A$1,500 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling seven days and A$15,000 a month (§11.8). The monthly cap resets on the 1st. Two full weeks at the weekly cap reach the monthly cap (our arithmetic). Progressive jackpot wins “are paid in full and do not count toward these limits”.

The minimum withdrawal is A$75 (§11.1). The payments table lists bank transfer and PayAnyBank withdrawals from A$75 to A$1,500 each, so one maximum withdrawal uses a full day's cap. Cryptocurrencies are also listed.

§11.6: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” Bank transfers are processed “within 3 business days” (§11.10). The payments table shows “24 hours” for bank transfer and “Instant” for PayAnyBank; these are the casino's labels, and this review goes by the terms. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

Before a withdrawal: verification, fees and inactive accounts

Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks) asks for a government photo ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement (§11.2). More documents can be requested.

The payments table shows no casino fee for deposits or withdrawals. Intermediary banks may charge on bank transfers, “typically up to €16” (§11.11), and your own bank's fees are yours (§11.13). The casino's internal currency is EUR, so AUD amounts “may differ slightly” after conversion (§11.10).

The terms also allow card payouts by Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer (§11.3). Cards do not appear in the AUD withdrawal table.

  • Inactive accounts: after 12 months without login or play, a fee of €10 a month may be deducted (§12.1).
  • No-deposit winnings: capped at A$225 (§11.7).

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed: Zoome's cashier is shown only after login, and we did not open an account. PayID is not in the payments page, the terms or the list of payment methods the site returns before login (12 October 2026). The withdrawal table lists “PayAnyBank”; we did not check what that method is, and its name is not PayID.

The payments table lists Visa, Mastercard, “Giropay via Mifinity” and CashToCode from A$20 to A$6,000, free and “Instant”. Bank transfer deposits run from A$85 to A$1,600 with “24 hours”. Six cryptocurrencies are listed: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and USDT. The pre-login list showed Neosurf, a local bank transfer and crypto.

Bonus terms priced in AUD

The bonus terms quote a welcome package in AUD, while the cookie banner asks Australian visitors to confirm they are outside Australia. We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. The package covers three deposits of at least A$20 each:

  • first: 100% up to A$1,500 plus 100 free spins;
  • second: 50% up to A$1,125 plus 50 free spins;
  • third: 100% up to A$1,125 plus 100 free spins.

Each bonus must be wagered 40 times, so a A$1,500 bonus means A$60,000 in bets (our arithmetic). Winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. Bonuses last 7 days; free spins must be activated within 1 day and wagered within 7. The maximum bet while wagering is A$7.50.

Slots count 100% towards wagering; roulette, poker, card, video poker and casual games 5%; others 0%. A home-page tile shows a larger welcome total than the bonus terms; this review goes by the bonus terms. The bonus terms print no date. We publish no codes.

The same terms list a Thursday cashback of 3–20% by account level, wagered 5 times, up to A$7,500. Six weekly deposit offers carry 40 times wagering. Their minimum deposits are A$45 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and the weekend, A$30 on Friday and A$90 on Sunday (bonus terms read 12 and 16 October 2026).

Games and providers

The lobby's studio list returned 68 studios to our Australian connection and 120 to a German one (12 October 2026). Fifty-five studios in the German list were missing from the Australian one, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Relax Gaming. On 23 September 2026 our check found 67 studios in the Australian list.

Studios in the Australian list include BGaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Playson, Spribe, Yggdrasil and Novomatic. For live tables, the list includes LuckyStreak, ICONIC21 and Winfinity. The terms themselves restrict NetEnt and Amatic games in Australia.

The About page says support is available 24/7; the terms give an e-mail address. The About page also says players can set deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion in their account, and that play is for those aged 18 and over. These tools sit behind login, and we did not test them.

The footer says “We are part of GO Affiliates”. Our casino sister sites guide lists Zoome with Trip2VIP under that programme; a shared owner is not proven, and this site has no Trip2VIP review. Our King Billy and Spinago reviews record the same operator name, Novatrix SRL, in those casinos' terms.

Archive copies show the casino online from 23 May 2022; the main domain was registered on 1 September 2021 (our check of 24 September 2026).

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:14–06:27 UTC) we rendered Zoome's pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne). We read the terms, bonus terms, payments page, About page and home page, the pre-login payment methods, the sign-up country list and the lobby studio list. We compared the home page and studio list with a German connection and checked the licence on the Tobique validator. On 16 October 2026 (20:15 UTC) we rendered the home page and the bonus terms again from the same connection. On 17 October 2026 (04:17–04:35 UTC) we rendered the home and promotions pages and read every promotion page in the site's content data, again from Melbourne.

We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw.

Score: 7.3 out of 10 on our published rubric, which counts only what the casino commits to in writing. 4.5 to start, +0.75 because the terms name both the operator (Novatrix SRL) and a regulator (Tobique Gaming Commission), +0.25 for the A$7,500 weekly cap, +0.5 for the written monthly cap (A$15,000), +0.5 for the written processing time (72 hours), +0.5 because progressive jackpot wins sit outside the caps, +0.25 for the written minimum withdrawal (A$75) = 7.25, rounded to 7.3. Not earned: a weekly cap of A$10,000 or more; PayID seen in the cashier. The “outside of Australia” prompt, the ACMA listing and bonus size do not change the score.

Is Zoome Casino legit?

Its terms name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958), and the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed “VALID” for that company on 12 October 2026. The validator does not show the licence number 0000002 that the operator quotes. On 30 September and 4 October 2026 the terms named Dama N.V. A Tobique licence is not an Australian licence.

Does Zoome accept players from Australia?

On 12, 16 and 17 October 2026 its cookie banner asked our Australian connection to confirm being “outside of Australia”. The brand's main domain and eight numbered Zoome domains are on ACMA's blocked list, last updated 20 July 2026. The restricted-country list in the terms (§2.4, last updated 13.02.2026) does not name Australia.

How long do Zoome withdrawals take?

The terms aim to process withdrawals “within 72 hours of approval”, and bank transfers within 3 business days (read 12 October 2026). The “24 hours” and “Instant” on the payments page are the casino's labels.

What are Zoome's withdrawal limits?

The terms cap withdrawals at A$1,500 a day, A$7,500 a rolling week and A$15,000 a month; progressive jackpot wins do not count. The minimum withdrawal is A$75 (terms read 12 October 2026).

What are the Zoome welcome bonus terms?

The bonus terms offer 100% up to A$1,500 plus 100 free spins, then 50% up to A$1,125 plus 50 free spins, then 100% up to A$1,125 plus 100 free spins. Each needs a deposit of at least A$20. Wagering is 40 times the bonus within 7 days, the maximum bet is A$7.50, and winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. No-deposit winnings are capped at A$225 (read 12 October 2026).

Does Zoome have a no deposit bonus?

We found none. On 17 October 2026 Zoome's cookie banner again asked our Australian connection to confirm being “outside of Australia”, so we present no Zoome bonus as available to Australians. None of the 8 promotion pages in the site's content data listed a no-deposit offer that day. The promotions page text says the casino's “free bonus offerings include no deposit promotions” and that it “occasionally” offers free spins in them, “typically available to new players” (17 October 2026). These are the operator's statements; no such offer was listed behind them. The bonus terms call the weekly cashback one: “The cashback is no deposit bonus with a minimal wager.” That Thursday cashback starts at loyalty Level 2, needs a “Minimum Spent Sum” of A$7.50 over the last 7 days and is wagered 5 times. Separately, §4.1 caps winnings from “any non-deposit cash bonuses, tournament free spins or free spins” at A$225 (bonus terms read 16 October 2026). The operator states that most promotions need no manual code entry.

Responsible gambling and the law

In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
