Rolling Slots Casino Review 2026: Withdrawal Limits, Licence and ACMA Status

CASINO REVIEW

Three numbered Rolling Slots domains are on ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites (read 12 October 2026), and the terms shown to our Australian connection name no company behind the casino.

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. Free, confidential help: Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858.

The privacy policy names GBL Solutions N.V. of Curaçao and licence OGL/2024/589/0556, which a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page shows as “Active” for the brand’s main domain. At the lowest account levels the terms allow AU$800 in withdrawals a day. PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Rolling Slots, and this page does not link to its site.

Rolling Slots on ACMA’s blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists three numbered Rolling Slots domains among blocked gambling websites. We read the list on 12 October 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. The brand’s main domain and the domain where we read the site were not on that edition. We do not print these addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

The site we read served an Australian version with offers in AU$, and the sign-up country list included Australia with AUD. The terms introduce their country list with: “The following is a list of countries where online gambling is illegal, so you cannot create an account:”. Australia is not on it. We draw no conclusion from this about who may play.

Our checks ran from a data-centre address in Melbourne on 12 and 16 October 2026. ACMA says it can ask internet service providers to block access to listed websites, so these checks do not show what a home internet user in Australia sees.

Operator and licence: GBL Solutions N.V., named only in the privacy policy

Clause 1.1 of the terms names no company: “This website owned and operated by a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with its principal place of business at Nicosia, Cyprus.” It adds that gambling services come from a parent company in Curaçao under an eGaming licence from the Government of Curaçao. The footer shown on the page carries the same text.

The privacy policy names GBL Solutions N.V., registration no. 155090, as operator and says the company is regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/589/0556. The site’s footer data, which the page does not display, names the same company and Ramtinar Techconsult Limited of Cyprus as its payment agent.

A Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page, reached through a link in the site’s code, states that the brand’s main domain is operated by GBL Solutions N.V. under licence OGL/2024/589/0556: “The license was granted on 14/04/2025 and its current status is Active” (read 12 October 2026). It names only that domain, not the numbered one where we read the site. A Curaçao licence is not an Australian licence.

Rolling Slots withdrawal limits and times

Section 9 of the terms sets withdrawal limits by account level. The AUD rows:

LevelPer transaction (AU$)Per day (AU$)Per month (AU$)
1–1080080016,000
11–301,1001,10019,500
31–551,2501,25024,000
56–851,4001,40030,000
86–1001,7001,70040,000

At levels 1–10, withdrawing AU$5,000 takes at least seven days (our arithmetic). “There is a limit of 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests.” Until a player’s identity, age and residence are verified, the casino will not pay more than €2,000 within 24 hours or €2,300 in total.

“All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department after successful identity and account verification, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3).” The terms give no maximum processing time. Verification typically takes up to three business days after all documents arrive; another clause says up to 72 hours.

The FAQ says: “Depending on the method you prefer to use, it can take anywhere from an hour to a few days to withdraw once your account has been verified.” That is the operator’s claim; this review goes by the terms. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

Turnover, fees and dormant accounts

The terms’ anti-money-laundering rules say: “a Player always needs to have placed at least 3 (three) deposit amounts in bets before the Player is able to withdraw any founds [sic].” Players who deposited but placed no bets, or deposited only to receive free spins, “cannot withdraw any money from their account”. An AU$100 deposit therefore needs at least AU$300 in bets before a withdrawal (our arithmetic).

Section 9 adds that if bets from the real balance are less than three times the deposit when a withdrawal is requested, the company may withhold a commission of up to 10% of the withdrawal; on an AU$800 withdrawal that is up to AU$80 (our arithmetic). The financial department may also refuse the withdrawal and “ask the player to finish the necessary wagering”. The terms also reserve the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals, without naming an amount.

  • Dormant accounts: an account is dormant after six consecutive months without real-money play. The terms reserve the right to charge it a maintenance fee of €10 a month until play resumes or the balance reaches zero, and bonus or promotional funds on it are cancelled. After 12 dormant months the account is treated as inactive; if the casino cannot reach the player, it “has the right to delete your account. Any positive balance will be voided.”

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed: the site’s deposit and withdrawal method lists returned an authorisation error to our Australian connection before login (16 October 2026), and we did not open an account. None of the pages, data or site code we collected names PayID.

The terms set no minimum deposit; they leave minimums and maximums to each payment method. The footer shows payment logos, but logos are not a cashier list, so we do not name them as methods.

Rolling Slots bonus terms

The home page advertised a welcome pack of “300% UP TO AU$6,400 + 750 FREE SPINS”. The itemised terms for four deposits of AU$170 or more add up to 300% and AU$6,000 plus 700 free spins (our arithmetic). This review goes by the itemised terms. We report them as published, not as an offer to Australian players, and publish no codes.

  • first: 100% up to AU$1,300 plus 250 free spins, given as 50 a day for five days;
  • second: 70% up to AU$1,400 plus 150 free spins;
  • third: 65% up to AU$1,500 plus 150 free spins;
  • fourth: 65% up to AU$1,800 plus 150 free spins.

Smaller deposits get smaller tiers: AU$30 on the first deposit brings 100% up to AU$1,000 plus 100 free spins, and AU$15 on later deposits brings 20 free spins. Wagering is x45 for cash and free-spin bonuses, so an AU$1,300 bonus means at least AU$58,500 in bets (our arithmetic). Bonuses must be activated within 48 hours and expire 5 days after activation. The maximum bet is AU$8.

Winnings from cash bonuses are capped at 10 times the deposit, and from free spins at AU$170. Slots count 100% towards wagering, eligible instant games 10%, roulette 5% (not live dealer) and other games 0%. Live dealer games, table games and jackpots cannot be played with an active bonus. The bonus terms print no date. Background: how no-deposit bonuses work.

Games and providers

The site’s game service reported 13,091 games to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026, but the list we fetched stopped after 2,577. That part held 104 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Playson, BGaming, Betsoft, Spribe and Novomatic Gaming. Evolution, NetEnt and Hacksaw were not in it; the list was incomplete, so this does not show they are missing.

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:05–06:20 UTC) we rendered Rolling Slots’ pages in a browser from an Australian connection, a data-centre address in Melbourne. We read the terms, bonus terms, privacy policy, FAQ and home page with its bonus details, the registration lists returned by the site, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate page. On 16 October 2026 we requested the cashier lists and the game list from the same connection.

The brand’s main domain answered us with a security check, so we read the site at a numbered domain; we do not publish it. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review gives no score: Rolling Slots has not been scored by our rubric.

How long do Rolling Slots withdrawals take?

The terms set no deadline: requests are processed after verification, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3), and verification takes up to three business days, or 72 hours in another clause, after documents arrive. At levels 1–10 withdrawals are capped at AU$800 per transaction and per day and AU$16,000 a month. The FAQ’s “from an hour to a few days” is the operator’s claim (terms read 12 October 2026).

Does Rolling Slots have a no deposit bonus?

We found no current no-deposit offer with an amount on the pages we read on 12 October 2026. The bonus terms cap winnings from no-deposit bonuses granted at registration at AU$80, and from no-deposit or loyalty free spins at AU$170. We publish no codes.

Responsible gambling and the law

In ACMA’s words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA’s list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
