Dazard Casino Review: Outside-Australia Banner, Tobique Licence Check and Bonus Terms

CASINO REVIEW

Dazard's cookie banner asked our Australian connection on 12 and 16 October 2026 to agree that “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia”; from a German server the same banner said only “We use cookies”. The site's footer and terms name Novatrix SRL as operator under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, and the commission's validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for that company on both days.

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. Two Dazard domains, the brand's main domain among them, are on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (read 16 October 2026). Withdrawals are capped at A$3,000 a day, and PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Dazard, and this page does not link to its site.

The outside-Australia banner and what the terms say

The banner is the operator's own statement. Our Australian connection saw it on both Dazard domains we opened on 12 October 2026 and again on 16 October, in a browser through a Melbourne data-centre server. A German server, the same day, saw “We use cookies” and an OK button. We did not press either button and did not register.

Other parts of the site do not repeat the restriction. The restricted-countries list in the terms shown to Australia (§2.4, Version 1.0 of 16.12.2025) runs from Afghanistan to Yemen without Australia. The site's country data listed Australia with AUD as currency (16 October 2026). The platform's rule that blocks sign-up was not among the restrictions applied to our Australian connection. We report both sides; neither cancels the banner.

The site's code also holds a second version of the terms, for an Anjouan licence (ALSI-202508056-FI2), whose restricted list (§3.1) starts “Australia, Austria, …”. Our Australian connection was shown the Tobique version (12 October 2026).

Dazard and the ACMA list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists two Dazard domains among blocked gambling websites, the brand's main domain among them. We read the list on 16 October 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. We do not print these addresses.

ACMA says it asks internet service providers to block access to the sites on its list. Our check ran from a data-centre server, not a home connection, and does not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees. What a listing means for players: our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Dazard withdrawal time and limits

The terms give an aim, not a deadline: “11.6. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual payout timing depends on the chosen method and your verification status.” The 24 hours start at approval, not at the request. Clause 11.10 adds: “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” We did not test a payout.

The caps in clause 11.8 are written per currency: daily “3 000 CAD/AUD/NZD”; weekly (rolling 7-day) “7 500 CAD/AUD/NZD”, which “Resets each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month”; monthly “30 000 CAD/AUD/NZD”. “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.” A A$7,500 win takes at least three days to cash out at A$3,000 a day (our arithmetic).

The cashier list sets the limit per withdrawal: bank transfer A$20–4,000, local bank transfer A$300–6,000 and crypto A$30–8,000. Each maximum is above the A$3,000 daily cap. The terms' internal operating currency is EUR (§11.10). How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees

  • Deposit turnover: “9.7. Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds. If you make multiple deposits without any gameplay, you must wager the combined total of all deposits before initiating a withdrawal. The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.” A A$100 deposit means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic).
  • Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.” (§8.4) “Failure to pass verification within twenty-eight (28) days of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.” (§9.3) If requested documents are not provided or are invalid, “any funds in your balance will be forfeited” (§18.4).
  • No-deposit winnings: capped at 75 AUD (§11.7).
  • Fees: intermediary banks “may impose additional fees (typically up to €16)” on bank transfers (§11.11); “You are responsible for any fees applied by your bank or payment provider during the withdrawal process.” (§11.13)
  • Dormant accounts: after 12 months without login or play, the casino may charge “a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent), deducted from your remaining balance. If your balance is less than €20, we will deduct the entire balance instead.” (§12.1) The fee is taken each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager” (§12.2).

Dazard bonus terms and bonus codes

We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. Every welcome step needs a bonus code entered before the deposit: “To get the bonus, enter the bonus code … before making a deposit.” We do not publish bonus codes. The bonus terms read on 12 October 2026 (“Last Update: 27.01.2026”) set four steps, each from a A$30 deposit:

  • First deposit: 150% up to A$4,500 and 150 free spins.
  • Second: 100% up to A$1,500 and 75 free spins.
  • Third: 75% up to A$1,125 and 50 free spins.
  • Fourth: 50% up to A$750 and 50 free spins.

Each step: “To fully win back the bonus, you must place bets in the amount of 40 times the amount of the bonus received: (deposit bonus + winnings from free spins) × 40.” A A$4,500 first-deposit bonus means A$180,000 in bets (our arithmetic). The home banner's “up to 7875$” is the sum of the four A$ caps.

  • Maximum bet while wagering: A$7.50.
  • Win cap: winnings from bonus funds are capped at 15,000 AUD.
  • Time limit: “The standard bonus validity period is 14 days from the date of receipt unless specified otherwise.”
  • Game weighting: slots count 100% of the bet except classic slots; “All table games, classic slots, and video poker — 5% of the bet.” “Games with live dealers do not participate in the wagering.”
  • Free spins: the terms name two games, one of them from Pragmatic Play, a studio missing from the Australian provider list; we could not establish which one an Australian account gets.

The bonus terms' list of excluded countries does not name Australia; the banner above still applies to the whole site. The home page also showed a Friday reload of “50% UP TO $450” on 16 October 2026. How wagering works: bonus terms explained.

Deposits, cashier and PayID

PayID is not confirmed at Dazard. It was not in the AUD cashier list returned to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026; PayID names appeared only in the site's form settings, which are not a cashier. Read why we mark PayID as not confirmed.

AUD cashier list, 16 October 2026Deposit (A$, per transaction)Withdrawal (A$, per transaction)

Local bank transfer (two entries)—300–6,000
CryptoSet per coin (USDT from 5)30–8,000

The cashier data carries no display names, so methods are named as the data gives them; a listed method is not a cashier we used. Neosurf and one local bank entry were in the Australian list only. The site's payments page showed no method table on 12 October 2026.

Games and providers

The lobby's provider list returned 47 studios to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026; the same request from a German server returned 84. The Australian list included BGaming, Booongo, Belatra, Platipus, Yggdrasil, Spribe, Betsoft and Evoplay. Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City and Big Time Gaming were in the German list only.

The terms name Australia among the “Blacklisted Territories” for NetEnt (§3.3) and say Amatic is “Restricted in Australia” (§3.4). The site also runs a sportsbook.

Pros and cons

What it does well

  • Operator, registration number and licence named in the visible footer; the commission's validator showed “VALID” for the operator on two days.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps written in Australian dollars; progressive jackpots excluded from them.
  • Bonus amounts, maximum bet and win cap written in A$.

What should give you pause

  • The site asks Australian visitors to confirm they are outside Australia.
  • Two Dazard domains on ACMA's blocked list.
  • A$3,000 a day is the cap on withdrawals.
  • Deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal, or a fee or refusal may follow.
  • Account locked and withdrawal cancelled if the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of the request.
  • PayID not confirmed; Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt were not in the Australian provider list.

The footer read from Australia on 12 and 16 October 2026 says that Dazard “…is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL that is incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102- 893958” and “is operating under E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission.” Clause 1.1 of the terms names the same company and number.

The commission's validator, reached with the seal details the site loads, showed Novatrix SRL, two Dazard domains among its registered websites and “Operating status: VALID” on 12 and 16 October 2026. The same seal with a made-up domain returned “INVALID”. The validator prints no licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator's word.

The licensee is “authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. What a licence issued outside Australia means for players: our guide to online casinos and Australian law. For disputes the terms name EGIS, “which operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (§15.5).

Novatrix SRL's entry in the Anjouan licence register (read 12 October 2026) lists 63 domains, one Dazard domain and Casinonic's among them. Terms, cashier and lobby are checked brand by brand; nothing on this page is taken from another brand. MoonWin's terms, read 16 October 2026, name the same company and licence number: see our MoonWin review. Brands are grouped in our casino sister sites guide, built from checks of 30 September 2026; the brands it names do not include Dazard.

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:08–06:15 UTC) we rendered Dazard's home page, terms, bonus terms and payments page in a browser through an Australian data-centre connection (Melbourne), and requested the provider list from Australia and a German server. On 16 October (18:33–18:35 UTC) we rendered the home page again from both locations and read the AUD cashier list and the site's country and restriction data.

On both days we reached the Tobique validator, on 16 October with a made-up-domain control. We read ACMA's list on 16 October 2026. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: Dazard has not been scored by our rubric.

How can I check whether Dazard's licence is real?

The footer names Novatrix SRL (Costa Rica, no. 3-102-893958) and “E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission”. The seal on the site leads to the commission's validator, which showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on 12 and 16 October 2026 and “INVALID” for a made-up domain. It does not print the licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator's word. The validator says the licensee is “authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. The general method is in our guide on how to check any casino's licence.

What does Dazard's outside-Australia banner mean?

It is the operator's own text: “In proceeding I confirm that I am currently accessing this website outside of Australia”, shown to our Australian connection on 12 and 16 October 2026 and not to a German server. The terms shown to Australia (§2.4, Version 1.0 of 16.12.2025) do not name Australia among restricted countries. The two sources disagree; we report both.

How long do Dazard withdrawals take?

The terms say the casino aims to process requests “within 24 hours of approval” (§11.6) and bank transfers within 3 business days (§11.10). Caps are A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling 7 days and A$30,000 a month (§11.8); progressive jackpot wins do not count toward them. Deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal (§9.7). We did not test a payout.

Does Dazard need a bonus code, and what are the bonus terms?

Yes, each welcome step needs a code entered before the deposit; we do not publish codes. The bonus terms of 27.01.2026 set four steps from A$30, up to A$4,500, A$1,500, A$1,125 and A$750, with 40× wagering on bonus and free-spin winnings, a A$7.50 maximum bet, a 15,000 AUD win cap and 14 days. Live-dealer games do not count.
