Access from Australia and the ACMA list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists three numbered domains carrying the Oshi name among blocked gambling websites; the main domain was not on the list. We did not check who runs those domains. We read the list on 12 Oct 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. Australian internet providers apply these blocks. We do not print any Oshi address.
The site addresses Australia. Its sign-up country list includes Australia with AUD as the default currency, and the terms' list of “Restricted Countries” (§2.4) does not name Australia. The home page shown to our Australian connection carried no regional block or “outside of Australia” notice.
The same terms say: “Use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.” (§3.2). Our check ran on one day from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. It does not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees, and it is not a finding that Oshi accepts Australians. What the law says: online casinos and Australian law.
Operator and licence: Novatrix SRL, Tobique validator VALID
The footer and the terms (§1.1) name Novatrix SRL, incorporated in Costa Rica with registration number 3-102-893958, as owner and operator. The footer adds that it operates “under E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission”. A Tobique licence is not an Australian licence.
The commission's validator, opened from the footer seal, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on a page “generated on Oct 12, 2026”. It listed the brand's main website. It printed no licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator's word.
The Anjouan licence register, read the same day, lists Novatrix SRL under ALSI-202508056-FI2, valid until 24 August 2027, with the brand's domain among its sites. The terms served to Australia do not name this licence; a second terms page answered “Page is unavailable for you.”
The footer says “Since 2015”; we did not verify it, and the terms we read are Version 1.0 of 9 July 2026. The terms name EGIS as the dispute service, operating “under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (operator's statement).
Oshi withdrawal limits and times
The terms cap withdrawals at A$6,000 a day, A$12,000 a week and A$45,000 a month, “unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion” (§11.8). Two days at the daily cap reach the weekly cap (our arithmetic). The same clause caps profit on casino games at A$75,000 a day.
§11.6: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” The 72 hours start at approval, not at the request. “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” (§11.10). The payments page labels card and crypto payments “Instant”; that is the casino's label, and this review goes by the terms.
The minimum withdrawal is A$30 (§11.1). The AUD method list returned before login sets higher minimums per method: crypto A$45, bank IBAN A$100 and local bank A$500, each up to A$4,000. For the local bank it shows a processing time of “3” to “10” with no unit. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
Before a withdrawal: wagering, verification and fees
- Deposit turnover: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.” (§9.7). A A$100 deposit means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic).
- Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): ID and proof of address; the casino may also “conduct a phone call to verify your identity” (§8.4). The KYC policy allows “up to 30 working days” to review documents.
- Fees: the payments page shows card and crypto payments as “Free”. On bank transfers, intermediary banks may charge “typically up to 16 EUR” (§11.11).
- Inactive accounts: after 12 consecutive months without login or play, a fee of €25 a month (§12.1).
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at Oshi. It was not in the AUD method list the site returned before login, from Australia or from Germany, on 12 Oct 2026. The listed bank method carries no PayID label. We did not open an account, so the cashier behind login was not checked. Why we mark PayID this way: PayID casinos.
The minimum deposit differs between Oshi's own sources. The terms set it at 15 AUD (§10.4), and the payments page lists cards from A$15 to A$6,000. The method list returned before login showed card from A$30 to A$4,000, Neosurf from A$30 to A$6,000 and bank transfer from A$45 to A$1,600. Crypto was listed with no AUD minimum.
Oshi bonus terms
On 12 Oct 2026 the promotions page advertised a welcome package of up to $6,000 plus 450 free spins over four deposits (operator's statement). We publish no bonus codes.
- Four deposits: 100% plus 150 free spins; 75% plus 100; 50% plus 100; 100% plus 100.
- Bonus cap: A$1,500 per deposit, the figure the bonus terms give for “players from the other countries”; minimum deposit A$30 for each step.
- Wagering: 40 times the bonus or free-spin result. A A$1,500 bonus means A$60,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
- Time limits: the bonus lasts 7 days; free spins must be activated within 1 day and played within 7.
- Maximum bet while wagering: A$5.
- Caps: cash-out from the welcome bonuses A$7,500; free-spin winnings A$300.
- Reload: Tuesday to Thursday, 45 times wagering within 5 days, maximum A$150.
The bonus terms call all bonuses “non-sticky” (the term is explained in our bonus terms guide). They place first-deposit spins for Australia and New Zealand on Pragmatic Play games such as Sugar Rush 1000, or on BGaming's Elvis Frog “depending on your location”. Pragmatic Play was not in the studio list returned to our Australian connection; we did not check which game an Australian account gets.
Games and providers
The lobby's studio list returned 71 studios with 7,070 games to our Australian connection and 127 studios with 14,053 games to a German one (12 Oct 2026). Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw and Amatic were in the German list only.
The terms themselves restrict two of them: “NetEnt games are not available in a longer list of countries including Australia”, and “Amatic: Restricted in Australia” (§3).

Methods and studios were compared with a German connection.

Its terms and footer name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958). The Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed “VALID” for that company and the brand's main website on 12 Oct 2026, without the licence number 0000002 that the operator quotes.
