KatsuBet Casino Review 2026: Licence, ACMA Listing, Withdrawal Limits and Bonus Terms

Not scored by our published rubric

KatsuBet's brand domain and three numbered domains carrying the KatsuBet name are on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (checked 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026), and the same site holds two sets of terms that disagree on Australia (read 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026).

The terms shown to our Australian browser name Saphirix Solutions SRL of Costa Rica and a Tobique licence; the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed “VALID” on 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026. On 6 Nov 2026 those terms stated their limits in euros: withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, and each withdrawal method in the cashier list returned before login capped a payout at A$4,000 or A$6,000 (October). The welcome bonus must be wagered 35 times. PayID is not confirmed.

KatsuBet and ACMA's blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists KatsuBet's brand domain and three numbered domains carrying the KatsuBet name among blocked gambling websites. We read the list on 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026; each time it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. We did not check who runs the numbered domains.

ACMA says it can ask internet service providers to block access to listed websites; we did not check whether Australian home internet providers block these domains. The only KatsuBet address we print is the brand domain, in Sources, and we link to none. What a listing means for players: online casinos and Australian law.

Access from Australia

From our Australian connection, a Melbourne data-centre address, the site opened in its Australian locale on 12 and 16 Oct 2026, and it did so again on 6 Nov 2026 from a Sydney internet-provider address. The home page showed no notice asking visitors to confirm they are outside Australia (16 Oct 2026). The site's list of 192 countries includes Australia with AUD (12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026), and the terms list AUD among accepted currencies (§4.1).

The two terms documents disagree. The version our Australian browser rendered (Version 1.0, “Last Updated: 11.05.2026” on 12 Oct 2026; on 6 Nov 2026 the page showed no version or date) lists countries whose users “are prohibited from using the Casino for real-money play” (§2.4); Australia was not among them on either day. A second document, “Last Updated: 15.06.2026”, was in the page data the same site returned to our Australian connection on 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026; this is data, not text our browser showed. It names Kika Technology B.V. and puts Australia first in “Group A” of countries whose players “are strictly prohibited from accessing the website and playing any real money games”, in a section it says is “mandated directly by the game provider Evolution Group”. Its separate “Restricted Countries List” does not name Australia, and the paragraph naming the company is set to be hidden only for the US (6 Nov 2026).

We draw no conclusion from either document about who may play. The rendered terms also say: “Use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.” (§3.2). Our checks ran on three days from a data-centre address and an internet-provider address and do not show what a home internet user in Australia sees.

Who runs KatsuBet: operator and licence

The terms shown to our Australian browser (§1.1) and the footer name Saphirix Solutions SRL, “a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica” (no. 3-102-933997). §1.1 ends: “The Company operates under license no. 0000091 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” A Tobique licence is not an Australian licence: playing at an offshore casino.

The commission's validator, opened from the seal on the site, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Saphirix Solutions SRL on 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026. Its list of registered websites includes the brand's main domain. The licence number 0000091 is quoted as the operator states it.

The second terms document names another company: Kika Technology B.V., registration no. 16498, which “is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license no OGL/2023/147/0081)” (read 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026). The home page's promotional text also says the casino “operates under the license of Curacao” (12 Oct 2026), while the footer names Tobique.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate for that number, read on 6 Nov 2026, shows Kika Technology B.V. with “Application status: Granted. License status: Active.” It gives the company number as 164980, where the document writes 16498. Its 10 approved domains include the brand's main domain but not the address where we read the site's pages, so the certificate does not confirm this licence for that address.

The Anjouan licence register, read 12 Oct 2026, has no entry for KatsuBet, Saphirix Solutions SRL or Kika Technology B.V. The terms name EGIS as the dispute service, which “operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (operator's statement).

Withdrawals: limits, timing and verification

§11.6: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval. Actual payout timing depends on the chosen method and your verification status.” The 72 hours start at approval, not at the request. “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” (§11.10). These are the operator's statements; we made no withdrawal.

The two cap lines of §11.8, as read on 6 Nov 2026: “Weekly (rolling 7-day): 10000 EUR . Resets each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month.” and “Monthly: 40000 EUR . Resets on the 1st of each month.” The clause ends: “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.” and “Cryptocurrency limits are determined by the exchange rate at time of request (Coinbase Converter).” Four weeks at the weekly cap reach the monthly cap (our arithmetic). The terms say “Our internal operating currency is EUR.” (§11.10), so for an AUD account the caps depend on the exchange rate (our reading).

Per payout, the AUD cashier list returned before login caps PayAnyBank and crypto at A$4,000 and local bank transfer at A$6,000 (12 and 16 Oct 2026). The terms' minimum is €20 or equivalent (§11.1); the list sets A$300 for PayAnyBank, A$100 for local bank and A$30 for crypto. It labels the bank methods “instant”; that is a field in the list, not a payout time. We could not read the list again on 6 Nov 2026. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

  • Deposit turnover: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds. If you make multiple deposits without any gameplay, you must wager the combined total of all deposits before initiating a withdrawal. The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.” (§9.6, read 6 Nov 2026). A deposit of A$100 means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic).
  • Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): documents or a phone call may be requested, and “Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all required verification steps are completed” (§8.4).
  • Two-week rule: “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.” (§8.4)
  • Fees: the cashier list shows no casino commission; “You are responsible for any fees applied by your bank or payment provider during the withdrawal process.” (§11.12)
  • Inactive accounts: after 12 months without login or gameplay, the casino may charge a dormancy fee of €20 a month (§12.1): “If your balance is less than €20, we will deduct the entire balance instead.” The fee is deducted each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager.” (§12.2)

Payment methods and PayID

PayID is not confirmed at KatsuBet. The AUD cashier list returned before login on 12 and 16 Oct 2026 contained no PayID method; PayAnyBank and the local bank method are not labelled PayID. The home page code contains PayID form fields used across the platform, but a form field is not a cashier method. We did not open an account. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.

Before login we saw only crypto deposit methods for AUD: Bitcoin Lightning from A$20 to A$4,000, and coins including BTC, USDT, ETH and LTC. Withdrawals were listed by PayAnyBank, local bank transfer and crypto. From a German connection the same list showed Bitcoin Lightning and crypto only (12 Oct 2026).

A separate payments page on the site is a general table for many currencies, with cards at a 2.5% fee, Interac, iDebit and ecoPayz (16 Oct 2026). It does not match the AUD cashier list, and this review goes by the cashier list.

Bonus terms

The bonus terms shown to our Australian connection (“Last Update: 16.02.2026”, read 6 Nov 2026) set out a four-deposit welcome package; on that day they mixed A$ bonus amounts with euro minimums and caps. We report them as published, not as an offer to Australian players, and we publish no bonus codes.

  • First deposit: 100% up to A$400 plus 100 free spins on Aloha King Elvis (BGaming); “make a minimum deposit of 20 EUR.”
  • Second to fourth deposits: second, 75% up to A$600 plus 100 free spins; third, 50% up to A$1,000; fourth, 100% up to A$4,000; each from €20. Free spins come with the first two deposits only.
  • Wagering: “All bonuses need to be wagered 35 times before the funds can be withdrawn, unless otherwise specified.” Bonuses expire after 14 days. A bonus of A$400 means A$14,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
  • Maximum bet: A$2 per spin in the Welcome Pack rules; the High Roller rules give €5 for “any bonus from Welcome Package”, and the general rules €5 “unless otherwise stated”. All are the operator's text, and we do not resolve them.
  • Free-spin winnings: capped at €100 “unless otherwise stated”.
  • High Roller: 50% of the deposit “but not more than 3000 EUR”, minimum deposit €200, wagered 45 times within 3 days. The home banner advertised “50% up to A$4500” on 12 and 16 Oct 2026; on 6 Nov 2026 the home tile read “HIGH ROLLER BONUS GET 50% UP TO 0.04 BTC”.

No-deposit offers: the promotions page listed none on 12 Oct 2026; its “Crypto Bonus” of 75 free spins requires a BTC deposit, and the home page still showed a “CRYPTO BONUS GET 75 FREE SPINS” tile on 6 Nov 2026. An unlinked landing page promises 35 free spins in Cash The Gold for a code entered at sign-up. It states no terms, and we did not check whether the spins credit to an Australian account (12 and 16 Oct 2026).

The general rules: no-deposit free spins “need to be wagered 50 times before the funds can be withdrawn, unless otherwise specified”, and their winnings are capped at €50 in the bonus terms; the terms give the same €50 cap (§11.7). Australia is not among the countries the bonus terms exclude from no-deposit offers (6 Nov 2026).

Games and studios

The lobby's studio list returned 46 studios to our Australian connection on 12 and 16 Oct 2026 and 86 to a German connection on 12 Oct. Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw, Red Tiger, Relax, Nolimit, PG Soft and Amatic were in the German list only. The Australian list includes BGaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Booming Games, Evoplay Entertainment, Spribe and Tom Horn.

The terms restrict three studios for Australia: “Microgaming: Blocked in USA, UK, France, Australia, etc.”, “Amatic: Restricted in Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece, USA.” and “NetEnt games are not available in a longer list of countries including Australia”.

What should give you pause

  • The brand domain and three numbered domains carrying the KatsuBet name are on ACMA's blocked list.
  • Two terms documents on one site: the one our browser showed does not name Australia among restricted countries, and the one in the site's page data prohibits it in a section on Evolution Group's restrictions (6 Nov 2026).
  • The Curaçao certificate named in that second document does not list the address where we read the site (6 Nov 2026).
  • The home page's promotional text names a Curaçao licence; the footer and the terms shown to Australia name Tobique.
  • The terms shown to Australia state withdrawal caps, bonus caps and minimums in euros (6 Nov 2026), so an AUD account's limits move with the exchange rate (our reading).
  • Maximum bet while wagering the welcome package: A$2 in one clause, €5 in another.
  • High Roller cap: €3,000 in the terms, while the home page showed A$4,500 (October) and 0.04 BTC (6 Nov 2026).
  • Before login, the AUD cashier list showed crypto deposits only.
  • An unanswered call or e-mail for two weeks after a withdrawal request locks the account and cancels the withdrawal.
  • PayID not confirmed.

Same operator name: Saphirix Solutions SRL

Our PlayAmo, FastPay and CasinoChan reviews record the same operator name, Saphirix Solutions SRL, in those casinos' terms. Each brand's terms, limits and bonuses are checked on its own page, and none of their figures are used here. More on other Saphirix Solutions SRL brands.

How we checked

On 12 Oct 2026 (06:10–06:24 UTC) and 16 Oct 2026 (18:20–18:30 UTC) we rendered KatsuBet's pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre). We read the home page, the terms, bonus terms, promotions page, payments page and an unlinked landing page. We also read the second terms document in the site's page data (16 Oct), the pre-login AUD cashier list, the country list and the lobby studio list; the cashier and studio lists were compared with a German connection.

On 6 Nov 2026 (12:52–13:12 UTC) we re-read the home page, the terms and the bonus terms from an Australian internet-provider address in Sydney, and the country list; we opened the Tobique validator from the site's seal again and re-read ACMA's list. We also re-read the second terms document in the page data the site returned to that connection (not rendered in a browser), and at 15:18 UTC, from a server in Germany, the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate. The cashier list and the studio list were not re-read that day; their findings keep their October dates.

Pages were read at an address other than the brand domain; we do not publish it. We checked the licence on the Tobique validator from the site's seal and read ACMA's list from Australia on each day. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: KatsuBet has not been scored by our rubric.

Is KatsuBet legit?

The terms shown to Australia and the footer name Saphirix Solutions SRL of Costa Rica (no. 3-102-933997) and Tobique licence no. 0000091, as the operator states it. The Tobique validator, opened from the site's seal, showed “VALID” on 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026. A second terms document in the site's page data names Kika Technology B.V. and a Curaçao licence (16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026); the Curaçao certificate for that licence lists the brand domain but not the address where we read the site (6 Nov 2026). The brand domain is on ACMA's blocked list, and a Tobique licence is not an Australian licence.

Is KatsuBet on ACMA's blocked list?

Yes. The brand domain and three numbered domains carrying the KatsuBet name were on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites, marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”, when we read it on 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026. ACMA says it can ask internet service providers to block access to listed websites; we did not check whether Australian home internet providers block these domains. We link to no KatsuBet address.

How long do KatsuBet withdrawals take and what are the limits?

The terms aim to process withdrawals “within 72 hours of approval”, and bank transfers within 3 business days. They cap withdrawals at €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, with progressive jackpot wins paid in full and outside these caps (terms, read 6 Nov 2026); the cashier list returned before login caps a payout at A$4,000 or A$6,000 and starts at A$30 to A$300 by method (October). Deposits must be wagered 3 times first, or the casino may charge a fee or refuse the withdrawal, and an unanswered contact for two weeks cancels the withdrawal (operator's statements).

What are the KatsuBet welcome bonus terms?

The first deposit gets 100% up to A$400 plus 100 free spins; the second to fourth deposits go up to A$600 (plus 100 free spins), A$1,000 and A$4,000, each from a €20 deposit. Bonuses are wagered 35 times within 14 days, and free-spin winnings are capped at €100. The maximum bet is A$2 in the welcome rules and €5 in the High Roller rules. The High Roller bonus is 50% up to €3,000 from a €200 deposit, wagered 45 times within 3 days (bonus terms, read 6 Nov 2026).

Does KatsuBet have a no deposit bonus code?

We do not publish bonus codes. On 12 Oct 2026 the promotions page listed no no-deposit offer. An unlinked landing page promises 35 free spins in Cash The Gold for a sign-up code, without terms; we did not check whether they credit to an Australian account. The general rules set 50 times wagering for no-deposit free spins and a €50 cap on their winnings, in both the bonus terms and the terms (§11.7, read 6 Nov 2026).

Responsible gambling and the law

In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 Oct 2026; what the law means for players).
