Australian Casino Sister Sites (2026): Which Brands Share One Owner, and How We Know

Updated 24 October 2026. Built from the terms, licence certificates, cashiers and affiliate programmes of 182 casino brands that target Australia, checked from Australian and European addresses on 30 September 2026. Every family below is backed by a document, not by a resemblance. · 18+ · How this site is funded

Most “sister sites” pages match casinos by their logos or their game lobbies. That proves nothing: hundreds of unrelated casinos rent the same platform. We matched them by what an owner cannot easily fake — the company named in the terms, the licence certificate, the affiliate programme that pays for their traffic, and the tracking account behind it. The result is a market far more concentrated than the brand count suggests: one holding sits behind roughly forty of the casinos Australians see advertised, and it moves its brands between companies every year or so.

How we know, and what does not count as proof

We treat two casinos as one family only when at least one of these is true: they name the same company or the same licence holder; the licence certificate behind their seal names the same company; the affiliate programme that recruits marketers for them says in writing that it runs both; or both sites carry the same tracking account in their affiliate links. Shared support infrastructure, such as one helpdesk account or one mail server, counts as strong supporting evidence.

What does not count, however often other sites rely on it:

  • The same platform or game lobby. One software provider serves hundreds of owners.
  • An old Curaçao “master licence” number such as 8048/JAZ, 365/JAZ or 1668/JAZ. These were shared by hundreds of unrelated sub-licensees under the regime that ended in 2024.
  • The same Cloudflare servers or hosting. These are handed out from shared pools.
  • A shared registered address on Curaçao such as Scharlooweg 39 or Zuikertuintjeweg. These are the offices of company-formation agents with hundreds of clients.

Where a casino names no company at all, we say so rather than borrow a name from a review site.

The largest group: one holding, many companies

Forty-one of the brands in our database trace back to one holding that grew out of Dama N.V., a Curaçao company that ran BitStarz and many other SOFTSWISS-platform casinos under the old master licence. Today the player-facing operator is usually one of several newer companies:

Scores55 Tech B.V., CuraçaoOGL/2024/1307/0748RocketPlay*, mBit

*RocketPlay: Scores55 Tech B.V. is named in the CGA certificate for the brand’s main domain and in the footer shown outside Australia; the footer and terms shown to Australian visitors name no company (checked 16 October 2026).

Three pieces of evidence tie these companies together rather than leaving them as neighbours on the same platform. RocketPlay’s own affiliate programme describes the casino as owned and operated by Dama N.V. while the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for the brand’s main domain names Scores55 (checked 16 October 2026; the footer shown to Australian visitors names no company). PlayAmo’s footer names Saphirix while its root terms, about page and privacy policy still name Novatrix. And the payment agents that several of these companies list in their terms — Strukin, Vixatrix, Friovin and Firmero — are registered in the same office: Alpha Tower, Pavlou Nirvana 4, Limassol, Cyprus.

Three waves of new companies

The dates in the terms, the licence certificates and the numbering of the licences show the holding moving its brands in batches:

WhenFromToEvidence
Until 2023Sub-licences under the Curaçao master licence 8048/JAZ: Dama N.V., Hollycorn N.V.Archived terms; Australian regulator warnings of 2023 naming Hollycorn

16 July 2024Dama N.V.Stable Tech, Just Entertainment, Gareton, Scores55 (OGL/2024/161, /164, /165, /1307)Certificates for Spirit, Goldex and RocketPlay issued the same day
2025–2026Dama, HollycornCosta Rican SRLs with Tobique licences: Novatrix, Metlait, SaphirixTerms dated 12 June 2025 at 21bit, Casinonic and Slots Gallery; FastPay rewritten 25 September 2026

The third wave is still running: FastPay’s terms were rewritten on 25 September 2026. For a player the change matters in one way: the company that holds your balance and decides your withdrawal can change between your deposit and your cash-out, and the new terms apply from the date they are published.

The real families inside the group

Inside the holding, the companies are wrappers. The families that share an affiliate programme, a tracking account or a back office cut across them:

GoZoome, Trip2VIPGo Affiliates lists both

King Johnnie, Joka, Wolf Winner, Jackpot Jill

King Johnnie’s licence certificate names Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1340/0996, granted on 6 June 2025 according to the certificate, to Swervy International B.V. (company 144876). The regulator’s register (edition of 9 October 2026) lists the same licence as issued 6 December 2025 and expiring 6 June 2026, with renewal “assessment in progress”. Joka’s seal names the same company at the same address. Wolf Winner’s home page and terms name no company, but the seal in the footer of wolfwinner.club opens a certificate for the same licence and the same company, Swervy International B.V. That certificate is written for wolfwinner.com, not for wolfwinner.club, the site that carries the seal; wolfwinner.com redirects to wolfwinner.club (both checked 23 October 2026). Jackpot Jill names nobody. The mail of Wolf Winner and Jackpot Jill is sent by the same private mail server as King Johnnie’s, their terms share 42–48% of their sentences, and all four run on the same gaming engine. Wild Card City now redirects to Joka.

All four block visitors from data centres, so their terms change without most review sites noticing. Casino Mate uses similar limits but a different document and names an “affiliated casino” of its own, House of Jack; we do not count it in this family.

Fair Go, Ozwin, Uptown Pokies, PlayCroco

None of these four names its operator anywhere. They are tied together by something more specific: the affiliate links in the footers of Fair Go, Ozwin, Uptown Pokies and PlayCroco all carry one and the same tracking account, and their support mail goes out through the same mail system. Fair Go and Ozwin also share 30% of their terms and the same A$7,500 weekly withdrawal cap. The affiliate network Deckmedia lists Fair Go among its brands, alongside Slotocash, Miami Club, Uptown Aces and Slots Capital. PlayCroco additionally sits in a smaller programme, SlotsVendor, with Liberty Slots and Lincoln Casino.

Smaller families

  • Alistair Solutions N.V.: Lucky Tiger and Rich Palms name the company; Shazam uses the same terms, clause for clause, under a Hungarian company. A$2,000 weekly cap across the three.
  • Complete Technologies N.V.: WinSpirit and Lucky Hills name the same company and share a helpdesk account and backup domains.
  • The Pokies, Betzillo and Royal Reels: one monitoring account across the three sites; Betzillo’s site code is literally labelled with The Pokies’ name. Royal Reels names Digibrite SRL in its FAQ.
  • Neptune Projects SRL: Casiny and VegaStars.
  • Bodog group: Joe Fortune and Ignition, run through a series of Curaçao companies with one formula of terms.

Brands often listed as sisters that are not

  • Hellspin and Bizzo are regularly grouped with the SOFTSWISS brands because some share the old 8048/JAZ licence number. They run on a different platform and share their support infrastructure with National Casino and the 20Bet brands instead. Hellspin’s own affiliate programme names its sisters as IviBet and SlotsGem.
  • Fair Go and Jackpot Jill both show licence 1668/JAZ on some pages. That is a master-licence number, not a family; they belong to different groups above.
  • Stellar Spins shares a Cloudflare account and a web contractor with the King Johnnie sites, but not a single sentence of its terms. Not a sister on present evidence.

Brands we checked and do not review

Australians search for the seven brands below. We checked each from an Australian address on 12 and 16 October 2026 and write no review of them, for the reasons given; ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites was read on 16 October 2026.

  • Syndicate: its terms name Novatrix SRL, the company in the table above. Its cookie banner asks visitors from Australia to confirm: “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website from outside of Australia.” Visitors from Germany do not see that line. Its Australian-English version does not load: it redirects in a loop. Its main domain is on ACMA’s blocked list.
  • Playfina: its terms name Novatrix SRL with a Tobique licence. A second licence of the same company, from Anjouan, is stated in the page code, and that regulator’s validator lists Australia among “Excluded Territories”. A hidden version of its terms names Australia as a restricted country. Its domain is on ACMA’s blocked list.
  • Yabby: its footer names Tech Zone Inc., licensed in Anjouan. The terms shown to Australian visitors name Australia among the countries where “Playing for real wagers is restricted”, and the licence validator excludes Australia. Its welcome and no-deposit bonuses can be claimed and withdrawn only by players from the United States, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, Norway and Sweden. Its domain is on ACMA’s blocked list.
  • Golden Pokies: no longer has a site of its own. The brand’s addresses we followed lead to another brand, PokieSpins, whose terms name no company and no licence. Domains of both brands are on ACMA’s blocked list. There is no sign-up bonus under the Golden Pokies name.
  • SpinMeth88: names no operator and no licence. Its “terms” page has no list of restricted countries and no payment or withdrawal rules.
  • SunSpin: we found no casino of that name serving Australia. The domain in our records belongs to a music band. Of the other sites using the name that we opened, one sends visitors to a different casino, one is written for players in Canada, and one names no operator and links to no casino.
  • Wazamba: does not open from Australia. On 12 October 2026 wazamba.com answered an Australian address with an HTTP 403 error and the message “This internet site is not accepting visitors from your country.”; the mirror it redirects German visitors to also returned 403 from Australia. Read from Germany the same day, its terms (version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026) do not list Australia among the excluded countries, and they and the footer name no operating company or licence, so we name none and place it in no family.

What sister sites mean for you

  • One welcome bonus per owner, not per brand. Groups cross-check accounts and treat a second sign-up as bonus abuse. The Lucky Club brands do it explicitly.
  • A ban at one brand can follow you. Shared fraud and identity checks mean a closed account at Ricky can mean a refused verification at Casinonic.
  • Limits and rules are the owner’s, not the brand’s. The 3× deposit turnover before withdrawal, the 72-hour processing clause and the Tobique withdrawal ladder of A$1,500 a day, A$7,500 a week and A$22,500 a month repeat across the holding.
  • The company holding your money can change. Check the company name in the terms on the day you deposit; we track these changes on each review.

FAQ

Which Australian online casinos have the same owner?

The largest group is the Dama holding: about forty brands including RocketPlay, SkyCrown, Neospin, PlayAmo, Ricky, Casinonic, King Billy, Spinago, BitStarz and FastPay, operated through Novatrix, Saphirix, Metlait and several Curaçao companies. King Johnnie and Joka share Swervy International B.V.; Fair Go, Ozwin, Uptown Pokies and PlayCroco share one affiliate tracking account.

Can I claim a welcome bonus at each sister site?

You can register, but groups treat multiple accounts across their own brands as bonus abuse and their terms allow them to void winnings. Assume one welcome offer per owner.

Why does the company name in the terms keep changing?

Because licences and payment relationships are attached to companies, not brands. When a regulator, a bank or a payment provider closes a door, the holding moves the brand to another company. We have seen three such waves since 2023.

Are sister casinos safer?

No. A shared owner means shared rules, not extra protection. Inside one group the same limits and clauses repeat across brands, a ban at one brand can follow you to another, and a second account opened for another welcome bonus is treated as bonus abuse. It does not mean a licence check: none of these operators holds an Australian licence, and a brand you know does not tell you how its sister pays. Read the weekly cap and the fee for withdrawing an unplayed deposit in the terms of the brand you intend to use. Casino withdrawal times sets out the weekly caps of seven operators and the unplayed-deposit fees of five of them, from terms read on 18 September 2026; if your brand is not one of them, its own terms page is the source.

Why do some casinos not name their owner?

Because nothing forces them to. None of these operators holds an Australian licence, and the offshore regulators involved do not require the operator’s name in player-facing terms. We treat an unnamed operator as a risk factor in our ratings.

Sources and method

On 30 September 2026 we fetched the home page, terms, about, privacy and affiliate pages of 182 casino brands from an Australian address and, where blocked, from a European one; read the platform API where the casino exposes it (licence code, countries, cashier providers); opened the licence certificates behind their seals; and recorded the affiliate links, tracking accounts and support infrastructure on each site. Each brand was then reviewed individually, every proposed family was checked a second time against its evidence, and one proposed link was rejected. Families above rest on named companies, licence certificates, affiliate programmes’ own statements or shared tracking accounts; shared platforms, hosting and master-licence numbers were not counted as proof. We re-check monthly and update this page when a family changes. The seven brands we do not review were checked on 12 and 16 October 2026: home pages, terms, licence validators and cookie banners from an Australian address, compared with a German one, and ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites. On 23 October 2026, from an Australian address, we opened the certificate behind the seal on wolfwinner.club, searched Wolf Winner’s home page and terms for a company name, and followed wolfwinner.com to where it redirects.
