Richard Casino Review Australia 2026

CASINO REVIEW

Richard Casino’s brand domain is on ACMA’s blocked list. Each withdrawal on its payments page is capped at A$4,000, and the terms say it aims to process requests within 72 hours of approval (12 October 2026).

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. Richard Casino and the ACMA block list

ACMA’s blocked gambling websites list named richardcasino.com and ten numbered domains of the same name. We read the list on 11 and 12 October 2026.

Australian internet providers apply these blocks. Our check ran through a Melbourne data-centre connection, so it does not show what a home connection sees.

From that connection on 12 October 2026, richardcasino.com forwarded to another numbered domain. The lobby opened there. This was one check, from one location, on one day. We do not publish that address and do not link to the casino.

The terms shown to Australia do not name Australia among restricted countries (§2.4). The operator’s texts disagree on Canada: the home page lists Canadian players, while §2.4 restricts Canada.

Richard Casino withdrawal time and limits

The terms give an aim, not a deadline: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” (§11.6). The 72 hours start at approval, not at the request.

The operator’s other pages give shorter times. The home page says “0-72 hrs (depending on the method)”, and its FAQ says “E-wallets take up to 1 hour”. The about-us page says “sometimes even in as little as 10 minutes!”, without naming a method. This review goes by the terms.

Bank transfers are processed “within 3 business days” under §11.10; the payments page shows “3-5 days”. Identity checks (KYC, know your customer) can take longer: the casino’s KYC page allows “up to 30 working days” to review documents.

Clause 11.8 caps withdrawals at €5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month, each “or equivalents”. The terms give no Australian-dollar figure. The casino’s “internal operating currency is EUR” (§11.10).

The home page gives other caps: “A$/NZ$/C$/€10 000 per week or A$/NZ$/C$/€30 000 per month”. Its monthly figure is 30,000; the terms and bonus terms say 20,000.

A single withdrawal is capped lower still. Every withdrawal row on the payments page showed a maximum of A$4,000. Larger requests “may be split into multiple installments” (§11.1). Progressive jackpot wins “are paid in full and do not count toward these limits” (§11.8).

  • Minimum withdrawal: A$30 in the terms (§11.1). The payments page shows A$20 for crypto and one bank row, and A$100 for two bank rows.
  • Before the first withdrawal: each deposit must be wagered once on pokies and three times on other games (§9.7).
  • Documents: a government photo ID and a proof of address at minimum (§11.2); the casino may also call you (§8.4).
  • Two-week rules: if the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (§8.4). Failing verification within two weeks of the casino’s request means “account termination and funds confiscation” (§9.3).
  • Documents in other scripts: without Latin or Cyrillic documents, the casino may require a video verification (§9.5).
  • Card deposits: withdrawals up to your net deposit may go back to the card; the rest goes by another method (§11.9).
  • Fees: the payments page shows 0% on every row. Intermediary banks may charge “typically up to €16” on a bank transfer; your own bank’s fees are yours (§11.11, §11.13).
  • No-deposit winnings: capped at A$75 (§11.7).
  • Dormant accounts: after 12 months of inactivity the casino may charge “a monthly dormancy fee of €20” (§12.1).

How these clauses compare with other casinos’: withdrawal times.

Richard Casino bonus terms

The welcome package covers five deposits, each with up to A$1,000 and 100 free spins (bonus terms, 12 October 2026). We do not publish bonus codes.

Each bonus and free-spin result must be wagered 40 times. A full A$1,000 bonus therefore means A$40,000 in bets before withdrawal (our arithmetic). The bonus terms carry no version or date line.

  • Match per deposit: 100%, 50%, 75%, 50% and 100%, each up to A$1,000, with a minimum deposit of A$30.
  • Maximum bet while wagering: A$8, the general default; we found no separate figure for the welcome package.
  • Time limits: one day to activate; three days to play through free spins; seven days for the cash bonus.
  • Winnings caps: A$150 from any free spins; ten times the bonus amount from a cash bonus.
  • Game weighting: pokies count 100% (some listed pokies 50%); table games, roulette, video poker and craps 5%.
  • “Non-sticky”: the casino defines it as “you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled.”
  • Excluded countries: Sweden, Poland and Finland; Australia is not named.

The home banner reads “Welcome Pack” “$5000 + 500 FS + $1050 FreeBet”, with no currency named; each of the five casino bonuses is “up to” A$1,000 in the home page text. The FreeBet is the sportsbook part. Free spins run on 15 Dragon Pearls: Hold and Win, Elvis Frog in Vegas, Sun of Egypt 3, Sugar Merge Up and Buffalo Power 2: Hold and Win.

The arithmetic behind any offer: casino bonuses explained, free spins bonuses and no-deposit bonuses.

Games and providers

The provider list returned 99 studios to our Australian connection and 156 to a German one on 12 October 2026. We did not count games, so the casino’s “5000+ games” remains its own claim.

The Australian list includes BGaming, Booongo, Playson, Betsoft, Novomatic, Spribe, Tom Horn and Yggdrasil. We name only studios in the Australian list.

The home page text names studios that were not in the Australian list; we did not verify that list of providers. The terms say NetEnt games “are not available in a longer list of countries including Australia”. They describe Amatic as “Restricted in Australia” (§3.3–3.4).

Deposits and cashier

PayID is not confirmed. It was not in the AUD payment list or on the payments page on 12 October 2026. One deposit entry, labelled “webredirect” (A$20–500), could not be identified, so absence is not proven either.

The payments page says “payment methods depend on your region.” Its list and the AUD list returned before login disagree. We did not see the cashier after login or make a deposit.

CryptoWithdrawal 20–4,000Withdrawal 20–4,000

Cards appear as a withdrawal method only in the AUD list. The home page table also lists eZeeWallet for Australia; neither other source shows it. The bank entries are bank routes, not PayID.

“Instant” is the list’s own label; the terms say 72 hours after approval, and this review goes by the terms. For “banklocal” the list gives a processing time of 3 to 10 with no unit. Where PayID was confirmed: PayID casinos.

Pros and cons

What it does well

  • Operator, registration number and licence named in the footer and terms; the licence validator showed VALID.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps written in the terms.
  • Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, outside those caps.
  • A processing aim, a minimum withdrawal and bonus wagering stated in numbers.
  • Deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion on the responsible gaming page.

What should give you pause

  • The brand domain and ten numbered domains are on ACMA’s blocked list.
  • Withdrawal caps are set in euros; the terms give no Australian-dollar figure.
  • The home page and the terms state different monthly caps and payout times.
  • Failing verification within two weeks of the casino’s request means account termination and funds confiscation.
  • PayID is not confirmed.
  • The responsible gaming page names no Australian help service.
  • The home page names studios that were not in the Australian provider list.

Licence and operator

The footer and terms shown to Australia name Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company, no. 3-102-911867. They state it “operates under license no. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission” (§1.1).

The commission’s validator (validate.thetgc.ca), opened from the footer seal, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Metlait SRL on 12 October 2026, on a page “generated on Oct 12, 2026”. It listed www.richardcasino.com among the registered websites. It shows no licence number; 0000064 is the operator’s statement.

The home page title calls the site “The Best Legal Online Casino”. What we could check is the operator name, the stated licence and the validator status above.

For disputes, the terms name EGIS, which they say “operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (§15.5). The casino says it “was founded in 2023”. Whois shows richardcasino.com registered on 27 October 2022; a domain registration is not a launch date.

Platform and sister casinos

The site runs on the SoftSwiss platform, judging by its site signature; the site itself does not name the platform.

Our Casino Rocket review quotes the same operator and licence number from that casino’s terms. Our research notes record Metlait SRL for SkyCrown, Wild Fortune and Neospin too (12 October 2026). Metlait SRL brands are covered in our casino sister sites guide. Each brand’s terms, cashier and lobby are checked in its own review.

Support

The casino says live chat is “Available every day, 24/7” and that it offers “support in English only”. We did not open the chat.

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (05:00–05:15 UTC) we rendered the home, terms, bonus terms, payments, FAQ, KYC, about-us and responsible gaming pages. We used an Australian data-centre connection in Melbourne.

From the same connection we read the AUD payment list and the provider list, and compared the provider list with a German connection. We followed the redirects from richardcasino.com and read whois for the domain.

We rendered the ACMA list on 11 October (19:46 UTC) and 12 October 2026 (05:11 UTC). We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score.

Is Richard Casino legit?

What can be checked: the footer and terms name Metlait SRL (Costa Rica, no. 3-102-911867) and Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000064. The commission’s validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for www.richardcasino.com on 12 October 2026. It does not show the licence number. What ACMA says about online casinos is in the law section below.

Can I log in to Richard Casino from Australia?

richardcasino.com and ten numbered domains of the same name were on ACMA’s blocked list on 11 and 12 October 2026. Australian internet providers apply these blocks. We do not publish the address the casino used on our check or link to the casino.

How long does a Richard Casino withdrawal take?

The terms say the casino aims to process requests “within 72 hours of approval”, and bank transfers within 3 business days. Identity checks can take up to 30 working days, according to the casino’s KYC page. Shorter times on the home and about-us pages are the operator’s claims.

What are Richard Casino’s withdrawal limits?

The terms cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month, “or equivalents”, with no Australian-dollar figure. Each withdrawal on the payments page was capped at A$4,000 (12 October 2026). Progressive jackpot wins are outside the caps.

Does Richard Casino accept PayID?

Not confirmed. PayID was not in the AUD payment list or on the payments page on 12 October 2026. One deposit entry, “webredirect”, could not be identified.

Responsible gambling and the law

The casino’s responsible gaming page (last updated 02.06.2026) offers deposit limits, cooling-off of one week to six months, and self-exclusion. It refers players to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, and names no Australian service.

In ACMA’s words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA’s list of banned services includes “online casinos” (acma.gov.au, About the Interactive Gambling Act, read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).

Self-exclusion: BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. Free, confidential help: Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858; more services on our support resources page. You must be 18 or over.
