The brand's main domain and 14 other Spin Samurai domains are on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (read 16 October 2026). The welcome bonus carries 40× wagering, and PayID is not confirmed. Spin Samurai and the ACMA list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists 15 Spin Samurai domains among blocked gambling websites, the brand's main domain among them. We read the list on 11, 12 and 16 October 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. We do not print these addresses.
ACMA says it asks internet service providers to block access to the sites on its list. Our check ran from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. It does not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees, and we did not test that.
The site's country data marks Australia as not restricted, with AUD as currency (12 October 2026). The terms' restricted-countries list (§2.4) names the United Kingdom and the United States, among others, but not Australia. What a listing means for players: our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
Spin Samurai withdrawal time and limits
The terms give an aim, not a deadline: “11.6. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval. Actual payout timing depends on the chosen method and your verification status.” The 72 hours start at approval, not at the request. Clause 11.10 adds: “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.”
The operator's other pages promise more. The home page said on 12 October 2026: “Most withdrawals land within 24 hours, depending on your method and verification.” The FAQ said on 16 October: “After our team approves your cashout, it is instantly forwarded to the payment provider.” The banking page labels bank-transfer withdrawals “instant”. These are the operator's statements; we did not test a payout.
The caps, clause 11.7, are set in each currency: daily “1 500 CAD/AUD/NZD”, weekly (rolling 7-day) “7 500 CAD/AUD/NZD”, monthly “22 500 CAD/AUD/NZD”. A A$7,500 win takes at least five days to cash out at A$1,500 a day (our arithmetic).
Clause 11.7 also says: “The above limitation is present at all times unless specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Withdrawal amount limitations might be also changed for the players with a higher VIP level at the Casino's sole discretion, of which players will be informed beforehand.” And: “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.”
Above A$22,500 the casino may pay in parts: “If your account has a winning balance subject to withdrawal more than 15000 EUR (15000 USD, 160000 NOK, 22500 CAD/NZD/AUD), the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of 15000 EUR (15000 USD, 160000 NOK, 22500 CAD/NZD/AUD) until the full amount has been successfully paid out.” (§11.7)
A separate cap is set in euros only: “The maximum aggregate amount of winnings attributable to the Player's first three (3) deposits that shall be eligible for withdrawal is €5,000 in total, regardless of whether any bonuses were credited, activated, accepted, declined, forfeited, or used in connection with such deposits.” Anything above it “shall be forfeited, removed from the Player's account, and shall not be eligible for withdrawal.” (§11.7). The same clause says the cap does not restrict the player's own deposits not yet withdrawn. The terms give no A$ figure for it, and we do not convert one.
Single withdrawals are limited by method. The banking page lists bank transfer at A$100–6,000 per transaction; that maximum is above the A$1,500 daily cap in clause 11.7. Crypto limits are set per coin, for example USDT 20–4,000. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees
- Deposit turnover: “9.8. Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.” A A$100 deposit means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic). Several deposits without play must be wagered as a combined total, and “The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.”
- Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): the terms ask at minimum for a government-issued photo ID and proof of address (§11.2). “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account may be locked and your withdrawal may be canceled.” (§8.4) Requested documents are due within 30 days; after that the casino may suspend or close the account and hold winnings, though “Winnings shall not be confiscated solely because the thirty (30) day period for providing documentation has expired.” (§18.3)
- Minimum withdrawal: “Fiat Currencies: The minimum withdrawal is €20.” (§11.1); the banking page's minimum for bank transfer is A$100.
- Fees: the banking page shows every method as free; clause 11.12 says the player is “responsible for any fees applied by your bank or payment provider during the withdrawal process”.
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months without login or play, the casino may charge “a monthly dormancy fee of €25 (or currency equivalent), deducted from your remaining balance. If your balance is less than €25, we will deduct the entire balance instead.” (§12.1) The fee is taken each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager” (§12.2).
Spin Samurai bonus terms and no-deposit bonus codes
We do not publish bonus codes. The bonus terms read on 16 October 2026 set the welcome package in Australian dollars over three deposits, each from A$15: 100% up to A$1,000, 75% up to A$1,500 and 100% up to A$2,500, A$5,000 in total. For each: “To wager the bonus, you need to place bets totaling 40 times the bonus amount.”
A A$1,000 first-deposit bonus therefore means A$40,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn (our arithmetic). The home page, on 12 October 2026, added 150 free spins over the three deposits, 50 of them with the first; the bonus terms give no count per deposit.
- Maximum bet while wagering: “7.5 AUD/CAD/NZD”.
- Games: slots count 100%, except slots named in a list; “All table games, roulette, jackpot games, and video pokers – 0% of the bet.” “Games with live dealers are not involved in wagering.”
- Free spins: on Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and Aztec Magic Deluxe (BGaming); “Free spin activation duration is 3 days, free spin duration and free spin result duration are 7 days.” Withdrawals from welcome free spins are capped at A$75.
- Payment methods: “Welcome deposit bonuses are not available if Skrill or Neteller were used as payment methods while depositing.”
- Partner sign-ups: “The size of the Welcome Bonus and the minimum deposit requirements may be subject to change if a player registers via a partner's site.”
The time limit differs between sources. The bonus terms say: “Validity of the bonus is 14 days from the moment it was received, unless otherwise specified.” Their welcome section sets no other period. The home page said on 12 October 2026: “Wagering is 40x, and you’ve got 7 days to use ’em”. It does not say whether the 7 days apply to the cash bonus or the spins. This review gives the bonus terms' 14 days.
The bonus terms exempt the welcome bonus from their cap of 5× the bonus on winnings. The terms' €5,000 cap on winnings from the first three deposits applies with or without a bonus (§11.7, quoted above). How wagering works: bonus terms explained.
Deposits, cashier and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at Spin Samurai. It did not appear on the banking page, in the terms, bonus terms or FAQ on 16 October 2026, or on the home page on 12 October. The cashier inside an account is shown only after login; we did not see it. Read why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
| Banking page, 16 October 2026 | Deposit (A$, per transaction) | Withdrawal (A$, per transaction) |
|---|---|---|
| Card (“creditcard”) | 15–6,000 | — |
| “funanga” | 10–1,600 | — |
| Bank transfer | — | 100–6,000 |
| Crypto (BTC, BCH, LTC, DOG, XRP, ETH, USDT) | Set per coin | Set per coin |
The banking page shows every method as free and card deposits as “instant” (page labels). The page's data also lists Apple Pay deposits at A$20–1,000, which the rendered table did not show. Names are as the page gives them; a listed method is not a cashier we used.
The terms describe card payouts (“Original Credit Transfer (OCT) for Visa;” and “Payment Transfer for Mastercard.”, §11.3), but the AUD withdrawal list had no card row. The home page advertised Skrill and Neteller on 12 October 2026; neither was in the AUD banking list on 16 October.
Games and providers
The lobby's provider list returned 70 studios to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026, with game counts adding up to 7,757. The same request from a German server returned 114 studios and 12,268 games. The largest Australian entries were KA Gaming (1,029 games), VoltEnt (399) and BGaming (290).
Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Amatic, Ainsworth and PG Soft were in the German list only. The terms (§3) name Australia among the places where NetEnt, Microgaming and Amatic games are blocked or restricted. Live studios in the Australian list: Lucky Streak, Vivo Gaming and Imagine Live. Pragmatic Play was in neither list.
Pros and cons
What it does well
- Operator, registration number and licence named in the terms and footer; the commission's validator showed “VALID” for the operator.
- Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps written in Australian dollars; progressive jackpots excluded from them.
- Welcome bonus amounts, minimum deposit and maximum bet written in A$.
- No fee on any method on the banking page.
What should give you pause
- 15 brand domains on ACMA's blocked list.
- A$1,500 a day is the cap on withdrawals; winnings from the first three deposits are capped at €5,000 in total.
- Processing is an aim of 72 hours after approval; the home page's “24 hours” is marketing.
- PayID not confirmed; no card row in the AUD withdrawal list.
- Bonus time limit: 14 days in the bonus terms, 7 days on the home page.
- Evolution and NetEnt were not in the Australian provider list.
Operator, licence and sister casinos
Clause 1.1 of the terms says the site “…is owned and operated by Saphirix Solutions SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica. Registration number: 3-102-933997.” It adds: “The Company operates under license no. 0000091 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The footer read on 12 October 2026 names the same company and licence.
The commission's validator, reached on 16 October 2026 with the seal details the site loads, showed SAPHIRIX SOLUTIONS SRL, the brand's main domain among its registered websites and “Operating status: VALID”. The same seal with a made-up domain returned “INVALID”. The validator prints no licence number, so 0000091 rests on the operator's word.
The licensee, the validator says, is “authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. What such a licence does and does not give an Australian player: our guide to online casinos and Australian law. For disputes the terms name EGIS: “We cooperate with EGIS (https://egis.io/), which operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission.” (§15.5)
The same company, registration number and licence number appear in the terms or footer of PlayAmo and FastPay (read 11 October 2026), 7Bit, KatsuBet, Mirax and Wanted Win (12 October) and Slotozen (16 October). Terms, cashier and lobby are checked brand by brand; nothing on this page is taken from them. Brands are grouped in our casino sister sites guide.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:06–06:33 UTC) we rendered Spin Samurai's home page in a browser through an Australian data-centre connection (Melbourne), saved its site data and followed the redirects of the brand's domain. On 16 October (18:45–18:51 UTC) we read the terms to the end, the bonus terms, banking page, FAQ and slots lobby from the same connection.
The same day we requested the provider list from Australia and a German server and reached the Tobique validator with a made-up-domain control. We read ACMA's list on 11, 12 and 16 October 2026. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: Spin Samurai has not been scored by our rubric.
Is Spin Samurai blocked in Australia?
Fifteen Spin Samurai domains, the brand's main domain among them, were on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (last updated 20 July 2026) when we read it on 16 October 2026. ACMA says it asks internet service providers to block access to the sites on its list. This page does not publish or link to any Spin Samurai address.
How long do Spin Samurai withdrawals take?
The terms say the casino aims to process requests “within 72 hours of approval” (§11.6) and bank transfers within 3 business days (§11.10). The home page's “Most withdrawals land within 24 hours” (12 October 2026) is the operator's marketing. Caps are A$1,500 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling 7 days and A$22,500 a month (§11.7, terms of 24.09.2026); progressive jackpot wins do not count toward them.
Who runs Spin Samurai and is it licensed?
The terms (§1.1) and footer name Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica (no. 3-102-933997), and Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000091. The commission's validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for the company on 16 October 2026. It did not show the licence number, so 0000091 rests on the operator's word. The validator ties the licence to the “Tobique Gaming Act 2023”; what such a licence does and does not give an Australian player is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
Is there a Spin Samurai no deposit bonus code?
We do not publish bonus codes. The welcome package in the bonus terms (read 16 October 2026) covers three deposits from A$15 each, up to A$5,000 in total, with 40× wagering on the bonus and a A$7.5 maximum bet. The bonus terms give 14 days; the home page (12 October 2026) said 7 days and added 150 free spins.
Does Spin Samurai accept PayID?
Not confirmed. On 16 October 2026 PayID did not appear on the banking page, in the terms, bonus terms or FAQ. The banking page listed card, “funanga” and crypto deposits and bank-transfer and crypto withdrawals; we did not see the cashier inside an account.
