Which licence covers which domain
In the Anjouan public register, licence ALSI-112405013-FI1 is held by Lightsoft Solution Ltd and runs from 7 May 2024 to 6 May 2027. It lists luckymate.casino, alongside domains of Lucky Green, PokieSurf, Spinstralia, Pokie7 and 13 more. The Australian site's domain is not among them (register read 4 and 12 October 2026).
On 4 October 2026 luckymate.casino showed a page made to look like a Chrome “Site can't be reached” error, with code 404. The licensed domain did not serve a casino; the unlisted one did.
The site's footer data holds a line that is not displayed: “Operated under the licence no 365/JAZ by BrillianteFin Development N.V.” (4 October 2026). We found no link between BrillianteFin Development N.V. and Lightsoft Solution Ltd. The page description calls Lucky Mate a “licensed casino” without a number (30 September 2026).
Our latest reading of the register is from 12 October 2026; the entry was the same as on 4 October. How to look a licence up yourself: how to check a casino.

Old domains on the ACMA list
ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites, read on 12 October 2026, named luckymate.com and luckymatecasino.com.
The Australian site's domain was not on the list on 12 October 2026. It opened from our Australian connection, a server rather than a home connection, and returned an error (403) to a German one. We do not publish other Lucky Mate addresses.
Lucky Green, PokieSurf, Spinstralia and Pokie7
Lucky Mate shares records and code with four other brands. The Anjouan entry above lists domains of all five, and the hidden BrillianteFin line appears at Lucky Green, PokieSurf, Spinstralia and Pokie7 too (4 October 2026).
Lucky Mate, Lucky Green and Pokie7 use the same FingerprintJS key, an account with a fraud-detection service (4 October 2026). Lucky Mate's terms matched Lucky Green's by about 90% (30 September 2026). No source we read names one company that owns all five. How we link brands: casino sister sites guide.
Lucky Mate bonus terms
On 31 October 2026 the home page advertised a welcome package of “150% up to 1000 AUD” plus 150 free spins (operator's statement). The Australian site shows no licence number, so we report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. We publish no bonus codes.
- Four deposits: the home page text describes a bonus on each of the first four deposits, with a minimum deposit of A$25 each: 150% with 150 free spins and a maximum bonus of A$1,000, then 100%, 100% and 150%.
- Wagering: the home page text says “the wagering requirements are x40”. The terms set a standard of 45 times the bonus amount, which “may differ for specific promotions provided that it is specified accordingly in the relevant terms and conditions” (§16.10.2.10). We read no terms written for the welcome package itself, so we quote both figures.
- Time limit: “The standard expiry date for bonus money is 60 days”, which “can differ for specific bonuses”, and wagering must be completed by then (§16.10.2.9). Another clause lets the casino remove a bonus “if not been used within 1 month from the date awarded” (§7.2). Both are the operator's words.
- Withdrawal wording: for the second to fourth deposits the home page text adds “The maximum withdrawal limit stands at AU$1000”. It does not say whether this limits the bonus winnings or each withdrawal.
The promotions page linked from the site's menu returned an error (404) on 31 October 2026, so the package figures come from the home page alone. We did not create an account, so offers shown after sign-up were not seen.
Lucky Mate withdrawal terms
Lucky Mate's terms set out withdrawals in section 6. We read them from an Australian connection on 31 October 2026; the clauses were the same in our reading of 17 October 2026, and the terms print no edition date. These are the operator's rules as written: we made no withdrawal, so we cannot say how they are applied.
- Documents first: “A withdrawal request will not be processed until all KYC documents have been accepted” (§6.3). The list in §6.1 is a photo ID, both sides, valid for at least another 6 months; a photo of you holding it; and a bank statement issued within the last 3 months. The casino may also ask for “a phone verification, facial recognition, or additional verification” (§6.12). The terms give no deadline for checking the documents.
- Processing time: “All withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) banking days, but there are cases where these timing can be longer, depending on payment channels, additional account checks and public holidays” (§6.6). That is the casino's processing time; the terms do not say when the money reaches your account.
- Limits: “You may only withdraw the maximum amount of $1,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in any 24 hour period, a maximum amount of $5,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in any 7 day period and a maximum amount of $15,000 (or the equivalent in your Account currency) in any 30 day period unless a larger amount has been agreed by us” (§6.11). The terms do not say which dollar is meant. The casino may also change the maximum per transaction for each payment system “at any time and without prior notification” (§6.2).
- The 30% fee and wagering the deposit: “a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made” (§5.6), and “Lucky Mate will charge an extra 30% commission upon withdrawal if the total bet amount is less than the amount of the initial deposit” (§6.5). The terms do not say what the 30% is taken from, what counts as the initial deposit, or whether a withdrawal before your bets reach the deposit is refused under §5.6 or paid with the fee under §6.5.
- Where the money goes: only to a bank account of the casino account holder; “Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts will not be processed”, and the account “must be located in the same country as specified in the profile data” (§6.8). Funds marked as “Bonus” cannot be withdrawn (§6.4).
We found no minimum withdrawal amount, no times per payment method and no clause on inactive accounts in the terms text we read. The home page has its own table of approximate arrival times and maximum withdrawals by method, and some of its maximums are above the 30-day cap in the terms; on this page we quote the terms.
What this means if you play: a win larger than the 24-hour cap would leave in parts, and the 7-day and 30-day caps stretch a larger win over weeks or months, unless the casino agrees a larger amount. Withdrawing before your bets reach your deposit is the case the 30% clause names. This reading covers the general terms only: we did not read VIP terms or terms written for a particular bonus, which may set other limits.
What we could not verify
We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. How long a Lucky Mate withdrawal actually takes, whether the 30% fee is charged in practice, which payment methods the cashier offers and PayID are not verified; the section above gives the terms only.
An App Store listing named “Lucky Mate Casino” ranked first in Australian Google results on 12 October 2026; we have not checked who published it. Casinos whose withdrawal terms we did read: withdrawal times and compare casinos with published withdrawal terms.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:10–06:13 UTC) we rendered the Lucky Mate home page in a browser through an Australian connection and requested it from Australia and Germany. ACMA's list of blocked domains was read at 06:08 UTC the same day. On 31 October 2026 we re-read the home page and read the terms from an Australian connection in Sydney, including the deposit and withdrawal sections (§5 and §6); we compared those clauses with our reading of the terms from an Australian connection in Melbourne on 17 October 2026.
The register entry comes from our readings on 4 and 12 October 2026; the footer data and FingerprintJS key from our research on 4 October 2026; the page description and terms comparison from 30 September 2026.
Is Lucky Mate Casino legit?
We cannot confirm a licence for the site Australians are served. It shows no company or licence number (12 October 2026); a hidden footer line names BrillianteFin Development N.V. The Anjouan licence ALSI-112405013-FI1 of Lightsoft Solution Ltd covers luckymate.casino, not the Australian site (register read 12 October 2026).
Is Lucky Mate the same as LuckyMate UK?
They are different sites. LuckyMate UK is at luckymate.co.uk, and the reviews of it in Australian Google results on 12 October 2026 cover the UK market. We know the UK site only from those search results: we have not opened it or checked who runs it or whether the two share an owner, so nothing on this page applies to it.
Is Lucky Mate blocked in Australia?
Two of its older domains, luckymate.com and luckymatecasino.com, were on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites on 12 October 2026. ACMA says it asks internet service providers to block access to the websites on its list; we do not publish other addresses.
Does Lucky Mate have a no deposit bonus?
We found none published. On 31 October 2026 neither the home page nor the terms mentioned a no-deposit offer, and the welcome package needs a deposit of at least A$25. We did not create an account, so offers shown after sign-up were not seen. We publish no bonus codes.
Is there a Lucky Mate promo code?
The home page banner and text described the welcome package without a code on 31 October 2026, and the promotions page returned an error (404). The package covers the first four deposits from A$25 each, starting with “150% up to 1000 AUD” plus 150 free spins. We do not publish bonus codes.
How long do Lucky Mate withdrawals take?
The terms say a request is not processed until all KYC documents have been accepted (§6.3), and that requests are “processed within two (2) banking days”, sometimes longer (§6.6, read 31 October 2026). That is processing time, not the date the money arrives, and we have not tested it with a withdrawal. The terms also cap withdrawals per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days and name a 30% fee when total bets are below the initial deposit; both clauses are quoted in the withdrawal terms section of this review.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (acma.gov.au, About the Interactive Gambling Act, read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
