Who runs Lucky Green: no company and no licence named
We found no legal entity and no licence on Lucky Green's pages. The terms say the site “is operated by Lucky Green Casino” (§1.4). The footer reads “© 2026 Lucky Green Casino. All rights reserved.”, and the privacy policy defines “the Company” as Lucky Green Casino. None of these names a registered company, a registration number or an address.
On 12 October 2026 we looked on every luckygreencasino.com page we captured from an Australian connection: the home page, offers, cashback, loyalty, terms, privacy policy, responsible gambling, support, sitemap and sign-up form. None shows a licence number, a regulator, a seal or a link to a licence validator. On 16 October the terms and home pages of both brand domains again had no licence wording and no validator seal.
The terms are “governed by the laws of Curacao”, with disputes going to Curaçao courts (§14.5); that is a choice of law, not a licence. With no regulator named, the terms point complaints to the casino's own support e-mail (§13.1); where else to turn: casino complaints. Checking a licence yourself: how to check a casino.
Two domains, one brand
We found the Lucky Green casino on two domains, luckygreencasino.com and luckygreen.com, and read both on 16 October 2026. Their terms are the same text apart from the domain name, both name “Lucky Green Casino” as the operator and both give the same complaints e-mail address (§13.1). Both sites run on the same platform build with the same analytics account, and each opens its own sign-up form.
Because neither domain names a company, “one brand” means the same trading name and the same platform, not a proven legal entity. We did not check whether one account works on both domains. Unless a domain is named, the observations in this review come from luckygreencasino.com.
Australia in the terms and on ACMA's list
Australia is not among the countries whose residents “are not allowed to register on the Website” (§2.1.2); the list names, among others, the Netherlands, the United States and the United Kingdom. We found no version or date on the terms; we read them in full on 12 October 2026. Other luckygreencasino.com pages show “Last Updated: 13/06/2024”, the luckygreen.com home page “Last Updated: 21/04/2026”.
The site's own data lists two countries, Australia (AUD) and New Zealand (NZD). The sign-up form opened with the country set to Australia and no refusal message on 12 October, and on both domains on 16 October; we did not submit it. These were checks from one data-centre connection in Melbourne, so they do not show what a home internet user in Australia sees.
We found no Lucky Green domain on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (read 12 October 2026). ACMA is the Australian Communications and Media Authority. Absence from the list is not a licence; what the law says is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
Lucky Green withdrawal limits and times
Withdrawals are capped at $1,000 in any 24 hours, $5,000 in any 7 days and $15,000 in any 30 days, “(or the equivalent in your Account currency)”, “unless a larger amount has been agreed by us” (§6.11). A win of $3,000 therefore takes at least three days to withdraw (our arithmetic: 3 × $1,000).
“All withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) banking days, but there are cases where the timing can be longer”, depending on payment channels, account checks and public holidays (§6.6). That is processing time, not the time until money arrives; we did not test a withdrawal. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
We found no minimum withdrawal in the terms; the cashier that may show one is behind login.
Before a withdrawal: the 30% fee, turnover and verification
“Lucky Green Casino will charge an extra 30% commission upon withdrawal if the total bet amount is less than the amount of the initial deposit” (§6.5). The clause does not say what the 30% is charged on. If it is the amount withdrawn, a $100 withdrawal would lose $30 (our arithmetic).
A deposit must also be wagered at least once before any withdrawal (§5.6). On a $100 deposit that means $100 in bets first (our arithmetic).
Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks) asks for both sides of an ID valid for at least six months, a selfie with the ID and a bank statement no older than three months (§6.1). “A withdrawal request will not be processed until all KYC documents have been accepted” (§6.3). The bank account must be in the same country as the one in the player's profile (§6.8).
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed. The luckygreen.com home page names it in a payment table, but that is the operator's marketing text; the cashier is shown only after login, and we did not open an account. Read why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
The same text gives the minimum deposit for the first welcome deposit: “The minimum deposit is 25 AU$.” Its table also names Visa, Mastercard, Direct Bank Transfer, Neteller and Skrill, with withdrawal labels from “Often instant” to “3-7 days”; the terms say requests are processed within two banking days (§6.6). The table is marketing text, not the cashier (luckygreen.com home page, read 12 October 2026).
Lucky Green bonus terms
We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. On 12 October 2026 luckygreencasino.com gave three different headline figures for its welcome offer: “150% up to 2,000 AUD + Free Spins” on the home page banner, “Up to 9,500 AUD + up to 185 Free Spins for the first 5 deposits” in the sign-up form and a five-step list on the offers page.
The offers page lists: first deposit 150% up to 1,000 AUD plus free spins in Wolf Gold; second up to 150% plus up to 35 free spins; third 125% up to 1,000 AUD or 25 free spins; fourth up to 175% or up to 75 free spins; fifth 100% up to 1,000 AUD or 25 free spins in Diamond Strike “on your next three deposits”. We found no separate bonus terms page.
The terms set standard wagering at 45 times the bonus and expiry at 60 days; the terms say both can differ for specific promotions (§16.10.2.10, §16.10.2.9). The luckygreen.com home text says “The wagering requirement for all the parts of the Welcome Bonus at Lucky Green is x45”. An A$1,000 bonus means A$45,000 in bets (our arithmetic). We found no maximum bet and no cap on bonus winnings in the terms. How wagering works: bonus terms explained.
Games and providers
The first rows of the luckygreencasino.com lobby shown to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026 included Pragmatic Play, Playson, Aristocrat, BGaming, BNG and Microgaming (one render). The site has no public studio list, and we did not count the studios.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:09–06:29 UTC) we rendered luckygreencasino.com in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne), repeated the home page check the same day and read the luckygreen.com home page. We read the terms in full, sections 1 to 16, and the country list from the site's own data. A German connection got a Cloudflare security check instead of the site, which says nothing about geo-rules.
On 16 October (18:37–18:39 UTC) we compared the terms, home pages and sign-up forms of both domains from the same Australian connection. We read ACMA's list on 12 October. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review gives no score: Lucky Green has not yet been rated against our scoring rubric.
Is Lucky Green Casino licensed?
We found no licence. On 12 and 16 October 2026 none of the pages we read on either brand domain showed a licence number, a regulator, a seal or a link to a validator. The terms say the site “is operated by Lucky Green Casino”, which is the casino's own name; no registered company is named (§1.4). They choose Curaçao law and courts (§14.5), which is not a licence.
Does Lucky Green accept players from Australia?
The sign-up form opened with the country set to Australia on 12 October 2026 and on both domains on 16 October (not submitted), and the site's own country list holds only Australia and New Zealand. Australia is not in the terms' list of countries whose residents may not register (§2.1.2). We found no Lucky Green domain on ACMA's blocked list on 12 October; that is not a licence.
How long do Lucky Green withdrawals take?
The terms say requests are processed “within two (2) banking days”, sometimes longer (§6.6). Withdrawals are capped at $1,000 in 24 hours, $5,000 in 7 days and $15,000 in 30 days (§6.11). Nothing is processed until all verification documents are accepted (§6.3). We found no minimum withdrawal in the terms (read 12 October 2026).
Does Lucky Green charge withdrawal fees?
The terms add a 30% commission on a withdrawal if total bets are less than the initial deposit (§6.5). Every deposit must also be wagered at least once before a withdrawal (§5.6). Terms read 12 October 2026.
Is there a Lucky Green $75 no deposit bonus?
We found no such offer. On 12 October 2026 the luckygreencasino.com offers page listed five deposit bonuses and no no-deposit offer; its FAQ text mentions no-deposit bonuses only as a general bonus type, and 75 AUD appears in the offer details only as a minimum deposit step (“25 / 50 / 75 AUD”). The page title still reads “Casino Bonus 2023 | Best Bonus Codes - 2023”, but the page publishes no code. The site's interface data has a “Promo Code” box (“If you receive a promo code, you can use it here.”); the sign-up form we opened asked for e-mail, name, surname, password and country. We found no current code published and give none. The welcome offer listed on the offers page starts with 150% up to 1,000 AUD plus free spins on the first deposit, with 45 times wagering under the standard terms.
