Checked from an Australian address on 30 September 2026; terms, limits and the AUD cashier re-read on 11 October 2026; lobby, currencies, tournaments, FAQ and About page re-checked on 17 October 2026; terms, bonus terms, FAQ and the AUD cashier re-read on 22 October 2026. FastPay is a SoftSwiss-platform casino owned by Saphirix Solutions SRL of Costa Rica under Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000091; the terms or footers of PlayAmo, Spin Samurai, 7Bit, Katsubet and Mirax name the same company (read on 12 October 2026). FastPay’s own “About” page says verification documents are shared with sister casinos Casino4u and Cobber Casino (17 October 2026). The site opened its lobby, cashier and terms to our Australian IP on each check from 30 September to 17 October 2026 (on 22 October our anonymous visits from Australia and Germany were sent to a sign-up page, and we read the terms through the casino’s own content feed); on 17 October 2026 it detected our Victorian address, offered AUD as the default currency and listed Australia among 192 registration countries. Our rating is 7.3/10: the withdrawal limits and processing times are written down and high, the cashier has two Australian bank rails, and the marks come off for a 50× welcome-bonus wagering that must be completed inside 48 hours, mandatory verification before the first spin, and a 10% fee on withdrawals of unturned deposits.

Is FastPay Casino available in Australia?

Yes: on 17 October 2026 Australia was in the registration list with AUD as its default currency, and the site served our Victorian IP in AUD. The legal position for the player does not change. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 no operator may offer online casino games to people in Australia and none holds an Australian licence; the offence is the operator’s; a 2011 federal review paper says the Act does not make it an offence for customers to use such services. FastPay’s terms do not exclude Australian residents as such, but they do list studios that are geo-blocked for Australia (NetEnt, Microgaming, Amatic among them), so part of the catalogue will not open from an Australian IP. What the law means for deposits, winnings and disputes is on our legal status page.

FastPay casino login, registration and verification

Registration is the usual SoftSwiss form: email, password, country and currency, and the lobby opens at once. What is unusual is the order of what follows. FastPay’s FAQ states that verification is mandatory before the start of the game, not before the first withdrawal: a photo ID with an expiry date, a proof of address, and proof of the payment method you deposit with; the FAQ adds: “In some cases, you may also be asked to take a selfie with an ID document” (read 17 October 2026). Deposits and bets are blocked until the check clears. If you have already been verified at Casino4u or Cobber Casino, the About page says the documents are not needed again. The FAQ says two-factor authentication is available through a code-generating app such as Google Authenticator (17 October 2026).

On the login address itself: the operator’s domain is fastpay-casino.com. On 11 October 2026 our affiliate link landed on fastpay-acess.com, a mirror with the same lobby whose footer names fastpay-casino.com as the website operated by Saphirix Solutions SRL. Use the operator’s domain or a link from a review you trust, and check the certificate before typing a password.

FastPay welcome bonus and the 48-hour rule

The standard first-deposit offer is 100% up to €500 (A$750) plus 100 free spins, with a minimum deposit of €20 to activate; a second-deposit bonus of 75% up to €50 follows, and landing pages served to some visitors show a 110% up to €550 variant or a “VIP” 100% up to €1,000. The bonus terms are the part to read:

  • Wagering is 50× the bonus amount, so a €100 bonus needs €5,000 of stakes, and it must be completed within 48 hours or the bonus and all winnings from it are forfeited.
  • Cash-out from the bonus is capped at 10× the bonus.
  • Free-spin winnings are wagered 50× and capped at A$75, and the cap applies to what remains after wagering, not only to the raw spin winnings.
  • Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active voids the bonus and its winnings. The “games max limits” page sets the maximum bet with an active bonus at A$10. Site-wide bet limits are A$150 a spin on most slots, A$15 on EGT and Casino Technology titles and A$7.50 on Amatic, Endorphina, Nolimit and Red Tiger titles, so on those four studios the A$7.50 limit is the lower one (read 17 October 2026).

Ongoing offers are a Friday 10% cashback on the week’s losses, Saturday free spins of 15 to 500 depending on VIP level, a weekly reload bonus from the fourth VIP level, and an 11-tier loyalty ladder whose top level is by invitation. The bonus terms read on 22 October 2026 add two more. The “Unlimited crypto reload” is unlimited in how often you can claim it, not in size: it “equals 20% of the deposit, up to 750 AUD”, needs the code CRYPTO, a crypto deposit of at least A$20 and two earlier deposits, is wagered 40× and caps cash-out at 10× the bonus. A “Daily Boomerang Cashback” returns 0.5% to 5% of the previous day’s net spend depending on VIP level, wagered 40× to 10× within 48 hours, with cash-out capped at A$100 to A$5,000 by level. For how a 50× requirement compares with the market, see casino bonuses explained; the cash-out caps on free chips are on our no-deposit bonuses page.

Games: what the FastPay lobby holds

On 17 October 2026 the catalogue API returned 3,319 titles from 51 studios, 3,312 of them slots. The largest suppliers by count are KA Gaming (819), VoltEnt, Evoplay, BGaming, CT Interactive, Onlyplay, Mascot, Mancala, Booongo, Tom Horn, Popiplay and Apparat; 776 titles sit in the jackpot collection and 734 offer a bonus-buy. The “Bonus Wagering” category of 2,041 games is the list that counts towards a bonus. There was no live-dealer collection among the 38 collections and no live studio in the provider list and the table-game count is small, which fits the FAQ’s 10× turnover rule for table play: this is a pokies site. Our online pokies guide covers how titles from these studios differ in RTP and volatility, and real money pokies the deposit-to-withdrawal loop in detail.

Payments: what the cashier showed an Australian visitor

We read the AUD cashier without an account. Two Australian bank withdrawal rails were exposed, a “PayAnyBank Australia” transfer and a local bank transfer, both at A$200–A$7,500 per request, plus an e-wallet rail (A$15–A$4,000 in, A$30–A$3,750 out), Neosurf for deposits at A$20–A$6,000, and crypto withdrawals at A$30–A$7,500. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neteller and Skrill deposits were not shown pre-login on 11 October 2026, and the payments page is filled from the same cashier, so we do not list them as confirmed. PayID as such was not shown; the “PayAnyBank” rail is a bank transfer to your account.

Two FAQ rules decide the route home. A deposit made by a fiat method cannot be withdrawn to a crypto wallet, and winnings from a card deposit cannot be paid to a different card or bank account than the one used. Our withdrawal times page explains the three stages of a payout and why the pending period and verification take longest; bank transfer and PayID casinos explain the two rails Australians use most.

How long do FastPay withdrawals take?

The terms say the casino aims to process withdrawals “within 72 hours of approval” and bank transfers within 3 business days; the FAQ says cards and bank transfers take from one business day. Because verification is done before play, a first withdrawal does not wait for KYC, which is the main reason this site earns its name. The limit is A$7,500 per rolling 24 hours from the last request, not per calendar day, and A$75,000 a month. Withdrawing a deposit that has not been turned over 3× on slots (10× on tables) costs a 10% fee confirmed in live chat. The terms (version 1.0, last updated 25 September 2026, read on 11 October 2026) also allow free withdrawal requests no more than twice in 24 hours.

Does FastPay have an app?

A web app, by the casino’s own account. The FAQ says the site “has a progressive web app that is available for Android or for any operating system on the desktop”, added to the home screen from the “Fastpay casino app” icon in the bottom menu; for iOS it points to the mobile site (read 17 October 2026). Both run the same lobby and cashier in the browser.

Is FastPay Casino legit?

It is a real operator with a named company, a stated licence, an external dispute body and unusually complete written rules: daily and monthly caps, processing times, bet limits per studio and the turnover fee are all on the site rather than left to support. The trade-off is that the same rules are tight. Verification before the first spin, a 50× welcome wagering on a 48-hour clock and the fiat-to-crypto restriction are the terms that generate complaints at this platform family, and they are all here in writing. Sister brands under the same licence are reviewed at PlayAmo; an account idle for 12 months attracts a €20 monthly dormancy fee, so empty or close it rather than abandon it.

Support

Live chat and email are offered from inside the lobby; the FAQ says there is no phone support and that agents are “available 24/7 via LiveChat” and email (17 October 2026). The FAQ page is long and specific, which is where most of the figures in this review come from. We did not test response times for this review and make no claim about them.

Before you deposit at FastPay

The terms quoted in this review sit inside a wider set of pages. Withdrawal times explains the three stages of a payout and why the pending period and verification take longest; PayID casinos and bank transfer cover the two routes most deposits and payouts take; casino bonuses explained gives the arithmetic behind any offer FastPay shows, and no-deposit bonuses the cash-out caps that apply to a free chip. Safe online casinos sets out what to look for in any operator’s terms, and minimum deposit casinos shows what a small first deposit buys; FastPay is not among the casinos either page compares.
