Casino Mate at a glance
The rows below are as read on 24 October 2026, unless a row gives another date. Amounts in quotation marks are written as the casino writes them: its terms list EUR, CAD and NZD accounts and print most amounts as “€/$”.
| What we checked | What we found |
|---|---|
| Operator in the terms | None named. The terms say “We are licenced in Curaçao” with no company or licence number (clause 7.4; terms “Last Updated On 21/10/2019”). |
| Licence records | The Curaçao Gaming Authority seal in the footer opens a certificate page for the casino’s domain that names Swervy International B.V., licence OGL/2024/1340/0996, and says “current status is Active” (11 Oct 2026). The Authority’s licence register, edition of 9 October 2026, lists the same licence as “Assessment in progress”, with an expiry date of 6 June 2026. The two records disagree; we report both. |
| Domain | The www address of casino-mate.com, from Australia and from Germany alike. That domain is not on ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites. |
| Seen from Australia | The lobby, with no geo-block banner (11 and 12 Oct 2026, again on 24 Oct 2026). |
| Currencies in the terms | EUR, CAD and NZD (clause 4.2). AUD is not among them. |
| Weekly withdrawal limit | 10,000 “in players currency” (clause 4.4); the rest stays in the account until the player is eligible for a further withdrawal. The clause adds that management “may not exercise this clause in some instances” and that VIPs should refer to their Club Mate benefits. |
| Minimum withdrawal | “$/£/€50” in the terms (clause 6); the promotional terms give “€/$20” (2.3.5). International wire: “€/$100”. |
| Hold before processing | At least 24 hours, Monday to Thursday; Friday and weekend requests wait until Monday 04:00 GMT (clause 4.8.2). |
| Fee | A deposit not wagered once may, “at the company’s sole and absolute discretion”, be withdrawn subject to a processing fee of at least 10%; management “has the right to remove processing fees at any time” (clause 4.1). |
| PayID | Not confirmed: no cashier was readable without an account on 11 Oct 2026. |
| Score | 4.3/10 by our published rubric |
Is Casino Mate available in Australia?
On 11 and 12 October 2026, and again on 24 October 2026, the site opened its lobby to our Australian connection with no geo-block banner, and its own country-check service answered “Ip Not Blocked” for Australia. Australia is not on the terms’ list of countries whose players are not accepted (clause 3.1.13). The page code also holds a hidden message for players from blocked regions; it was present for Australia and Germany alike and was not shown on screen. We did not register or deposit, so we cannot say what happens after sign-up.
Casino Mate welcome offer and free spins: the terms
The welcome offer is a match on the first four deposits, advertised as “€/$1400 FREE plus 80 'ZERO WAGER' Free Spins on Second Strike”: free spins with no wagering on their winnings. The promotional terms set it out as 100% up to 200, then 50% up to 300, 400 and 500, with 20 spins per deposit on Second Strike (clause 4.2). Promotional amounts are “given in euros and/or dollars” unless stated otherwise (4.1.7).
- Wagering: 50 times the bonus plus 100 bets on the welcome offer and on any match of 100% or more (2.2.4.2). Other promotional bonuses take 40 times (2.2.4.1), and the terms add that wagering “may vary on promotional bonuses” (2.2.4.4); the 40 times is the “40x” in clause 6.4 of the general terms.
- What counts: slots and parlour games 100%, “Classic Slots” 75%, table poker, roulette, craps, baccarat, Casino War and Sic Bo 8%, video poker and blackjack 2% (2.2.5).
- Maximum bet until wagering is complete: “€/$7.50” (2.2.13).
- Cash-out cap: winnings from the welcome offer are limited to “a maximum withdrawal of $5000” (welcome offer page; promotional terms 4.2.9); free-spin winnings are capped at “€/$200” (4.3.3).
- Time limits: claim the first bonus within 7 days of registering (4.2.1); bonuses expire after 30 days, spins after 48 hours.
- Minimum deposit for any bonus: “$/€20” (4.1.3).
Our arithmetic, as an example: a first-deposit bonus of 200 at 50 times means 10,000 in bets, in the account’s currency, before it turns into cash, and at least 100 bets placed. The base is the bonus, not the deposit (2.2.6). Other bonuses need a code entered before depositing (4.2.10); we do not publish bonus codes.
Does Casino Mate have a no deposit bonus?
None was listed among the 14 promotions on 24 October 2026. The promotional terms keep a general rule for such bonuses, a “$/€200” cap on their total winnings, but that is a rule, not an offer. Offers sent to logged-in players could not be seen without an account.
What are Casino Mate hidden free spins?
Casino Mate does not use the phrase: it appears on none of its promotions, promotional terms or general terms (24 October 2026). The nearest offer is Now You See Me Sunday, five hidden offers to choose from on the deposit page, with a minimum deposit of 20 and “Bonus limited to $500”. What the five offers contain is not shown before login.
Other promotions on 24 October 2026
Besides the welcome offer, the promotions page listed reloads and prize draws with their own terms; amounts are in the account’s currency:
- Mon(ey)days: 40% up to 200.
- The Perfect Match: 35% up to 70.
- Surging Bonus Booster: 25% or 50%, the 50% from a deposit of 150, bonus capped at 500.
- The Weekender and Now You See Me Sunday (above), and the Mate’s Rewards loyalty scheme.
- Tournaments and prize pools: Hell or Win (to 31 October 2026), Wicked Wins and VoltEnt’s Halloween (both to 1 November 2026), Lucky Boom (to 7 February 2027), Big Sunday Blast (weekly, to 7 March 2027) and Haunted Wins (October 2026).
How long do Casino Mate withdrawals take?
The terms set a hold, not a processing time: a request made Monday to Thursday stays pending for at least 24 hours, and a request whose hold ends after 04:00 GMT on Friday or at the weekend waits until Monday 04:00 GMT (clause 4.8.2). Approval then depends on verification, and documents missing at the end of the hold send the withdrawal back to the balance (4.10). The banking page labels wire and one e-wallet “3 - 5 Business days”; Australia is not in that page’s country selector, so we have not verified the label for Australian players.
During the hold the player still has access to the withdrawal and can reverse it; a bonus confiscated at cash-in is not returned if part of the withdrawal is reversed (promotional terms 2.3.3). Verification asks for photo ID, a utility bill under three months old and copies of cards used (clause 6). An international wire has a “€/$100” minimum, and the player’s bank or its intermediaries could charge a processing fee of up to “€/$35” (4.5).
Payments
We list no payment method as confirmed. The banking page shows method names as images, Australia is not selectable on it, and no cashier was readable without an account on 11 October 2026. PayID did not appear in the terms or in the text of the pages we read.
Does Casino Mate accept PayID?
Not confirmed. On 11 October 2026 no cashier was readable without an account, and PayID did not appear in the terms or in the text of the pages we read; the banking page shows its method names as images.
Games, mobile and support
These lines come from an earlier version of this review and were not re-checked on 24 October 2026. That version described pokies, video poker and table games such as Bar Black Sheep, Avalon II, Aces & Faces, Jacks or Better and 21 Burn Blackjack, mostly from Microgaming; browser play on phones with no app to install; and support by live chat, email and phone.
Studios
Largest ten first (by games in the lobby), then A to Z. A studio in this list is not a partnership we have verified.
Who owns Casino Mate?
The terms do not say: they name no company (24 October 2026). The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page behind the footer seal names Swervy International B.V. for casino-mate.com, and the Authority’s own register gives that licence a different status; both are in the table at the top.
Sister sites
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate pages for Wolf Winner and King Johnnie name the same company and licence number as Casino Mate’s (11 October 2026). The terms are a different document, and Casino Mate’s name an “affiliated casino” of their own, House of Jack (clause 6.6); our casino sister sites page does not count Casino Mate in the Wolf Winner family for that reason.
How we checked
We opened the site from an Australian connection (Melbourne) in a headless browser on 11 and 12 October 2026, with a German connection for comparison, and again on 24 October 2026; nothing was clicked, and no account was opened, so no deposit or withdrawal was made. We read the terms and conditions, the promotional terms and the promotions list on 12 October and again on 24 October 2026, when the text of the terms and of the 12 earlier promotions was unchanged and two tournaments had been added. We read the banking page on 12 October, the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page and its licence register of 9 October 2026 on 11 October, and ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites on 24 October 2026.
Score: 4.5 base + 0.5 (weekly cap of 10,000 in the account currency; at the rubric’s fixed rate €10,000 is A$16,500, and AUD is not among the currencies the terms list) + 0.25 (minimum withdrawal stated) − 0.5 (a compulsory 24-hour hold during which the player can reverse a withdrawal) − 0.5 (a fee of at least 10% on an unwagered deposit) = 4.25, shown as 4.3. No points for operator and regulator, because the terms name no company; none for a monthly cap, a processing commitment, jackpots outside the caps or PayID.
Before you deposit at Casino Mate
The terms quoted in this review sit inside a wider set of pages. Withdrawal times puts Casino Mate's withdrawal terms, read on 18 September 2026, beside six other operators'; PayID casinos and bank transfer cover the two routes most deposits and payouts take; casino bonuses explained gives the arithmetic behind any offer Casino Mate shows, and no-deposit bonuses the cash-out caps that apply to a free chip. If you are deciding between Casino Mate and another site, safe online casinos compares what each operator names and commits to, and minimum deposit casinos shows what a small first deposit actually buys.
Licence check
Confirmed by the regulator. The regulator’s own page lists the site we checked (casino-mate.com).

Checked 22 Oct 2026 from an Australian connection. A regulator’s page counts as confirmation only when it names the site itself; what the casino says about itself is marked unverified.
