No Wagering Casinos in Australia (2026): What 24 Operators’ Terms Say

Checked from an Australian connection between 20 and 25 October 2026: promotion and bonus terms on 25 October, general terms on 20 October, SkyCrown’s Meet & Spin page on 23 October. We read the terms of 24 casinos: the 18 casinos in our table and Casino Rocket, plus 5 that another site advertises with zero-wager offers. We did not register, deposit or play, so we have not seen how a cashier pays. · 18+ · How this site is funded

Yes, but narrowly. In the promotion terms we read on 25 October 2026, no wagering exists only on deposit spins at three casinos: Jackpot Jill (100 spins), Casino Mate (80) and King Johnnie (200). Their winnings go to the cash wallet, the real-money balance, without wagering. The catch: those winnings are capped at “€/$200”, the spins expire after 48 hours and come only with a deposit bonus wagered 50 times, and the cash wallet can be withdrawn only once that bonus is wagered, lost or given up (forfeited). In the terms we read, we found no welcome, deposit or no-deposit bonus offered without wagering. The lowest wagering we found on a welcome bonus is 40 times the bonus alone (A$4,000 of bets on a A$100 bonus), at Golden Crown, Spinago and BitStarz.

Where zero-wager spins exist, and the catch

At these casinos an account has two balances: the cash wallet, which holds real money you can withdraw, and the bonus balance, which holds bonus money that must be wagered first. All three offers sit in a separate document, the casino’s Promotional Terms, not in its general terms and conditions.

Jackpot Jill gives 20 spins with each of the first five deposits of its welcome package, 100 in total (clause 3.2.3), and says: “The winnings from these ‘Cash’ Spins are not subject to wagering requirements and will be credited to the cash wallet.” (3.2.6). Casino Mate gives 20 spins with each of the first four deposits, 80 in total, and uses the same sentence for its “‘Zero-Wager’ free spins” (4.3.2). King Johnnie gives 20 “Kash” Spins with each of the first ten deposits, “totalling 200 ‘Kash’ Spins”, and uses the same sentence again (3.2.6).

The minimum deposit for a bonus is “$/€20” at all three (Jackpot Jill 3.1.2, Casino Mate 4.1.3, King Johnnie 3.1.2). Five conditions decide what those spins are worth:

  • Cap. Spin winnings are “limited to €/$200” (Jackpot Jill 3.3.2, Casino Mate 4.3.3, King Johnnie 3.3.2). The terms do not name Australian dollars, so for an account in A$ they do not say whether the limit is A$200 or €200. Either way the spins pay out at most 200; anything they win above that is not credited. Ask support which currency applies before you play.
  • Expiry. “Free Spins will expire 48 hours after being credited.” (Jackpot Jill 3.3.4, King Johnnie 3.3.4; Casino Mate 4.3.5 says the same).
  • Tied to the bonus. The spins come with a deposit bonus that must be selected when depositing (Jackpot Jill 3.2.2, King Johnnie 3.2.2, Casino Mate 4.1.5), and that bonus is wagered 50 times: “50 times (50X) play-through on the welcome offers and any match bonus of 100% or more” at Jackpot Jill and King Johnnie (2.4.2), plus “100 bets” at Casino Mate (2.2.4.2). The terms describe no way to take the spins without the bonus.
  • Maximum bet while wagering. “The maximum bet that can be placed is €/$20 until the play-through requirements have been met” at Jackpot Jill and King Johnnie, including the gamble feature. If you bet more, “The excess win derived from a bet above the maximum bet allowed with bonus funds, of €/$20, will be subject to a wagering penalty of 10x which will be added to the wagering requirements of the original bonus.” (2.12 at both). So a bet above that limit can add to the bets you must place before the cash wallet is free. At Casino Mate the limit is “€/$7.50”, including double-up wagers; the terms do not say what happens if it is exceeded (2.2.13).
  • Withdrawing the cash wallet. “Only once the balance of the bonus account is zero may a player's cash account be cashed in.” (Jackpot Jill 2.3, King Johnnie 2.3). Casino Mate adds “100 or more bets have been placed since registration” (2.2.3). Bets are taken from the bonus balance first (Jackpot Jill 2.8, King Johnnie 2.8, Casino Mate 2.2.9), so the cash wallet waits while bonus money remains.

Forfeiting the bonus. All three casinos say that to withdraw while bonus money is left, you must forfeit, that is give up, the bonus (Jackpot Jill 4.1, King Johnnie 4.1, Casino Mate 2.3.1). When you may do that differs:

  • First, the spins’ winnings. None of the three casinos’ terms says that forfeiting removes them, nor that they are kept. Ask support before you forfeit, whichever casino you play at.
  • Jackpot Jill and King Johnnie. The deposit is released once the bonus is wagered, “the bonus lost or the bonus forfeited” (2.6 at both). We found no time limit on forfeiting in their terms.
  • Casino Mate. “Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact player support or use the forfeit button under the ‘My Account’.” (2.2.14). After that, “Only Club Mate members may forfeit a bonus after wagering of that bonus has commenced.” (2.3.6). The terms do not define who Club Mate members are, and do not say whether playing the zero-wager spins counts as starting the wagering.
  • Casino Mate’s clauses contradict each other. 2.3.1 requires forfeiting to withdraw, 2.3.6 restricts forfeiting, and 2.2.6 names only wagering or losing the bonus as ways to unlock the deposit. All of them are “subject to the casino management's discretion at all times” (2.3.7).
  • Withdrawing before the welcome bonus is credited. A withdrawal requested before the welcome bonus is credited forfeits the bonus (Jackpot Jill 3.2.11, King Johnnie 3.2.11, Casino Mate 4.2.7).

Withdrawal limits on the bonus itself. These are separate from the “€/$200” cap on the spins:

  • Jackpot Jill and King Johnnie. “Winnings from the first three [3] welcome offer bonuses will be limited to $5,000 or 6x the value of those first three [3] welcome offer deposits, whichever is larger.” (3.2.12 at both). For the later deposits of the package we did not find a cap in their terms.
  • Casino Mate. A withdrawal after any sign-up bonus is limited to a “maximum withdrawal value of $5000” and the rest is forfeited (4.2.9). Its definition of a sign-up bonus covers the whole welcome package.

An example (our calculation). Say a deposit brings a A$100 bonus and 20 zero-wager spins:

  1. The bonus needs 50 × A$100 = A$5,000 of bets before it turns into cash.
  2. Meanwhile, whatever the spins won, at most “€/$200”, waits in the cash wallet.
  3. If you forfeit the bonus instead, the deposit and the spins’ winnings are in the cash wallet, but the terms do not say the winnings survive the forfeit.
  4. The deposit rule still applies: the general terms of all three casinos (read 20 October 2026) say a deposit not bet at least once may be withdrawn only at the casino’s discretion, with a fee of at least 10%, and Casino Mate also wants 100 bets since registration.

So zero wager here is a small extra on top of a 50× bonus, not a way around wagering. Whether a cashier pays it this way we have not tested. Wolf Winner’s Promotional Terms use the same clause numbers as King Johnnie’s, but its welcome spins are “subject to wagering requirements of 50x” (3.2.6): one casino’s terms do not tell you another’s.

Are the no-wager offers on other sites real?

A comparison site lists five casinos with zero-wager spins or a zero-wager chip, saying it tested them with “real signups, fresh accounts”. It quotes no clause. We read each casino’s bonus terms and promotion pages visible from Australia; the date of each reading is in the table:

Where wagering is lowest

A wagering requirement multiplies a base, and the terms say which base: the bonus alone, or the deposit plus the bonus. The multiplier times the base is the turnover, the total of bets you must place. For example, 40× on a A$100 bonus is A$4,000 of bets, while 30× on a A$100 deposit plus a A$100 bonus is 30 × A$200 = A$6,000. So compare offers by turnover on the same deposit, not by the number before the ×. The table uses a A$100 deposit with a A$100 bonus.

Turnover is our calculation from each casino’s stated multiplier, assuming a 100% bonus with no lower cap. Rows are sorted by that turnover, lowest first; this is not a ranking. Lucky Tiger, Rich Palms and Shazam also cap withdrawals from a welcome match bonus at “x20 the deposit amount”; the Jackpot Jill, Casino Mate and King Johnnie withdrawal limits are in the section above.

“Deposit + bonus” is the column to watch. Fair Go’s 30× counts “the sum of the deposit plus the bonus”, so a A$100 bonus means A$6,000 of bets, more than the A$4,000 at 40× on the bonus alone.

Temporary offers can go lower: Casinonic and Ricky run Halloween free spins at “Wager - x10” and a Halloween calendar at “Wager - x30”, valid until 1 November 2026 (read 25 October 2026). They are not in the table because they expire. Fair Go’s cashback is wagered 20 times (terms read 20 October 2026).

What wagering costs

Return to player (RTP) is the share of bets a game pays back on average over many bets. On a A$100 bonus at 40×, you bet A$4,000 and lose about A$160 on average, if the games return 96% (our assumption). Every dollar of required bets costs about 4 cents, so the other rows of the table cost:

  • A$5,000 of bets at 50× on the bonus: about A$200;
  • A$6,000 at Fair Go’s 30× on deposit plus bonus: about A$240;
  • A$6,000 at Grand Rush’s 60×, if it counts the bonus alone (its terms do not say): about A$240;
  • A$7,000 at 35× on deposit plus bonus: about A$280.

Even at 40× the average loss is larger than the A$100 bonus. Wagering is a price, not a delay: if your goal is to withdraw rather than to play longer, a bonus usually costs more than it gives. This does not hold if you would have placed that many bets anyway, or if the games you play return more or less than 96%.

A simplified average: it assumes the whole turnover is played at an RTP of 96%, an assumption rather than a casino’s figure. Game weighting is not counted, and a real session can end earlier or differently.

Can you deposit without a bonus and withdraw?

A deposit without a bonus carries no bonus wagering, but it is not free to withdraw either. All 19 casinos whose general terms we read on 20 October 2026 (the 18 in the table and Casino Rocket) set a condition on a deposit that has not been played:

  • Bet it three times (7 casinos): Golden Crown, Spinago, PlayAmo, Casinonic, Dundee Slots, Ricky and Casino Rocket: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.” The same terms reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the withdrawal.
  • Bet it once (6 casinos): BitStarz, Fair Go, Grand Rush, Lucky Tiger, Rich Palms and Shazam. Fair Go: “You must wager your deposit at least once (1×) before you can request a withdrawal from your account.”
  • Withdrawal at the casino’s discretion, fee of at least 10% (5 casinos): Wolf Winner, King Johnnie and Jackpot Jill say a player who has not bet the deposit “may be allowed, at the sole discretion of the casino, to withdraw said funds, subject to a minimum processing fee of 10% of the amount to be withdrawn”. Casino Mate says that if you fail to wager your deposit “at least 1 time (1x)”, you “may be permitted to withdraw, subject to a processing fee of a minimum of 10% of the amount being withdrawn”. Ozwin reserves the right to charge a fee, “typically 15%”.
  • Deposit fees recovered (Ignition): it reserves the right “to recover any fees covered on deposits without prior notice if little or no play is made between deposit and withdrawal”. We found no deposit turnover in its terms.

Outside the table, SkyCrown also asks for a deposit to be bet three times, and Wild Tokyo’s terms say it will reject a withdrawal of money never used in games (both read 23 October 2026). So without a bonus, plan to bet the deposit once or three times, or to pay a fee, before you can withdraw.

Cancelling a bonus you already took. PlayAmo, Casinonic, Ricky, Dundee Slots and Golden Crown let you withdraw the deposit before the wagering is done, and the bonus and its winnings are forfeited or void. Spinago lets a player “request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering”, and BitStarz says “Any bonus may be cancelled before fulfilling the wagering requirements.” (bonus terms read 25 October 2026). The deposit rule above still applies after you cancel; cancelling removes only the bonus wagering. For Jackpot Jill, Casino Mate and King Johnnie, see forfeiting the bonus above.

Fair Go and Ozwin add a time limit on bonus money: a withdrawable balance from a bonus needs “at least one withdrawal within 150 days from the coupon redemption”.

What is paid without wagering

These are winnings or rebates for play, not bonuses for signing up. In the terms, look for words such as “real money” next to “no wagering”.

  • Tournament prizes and lobby jackpots. At Fair Go, tournament prizes “are awarded as a real money balance with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player”. Fair Go and Ozwin pay lobby jackpot prizes the same way, “except when won while playing with a deposit bonus or cashback” (terms read 20 October 2026). VegasNow’s weekly live-casino prize offer says “Cash is credited to your account as real money with no wagering requirements.” (read 25 October 2026).
  • Comp points (CPs). Lucky Tiger, Rich Palms and Shazam: “There are no wagering or maximum cashout restrictions attached to Comp Points.” At SkyCrown, “Any real money that has been obtained from CPs has no wagering requirements”, but exchanging points for a bonus is wagered 3 times. At Lucky Dreams, points convert into bonuses that “have wager x40”.
  • Live-casino cashback at SkyCrown. Its Weekly Live Cashback section says the cashback is credited “as real money with no wagering requirement”, although that sentence names the Weekly Sky Cashback; the slot cashback is wagered 10 times (bonus terms read 25 October 2026). See our cashback bonus guide for how cashback offers work.
  • Live-table cashback at VegasNow. Its two live-table cashback offers say “Cashback has no wagering requirements.” (details in the table above).
  • Cashback at Crownslots. Its bonus terms say “Cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement.” We have not reviewed Crownslots.

How to check a no wagering offer yourself

  1. Open the casino’s bonus or promotion terms, not only its general terms, and look for a clause saying the winnings are “not subject to wagering requirements”, are “credited to the cash wallet” or are paid “as real money with no wagering requirement”. An advert without such a clause proves nothing.
  2. Read the cap on winnings, the expiry, the eligible games and the maximum bet while wagering.
  3. Check whether the offer comes only with a deposit bonus, what that bonus’s multiplier is, and whether it counts the bonus alone or deposit plus bonus.
  4. Read the withdrawal rules: whether the cash wallet waits for an empty bonus balance or a number of bets, whether and until when you can forfeit the bonus, the withdrawal limit on a welcome bonus, and any turnover or fee on the deposit.

Jackpot Jill shows why step 1 matters: its general terms and conditions do not use the words zero wager, while its Promotional Terms describe the spins clause by clause. At King Johnnie, the Promotional Terms open only from the “Promo T&Cs” link in the site footer, as a window without its own web address.

Where the term comes from

Many search results for no wagering casinos are pages from the United Kingdom (UK).

From an Australian connection on 23 October 2026, PlayOJO opened with the page title “PlayOJO: UK Online Casino Games”, and casino.betfair.com redirected to the Betfair betting exchange at betfair.com.au. Whether these brands accept players from Australia we did not check. A British page about no wagering describes British offers, not the terms above. For the legal side, see what Australian law says about online casinos.

FAQ

Are there any no wagering casinos in Australia?

In the promotion terms we read on 25 October 2026, zero wagering applies only to deposit spins at Jackpot Jill, Casino Mate and King Johnnie: winnings capped at “€/$200” (the terms do not say which currency), spins valid 48 hours, given only with a 50× bonus, and withdrawable once the bonus is wagered, lost or forfeited. At Casino Mate, forfeiting is allowed only before the bonus wagering starts, except for Club Mate members, and none of the three says the spins’ winnings survive a forfeit. In the terms we read, we found no welcome, deposit or no-deposit bonus offered without wagering; some cashback and prizes are paid as cash.

Are the zero-wager spins at Jackpot Jill, Casino Mate and King Johnnie real?

Yes, in their Promotional Terms (Jackpot Jill and King Johnnie 3.2.6, Casino Mate 4.3.2), not in their general terms: winnings go to the cash wallet, capped at “€/$200”, and spins expire in 48 hours. The maximum bet while the bonus is wagered is “€/$20” (Casino Mate “€/$7.50”). The cash wallet can be withdrawn once the bonus is wagered, lost or forfeited. Jackpot Jill’s and King Johnnie’s terms set no time limit on forfeiting, Casino Mate’s allow it only before wagering starts (except for Club Mate members), and none says whether forfeiting removes the spins’ winnings, so ask support first. We read the terms; we did not test a withdrawal.

Which casino has the lowest wagering requirements?

On a welcome bonus, Golden Crown, Spinago and BitStarz at 40 times the bonus: A$4,000 of bets on a A$100 bonus. Jackpot Jill, Casino Mate, King Johnnie and Wolf Winner use 40 times only on other promotional bonuses; their welcome bonus is 50 times. Fair Go’s 30 times counts deposit plus bonus, A$6,000; some cashback has lower or no wagering (terms read 20–25 October 2026).

What does 40x wagering mean?

Bets totalling 40 times the bonus must be placed before the bonus and its winnings can be withdrawn. On a A$100 bonus that is A$4,000 of bets, an average loss of about A$160 if the games return 96%, which is an assumption.

Can I withdraw my deposit without meeting the wagering?

Without a bonus, all 19 casinos whose general terms we read still ask for the deposit to be bet once or three times, or may charge a fee. Seven of them let you cancel a bonus or withdraw the deposit before the wagering is done; five say the bonus and its winnings are then lost. Jackpot Jill, Casino Mate and King Johnnie let you forfeit the bonus (Casino Mate only before its wagering starts, except for Club Mate members). The deposit rule still applies in every case.

Do no deposit bonuses have wagering?

In the terms we read, yes: SkyCrown 25 times the spin winnings (cap A$40), BitStarz 40 times (cap A$150), Casinonic, Ricky and Dundee Slots 50 times, Lucky Tiger, Rich Palms and Shazam 45 times, Fair Go, Ozwin and Grand Rush 60 times. Lucky Dreams does not state the wagering on its 10 no-deposit spins. See our no deposit bonus guide for details.
