The terms cap withdrawals at A$250 a week for players with deposits below A$500, give no processing time and allow a 5% deduction from deposits if play is lacking or judged insufficient. The first-deposit bonus is wagered 25x (terms and offer read 12 and 17 October 2026). No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Twin Casino, and this page does not link to its site.

Licence: valid for twin.com, with Australia excluded
The licence is recorded as valid, and the regulator’s own validator page names Australia as excluded from it. Both facts come from Anjouan’s validator page of 17 October 2026.
§1.4 of the terms names the regulator as “the Government & the Gaming Control Board of Anjouan” and the licence as “License No. ALSI-202410001-FI1”. The seal on the site’s about page links to the Anjouan validator for twin.com, the domain our Australian connection reached.
That validator page, “generated on Oct 17, 2026”, names Jade Reef Ventures Corp. and reads: “Operating status: VALID”. It adds: “This gaming platform operates under License No. ALSI-202410001-FI1, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan pursuant to the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.”
The same page reads: “The Anjouan Internet Gaming License is not valid in, and does not extend to, the following excluded jurisdictions:” and “Excluded Territories: Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA.” The same list was printed on the Anjouan validator page we opened for another casino’s domain on 16 October 2026. We quote it and draw no conclusion from it about Twin.
The Anjouan public register lists ALSI-202410001-FI1 for Jade Reef Ventures Corp.: status “valid”, type b2c, issued 2024-10-01, expiry 2027-09-30 (read 17 October 2026). Its domain list includes twin.com and one other Twin-named domain.
The same register entry also lists Leon-named domains, one of which is on ACMA’s blocked list; details are in our Leon Casino review. A shared register entry does not show a shared operator: the Leon site’s footer names another company. Twin’s site configuration also points to the Leonbets platform (12 October 2026); that is our technical observation, not the operator’s statement, and a shared platform does not show a shared operator either.
Operator: one company, two addresses
§1.3 of the terms reads: “Currently, the services are provided by Jade Reef Ventures Corp., a company registered at 123 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize, Belize District, with company registration number 42967.” The validator gives the same address.
The site footer gives another address for the company: “New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3½ Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize” (12 and 17 October 2026). Both come from the operator; we did not establish which is current.
The footer names Chessmate Limited of Larnaca, Cyprus (Reg. No. HE 461012) as “the official payment agent for Jade Reef Ventures Corp.”; that is the operator’s statement. It also reads “© Twin, 2023-2026”. Who ran the brand before 2023 is not verified, and we state no launch date.
Access from Australia and the ACMA list
The site opened from our Australian test connection on 12 and 17 October 2026, with a page titled “Twin Casino Australia — Your New Home for Online Gaming Down Under” and prices in A$. On 12 October the registration form defaulted to Australia and AUD.
These were checks from one Melbourne data-centre server on two days. They do not show what a player on an Australian home connection sees.
§2.3 of the terms lists the countries from which the casino “shall not allow registrations”: “Ukraine, USA, Spain, United Kingdom, Israel, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Autonomous Territory of Kahnawake, Afghanistan, North Korea, Belize, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, China, Hong Kong and Hungary.” Australia is not among them (version 1.1 of 1 December 2025, read 17 October 2026).
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, publishes a list of blocked gambling websites. No domain carrying the Twin name was on it when we read it on 12 and 17 October 2026; the list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. What a listing, or its absence, means for players: online casinos and Australian law.
Twin withdrawal limits and times
The terms set the caps by tier, based on the player’s total deposits, and give no processing time. Requests are “subject to minimum sums and currency limitations, presently being: 55 AUD” among other currencies, “for all other methods” (§4.12).
| Tier (§4.13) | Criteria | Max withdrawal limits |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1: New/Low Deposits | Cumulative deposits below A$500 | A$250 per week / A$1,000 per month |
| Tier 2: Standard Users | Cumulative deposits between A$500 and A$5,000 | A$500 per week / A$2,000 per month |
| Tier 3: High Value Users | Cumulative deposits above A$5,000 or VIP status | A$1,000 per week / A$4,000 per month (or by arrangement) |
A Tier 1 player with a A$2,000 win would need at least eight weeks to withdraw it (our arithmetic). The operator “reserves the right to reclassify users at its discretion, without obligation to disclose the specific rationale or classification criteria.” The terms state no daily cap.
The only times are in a table on the home page: cards “Instant / 1-3 days”, bank transfer “2-5 business days”, crypto “Under 1 hour”, e-wallets “Within 24 hours”; prepaid cards are deposit-only. These are the operator’s figures, and we did not test them. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
Terms that can cost you
- Deduction: “During the withdrawal process we retain the right to withhold a commission of 5% from the sum of the deposits, if the gaming activity on the Account is lacking or deemed to be insufficient.” (§4.19). On A$1,000 of deposits that is A$50 (our arithmetic). The terms do not define “insufficient”.
- Before withdrawal: deposits by bank card, by one-way payment systems or through “specific Instant Payment (IP) platforms, including those utilising a predefined alias or a QR code linked to the beneficiary’s transactional Account” must be wagered in full before a withdrawal request (§4.17).
- Checks: “Withdrawal requests may be pending during security checks.” (§4.14). No time limit is given for those checks.
- Verification (KYC, the casino’s identity checks): “After registering an Account the player has to complete the verification procedure.” (§2.6), with a national ID card, passport or driving licence.
- Inactive account: an account becomes dormant after “no player-initiated activity (such as logging in, depositing, placing a wager, or withdrawing funds) for a continuous period of 12 months” (§5.1). “Dormant Accounts will not be automatically closed, cleared, or altered in any way.” and “No administrative or dormancy fees will be applied to Dormant Accounts.” (§5.2). A withdrawal from a dormant account “will trigger a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process”, with ID, proof of address and verification of the original payment method (§5.3).
- Disputes: the terms send a complaint to the casino first, which says it will “aim to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days” (§11.1); an unresolved complaint can be escalated to Anjouan “through the operator’s interactive site seal validator page” (§11.3); “Our appointed ADR provider is eCOGRA.” (§11.4). That is the operator’s statement. Where else to turn: casino complaints.
Deposits and currencies
§4.7: “The minimum deposit amount is 1 unit of currency or subject to limits imposed by the payment service provider, whichever is greater.” The welcome bonus needs at least A$30. AUD is among the account currencies listed in §4.3.
The home page table lists Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallets and prepaid cards. Methods and limits in the cashier are shown only after login, and we did not open an account. §4.17’s wording on instant-payment platforms names no method.
Twin bonus terms
We report these terms as published on 12 October 2026 and re-read on 17 October 2026, not as an offer to Australian players; access is covered above. The welcome package gives up to A$3,000 over three deposits, and the home page says: “To claim this offer, you don’t need to enter any bonus codes.”
- 1st deposit: 100% up to A$1,000 and 100 free spins; at least A$30, deposited within 15 days of opening the account.
- 1st-deposit wagering: “Wager the amount of the first bonus 25x within 15 days, and withdraw up to 2x the received bonus amount”. A A$100 bonus means A$2,500 in bets and at most A$200 withdrawn from it (our arithmetic).
- Free spins: worth A$0.20 each, on 5 Relics of Power: Hold & Win by Penguin King; winnings wagered 25x on slots within 24 hours.
- 2nd and 3rd deposits: 125% and 150%, each up to A$1,000. The offer page states no wagering or expiry for them.
- Maximum bet: A$7 while wagering, “unless otherwise stated” (casino rules §8.2). Buying bonus rounds or free spins in slots is prohibited during wagering (§6.11).
- Game weighting: slots, jackpots and “Other” 100%, live casino 10%, video poker 5%; Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive and all PG Soft games 70%, and a named list of games 0% (§6.6); Spribe, Instant Win and Table games do not count (§6.5).
A separate High Roller offer on the Australian locale gives 100% up to A$15,000 from a A$500 deposit. Its terms read: “Wager the bonus 35x within 7 days to withdraw up to 3x the received amount, not exceeding A$45,000 to your Main balance”.
The home page also advertises daily cashback, a crypto welcome pack and an Android app offer; we did not read their terms. The arithmetic behind any wager requirement: bonus terms explained.
Games and providers
The home page claims “Over 18,000 titles from leading providers”, and its studio table names NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil and Spribe; its summary table adds PG Soft (“Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution, Play’n GO, PG Soft, Spribe, and others”). These are the operator’s statements; we did not count the lobby.
The terms (§2) bar Australia for the games of three studios: Play’n GO, Playson and Amatic. For Play’n GO they list Australia among “Generally prohibited jurisdictions”. For Playson they read: “We shall not allow Playson gaming transactions from the following countries: Denmark, Netherlands, Australia, USA, Israel”. Australia is also in the list of countries from which the terms do not allow Amatic Gaming transactions (read 17 October 2026).
So the Australian page advertises Play’n GO, while the operator’s own terms exclude Australia for it; we did not check whether those games open. The site also runs a sportsbook, which is outside this review.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:11–06:40 UTC) we rendered Twin’s home page, footer, about page, terms, casino rules, registration form and welcome offers in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre). We read the Anjouan validator through the site’s seal, ACMA’s list and the domain records.
On 17 October 2026 (05:28–05:32 UTC and again 05:46–05:49 UTC) we read the home page, the terms, the casino rules, the about page, the welcome and High Roller offer pages, the validator (through a fresh seal link), the Anjouan register and ACMA’s list again from the same connection. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score.
Is Twin Casino legal in Australia?
We do not answer for the regulator; these are the records. The terms name Jade Reef Ventures Corp. of Belize (§1.3). Anjouan’s validator shows twin.com as “VALID” under ALSI-202410001-FI1 and lists “Excluded Territories: Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA.” (17 October 2026). The register lists the licence as valid to 30 September 2027 (17 October 2026). No Twin domain was on ACMA’s blocked list on 17 October 2026. What ACMA says the law means: online casinos and Australian law.
How long do Twin withdrawals take?
The terms give no time. Requests “may be pending during security checks” (§4.14), and identity verification follows registration (§2.6). The home page’s table gives cards “Instant / 1-3 days”, bank transfer “2-5 business days”, crypto “Under 1 hour” and e-wallets “Within 24 hours”; those are the operator’s figures, not tested by us (12 and 17 October 2026).
What are Twin’s withdrawal limits?
The minimum in the terms is 55 AUD “for all other methods” (§4.12). Caps depend on total deposits: A$250 a week and A$1,000 a month below A$500, up to A$1,000 a week and A$4,000 a month above A$5,000 (§4.13); no daily cap is stated. The casino may reclassify players at its discretion, may withhold 5% of deposits if play is judged insufficient (§4.19), and requires card deposits to be wagered in full first (§4.17; terms read 12 and 17 October 2026).
What are the Twin welcome bonus terms?
Up to A$3,000 over three deposits: 100% up to A$1,000 with 100 free spins, then 125% and 150%, each up to A$1,000. The first bonus needs A$30, is wagered 25x within 15 days, and at most 2x the bonus can be withdrawn. Free-spin winnings are wagered 25x within 24 hours; the maximum bet while wagering is A$7 unless otherwise stated. The offer page states no wagering for the 2nd and 3rd deposits (12 and 17 October 2026).
Does Twin Casino have a promo code?
The home page says the welcome offer needs none: “To claim this offer, you don’t need to enter any bonus codes.” The registration form has a bonus code field. We do not publish promo or bonus codes (12 and 17 October 2026).
