The footer and terms name Novatrix SRL as operator and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. Withdrawals are capped at €7,500 per rolling seven days and €15,000 a month, with no Australian-dollar figure; progressive jackpot wins do not count toward these limits. The casino aims to process requests within 72 hours of approval. PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Lucky Wins, and this page does not link to its site.

Lucky Wins and the ACMA list
ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites, last updated 20 July 2026, named six domains with “luckywin” in their names when we read it on 11, 12 and 16 October 2026. One of them is the address given in the site's footer. ACMA says it asks internet service providers to block access to the sites on its list. This page links to no Lucky Wins address; the footer's domain is named only in Sources.
Our check ran from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. It does not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees, and we did not test that.
On that one check the site's country list gave Australia with AUD as the default currency, and the terms' restricted-countries list (§2.4) named the UK, the US and the Netherlands, among others, but not Australia. One check on one day is not a finding that Lucky Wins accepts Australians. What the law says: online casinos and Australian law.
Lucky Wins withdrawal time and limits
The terms give an aim, not a deadline: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” (§11.6). The 72 hours start at approval, not at the request. “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” (§11.9).
The caps, clause 11.7, are in euros only: “Weekly (rolling 7-day): €7500 (or equivalent). Resets each 7 days from your first cashout in a calendar month and on the 1st of each month.” “Monthly: €15000 (or equivalent). Resets on the 1st of each month.” “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.” The terms give no daily cap, and they do not state the Australian-dollar equivalent.
Each method also has its own limit. In the AUD cashier list read on 12 October 2026, cards, “banklocal” and crypto each showed a withdrawal maximum of A$4,000, and “bank-transfer-local” A$6,000. The terms (§11.1): “If your requested amount exceeds a method’s limit, payouts may be split into multiple installments.”
- Minimum withdrawal: “Fiat Currencies: The minimum withdrawal is €20.” The cashier list shows A$50 for cards and crypto and A$100 for the bank options.
- Before the first withdrawal: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.” If it is not, “The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal” (§9.7).
- Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): the terms (§11.2) list “Required Identification Documents (at minimum)”: “A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).” and “Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement).”, plus “Any additional documentation we request to confirm your identity or payment method.”
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months of inactivity the casino may charge “a monthly dormancy fee of €25 (or currency equivalent)” (§12.1).
- Fees: the AUD cashier list shows no fee on any method. For bank transfers the terms add that “intermediary banks may impose additional fees (typically up to €16)” (§11.10).
How these clauses compare with other casinos': withdrawal times.
Lucky Wins sign-up bonus terms
On 12 October 2026 the home page shown to Australia advertised a “Welcome Package” “Up to $15,000” “+ 1,000 Free Spins”, and a VIP package up to $30,000 + 1,000 free spins. Its first-deposit tile read “100% up to €1,000 + 100 FS + 5% Daily Cashback”; the bonus terms give the offer in Australian dollars, and this review follows the terms. We do not publish bonus codes.
A A$1,000 first deposit brings a A$1,000 bonus: A$40,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn, and winnings from it capped at A$5,000 (our arithmetic).
The same day the home page advertised free spins without a deposit: the “Magic Mondays” and “Lucky Wednesday” tiles each read “10 No-Deposit FS”, and “Super Spins Sunday” read “9 Spins on Us”. The bonus terms: “The 10 Spins on Us are automatically credited every Monday at 06:00 UTC for eligible players.” “Spins on Us are available to active players only.” An active player is one who deposited at least A$30 in the 30 days before the spins are issued or claimed. “The 10 Spins on Us come with a 50x wagering requirement and a maximum win limit of 50 AUD.” The Wednesday and Sunday spins carry the same 50× and A$50 cap.
- 1st deposit, two options: “Deposit 30 AUD or more to receive a 100% bonus up to 1,000 AUD, plus 100 Free Spins.” Or, from A$160, 150% up to A$1,500 + 100 free spins + 5% daily cashback for 7 days.
- Wagering: “bets for an amount 40 times the bonus or free spins winnings amount”.
- Win caps: “Any winnings generated from the bonus shall not exceed 5 times the bonus amount received.” “Maximum winnings from Free Spins: 200 AUD.”
- Maximum bet while wagering: “8 AUD/CAD/NZD”.
- Time limit: “Free spins duration and free spins winnings duration are 7 days.”
- Free-spin games: 3 Super Hot Chillies (Booongo) or Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play). Pragmatic Play was not in the Australian provider list; we did not check which game an Australian player gets.
Of the welcome package, this review gives only the first-deposit step; the later steps of the package are in the bonus terms.
Live casino and game providers
The lobby's provider list returned 69 studios to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026 and 123 to a German server. Studios in the Australian list include Booongo, BGaming, Betsoft, Yggdrasil, Playson, Novomatic, Spribe, Tom Horn, Swintt, Mascot and Platipus.
Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, BigTimeGaming, Amatic and Relax were in the German list but not in the Australian one. Which live-casino studios an Australian account gets was not established; we did not check inside an account.
Deposits and cashier
PayID is not confirmed at Lucky Wins. It did not appear in the AUD cashier list or on the payments page on 12 October 2026. The local bank options in the cashier list are not labelled PayID. We made no deposit; names are as the cashier list gives them.
| Method | Deposit (A$) | Withdrawal (A$) |
|---|---|---|
| Cards (“card-acquirer”) | 30–4,000 | 50–4,000 |
| Neosurf | 30–6,000 | — |
| “funanga” | 25–400 | — |
| MiFinity | 30–4,000 | — |
| “bank” | 45–1,600 | — |
| “banklocal” | — | 100–4,000 |
| “bank-transfer-local” | — | 100–6,000 |
| Crypto | Listed, no A$ limit shown | 50–4,000 |
Cards carry an “instant” label (cashier label); the terms say 72 hours after approval. The list gives “banklocal” a processing time of 3 to 10 without a unit.
Pros and cons
What it does well
- Operator, registration number and licence named in the footer and terms; the validator opened from the footer seal showed “VALID”.
- Weekly and monthly withdrawal caps and a processing aim written into the terms.
- No fee on any method in the AUD cashier list.
- First-deposit wagering, win caps, maximum bet and free-spin time limit stated in numbers, in A$.
What should give you pause
- Six domains with “luckywin” in their names are on ACMA's blocked list, including the address in the footer.
- The terms allow a processing fee or a refused withdrawal if a deposit has not been wagered three times (§9.7).
- Withdrawal caps are in euros only, with no A$ figure.
- PayID not confirmed in the cashier or on the payments page.
- The terms' effective date (18.02.2026) is later than their “Last Updated” date (23.09.2025).
- The “No-Deposit” free spins go only to players who deposited at least A$30 in the 30 days before they are issued or claimed, with 50× wagering and a A$50 win cap.
- The home-page tile gives the first-deposit bonus in euros; the bonus terms give it in A$.
- Evolution and Pragmatic Play were not in the Australian provider list; one of the two free-spin games is a Pragmatic Play game.
- The licence number does not appear in the regulator's validator.
Operator, licence and sister casinos
The terms shown to Australia, clause 1.1: “The Company operates under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The footer names Novatrix SRL, “incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica with company registration number 3-102-893958”, with the same licence.
The Tobique Gaming Commission validator, opened from the footer seal, showed “Operating status: VALID” on a page “generated on Oct 12, 2026”. It named Novatrix SRL and listed the footer's address among its registered websites. It did not show a licence number; that comes from the operator only.
Our casino sister sites guide lists LuckyWins among the Novatrix SRL brands, with Ricky, Casinonic and King Billy. Crusino's footer names the same company and licence number (12 October 2026). Each brand's terms, cashier and lobby are checked in its own review.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:04–06:20 UTC) we rendered Lucky Wins' home page, footer, terms, bonus terms and payments page in a browser through an Australian data-centre connection (Melbourne). We saved the AUD payment-method list, country and currency lists and provider list.
We compared the provider list with a German server, opened the validator from the footer seal and read ACMA's list on 11, 12 and 16 October 2026. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: Lucky Wins has not been scored by our rubric.
Is Lucky Wins blocked in Australia?
Six domains with “luckywin” in their names, including the address in the site's footer, were on ACMA's blocked gambling websites list (last updated 20 July 2026) when we read it on 16 October 2026. ACMA says it asks internet service providers to block access to the sites on its list. This page does not link to any Lucky Wins address.
Who runs Lucky Wins and is it licensed?
The footer and terms (§1.1) name Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958), and Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000002. The commission's validator, opened from the footer seal, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on 12 October 2026. It did not show the licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator's word.
How long do Lucky Wins withdrawals take?
The terms say the casino aims to process requests “within 72 hours of approval” (§11.6), and bank transfers within 3 business days (§11.9). Caps are €7,500 over a rolling 7 days and €15,000 a month (§11.7), with no A$ figure and no daily cap; progressive jackpot wins do not count toward them. Cashier withdrawal methods showed maximums of A$4,000 to A$6,000 on 12 October 2026; the terms say larger amounts may be split into instalments (§11.1).
Is there a Lucky Wins no deposit bonus code?
We do not publish bonus codes. On 12 October 2026 the home page advertised 10 no-deposit free spins on Mondays and on Wednesdays. The bonus terms: “Spins on Us are available to active players only.” An active player is one who deposited at least A$30 in the 30 days before the spins are issued or claimed; the spins carry 50× wagering and a A$50 maximum win. The first-deposit offer in the bonus terms read on 12 October 2026: 100% up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins from A$30, or 150% up to A$1,500 plus 100 free spins and 5% daily cashback from A$160; wagering 40×.
Does Lucky Wins accept PayID?
Not confirmed. On 12 October 2026 PayID did not appear in the AUD cashier list or on the payments page. The local bank options in the cashier list are not labelled PayID, and we did not see the cashier inside an account.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (acma.gov.au, About the Interactive Gambling Act, read 12 October 2026).
