VegaStars Casino Review 2026: Licence, Withdrawal Limits and ACMA Status

CASINO REVIEW

VegaStars' main domain and eight numbered VegaStars domains are on the ACMA list of blocked gambling websites (list last updated 20 July 2026, read 12 October 2026).

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. Its terms name Neptune Projects S.R.L. as operator, and the Tobique Gaming Commission's validation page showed its licence as VALID on 12 October 2026. The terms cap withdrawals at $50,000 a month; PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for VegaStars, and this page does not link to its site.

Access from Australia and the ACMA list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, named VegaStars' main domain and eight numbered VegaStars domains on its blocked list when we read it on 12 October 2026. The list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. We name only the main domain, as plain text in Sources, and link to no VegaStars address. What a listing means for players: online casinos and Australian law.

The site addresses Australians. Its promotions page says: “All amounts shown on this page are in Australian dollars (AUD).” The terms' list of “Restricted Countries” (§3.5) names the United Kingdom and the USA, among others, but not Australia. The same terms prohibit “the use of Virtual Private Networks to mask your location and/or identity” (§9.7).

Our check ran on one day from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. It does not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees. The same site also opened to our German connection. One check is not a finding that VegaStars accepts Australians.

VegaStars withdrawal time and limits

The terms give a time for one method only: “All Bank Transfer payouts are in principle processed within three to five (3 - 5) banking days.” (§12.5). “In principle” makes this a target rather than a deadline (our reading). No other method has a time in the terms.

The site advertises faster payouts. The FAQ says: “Withdrawals are processed instantly. In most cases, your funds arrive in your account within minutes.” A home-page table lists crypto under 10 minutes, Skrill and Neteller 1–3 hours and cards 24–48 hours, with no period or basis. These are the operator's claims; this review goes by the terms.

The monthly cap, §12.6: “The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is $50,000 per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion.” Higher VIP levels may get exceptions “at the Casino's sole discretion”. The clause does not say which dollar; the site's “internal operating currency” is the euro (§12.4).

Wins above $50,000 may be paid “in monthly installments of maximum $50,000” (§12.7). A $120,000 win would then take three months to pay out (our arithmetic). Winnings over $10,000 a day trigger “additional anti-fraud and/or transaction checks” (§12.11). The FAQ adds a cap of $5,000 per transaction; no daily or weekly cap is stated.

  • Minimum withdrawal: $20 in the FAQ; the terms say the minimum and maximum depend on the payment method (§12.1).
  • Before the first withdrawal: “Withdrawals cannot be made unless the deposited amount has been wagered at least once.” (§12.12)
  • Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): photo ID, a proof of address dated within the last 3 months, and a selfie or liveness check with the card used to deposit (KYC policy). A phone call can be part of the check, and “Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified.” (§9.9). The FAQ says most checks finish “within a few minutes”.
  • Payout route: only to the account or payment method used to deposit (§12.9).
  • Fees: the casino “reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing” (§10.8); intermediary banks may charge on bank transfers (§12.5.1).
  • Currency conversion: because the operating currency is the euro, a card may be charged more than the amount displayed (§12.4).
  • Dormant accounts: after 12 months without a login the casino may charge €10 a month (§14.1).

How these clauses compare with other casinos': withdrawal times.

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed at VegaStars. The cashier opens only after login, and we did not create an account (12 October 2026). The terms, FAQ and bonus terms do not mention PayID. Only the home page's marketing text does, and it contradicts itself: “crypto and PayID cash-outs in minutes” in one place, “Under 24 hours” for “PayID / instant bank transfer” in its payout table. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed without a cashier check.

The terms name “VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as various alternative payment methods” (§11.1). The home page adds crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT), Skrill and Neteller. The FAQ puts the fiat deposit maximum at “5000$ (depending on method)” and the crypto maximum at $10,000.

Displayed currency was inconsistent: USD on the home page, AUD on the providers and promotions pages. The terms allow accounts in AUD, NZD, USD and CAD (§5.1).

VegaStars bonus terms

On 12 October 2026 the promotions page advertised up to A$6,000 and 125 free spins over three deposits. We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players, whose access is covered above. We publish no bonus codes.

  • 1st deposit: “100% Bonus up to $2,000 + 50 Free Spins on Gates of Olympus 1000”.
  • 2nd deposit: 150% up to $2,000 + 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus 1000.
  • 3rd deposit: 200% up to $2,000 + 25 free spins on Sugar Rush 1000.
  • Wagering: “40x (bonus + deposit), 40x (free spins)”. A A$100 deposit with a A$100 bonus means A$8,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
  • Time limit: bonus balances expire “5 days from date of activation” unless stated otherwise (bonus terms §5.1). For the example above, that is A$1,600 in bets a day (our arithmetic).
  • Maximum bet and win: $25 a round; winnings capped at $10,000 while a welcome bonus is active.
  • Minimum deposit: A$20.
  • Game weighting: pokies 100%, live casino 10% (bonus terms §6.1).
  • Verification: bonuses above €250 are credited only after KYC (terms §11.7).

The package figures come from the promotions and welcome-bonus pages; the bonus terms (last updated 8 January 2024) do not restate them. The arithmetic behind any offer: casino bonuses explained.

Games and providers

The providers page listed 35 studios to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026, among them Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n Go, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Yggdrasil. The home page data held the same 35 for our Australian and German connections. The page does not say whether this is the full list or a featured set.

NetEnt is in that list, but the terms say “NetEnt games are unavailable for” Australia (§4.1). Players from Australia are also “not eligible to win any jackpots from jackpot games offered by NetEnt” (§4.3). The site gives two game counts, “6,900+” on the home page and “nearly 400” in the FAQ; we did not count.

Pros and cons

What it does well

  • Operator and company number named in the terms and footer; the licence validation page showed “VALID”.
  • Monthly cap and the instalment rule for large wins written into the terms.
  • Deposit-limit increases take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off (responsible gambling page).
  • Bonus wagering, maximum bet, maximum win and expiry stated in numbers.

What should give you pause

  • The main domain and eight numbered VegaStars domains are on ACMA's blocked list.
  • PayID not confirmed; the operator's own PayID times contradict each other.
  • The FAQ promises minutes; the terms give a time only for bank transfers, 3–5 banking days.
  • NetEnt is listed among providers, while the terms make its games unavailable for Australia.
  • The cap is in dollars without a named currency; the operating currency is the euro.
  • The licence number does not appear on the regulator's validation page.

Licence and operator

The terms, clause 1.2, say the website is “owned and operated by Neptune Projects S.R.L. incorporated and registered in Costa Rica with company number 3-102-900308”. The footer on every page adds: “Licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under the Gambling Act. License no. 0000020.” The footer and the terms both name Sultucia Ltd of Nicosia, Cyprus, for payments, at different street addresses.

The commission's validation page, opened from the site's seal, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Neptune Projects S.R.L. on a page “generated on Oct 12, 2026”. It listed two registered websites, one of them the brand's main domain. It showed no licence number, so 0000020 rests on the operator's word. The commission's public licence-holders page returned an error (403) to us the same day.

The Tobique Gaming Commission is a regulator of the Tobique First Nation in Canada; its licence is not an Australian one. The terms put disputes before “the courts of the Tobique First Nation”, under the laws of Costa Rica. An archived copy of the brand's main site from 10 February 2025 already named Neptune Projects SRL and Tobique.

Same operator: Casiny

Casiny's terms name the same company, Neptune Projects S.R.L., with the same company number, 3-102-900308 (both read 12 October 2026). Our casino sister sites guide lists the two brands together. Each brand's terms, limits and bonuses are checked on its own page: see the Casiny review. We could not identify the platform behind VegaStars.

Support and player tools

The FAQ says support is available “24/7 via live chat and email”; complaints must be made in writing by e-mail (§16.2). The responsible gambling page lists deposit, loss and wager limits, cool-offs of 24 hours, a week or a month, self-exclusion and reality checks. Limit increases apply “only after a 24-hour cooling-off period”.

The terms bar anyone enrolled in a national, state or multi-operator self-exclusion scheme from using the site. We did not test these tools.

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:00–06:20 UTC) we rendered VegaStars' pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre). We read the terms, bonus terms, promotions and welcome-bonus pages, FAQ, KYC policy, responsible gambling page and providers page. The home page and provider list were compared with a German connection.

The pages were served from a domain we do not publish. The deposit button led to a login page; we did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. ACMA's list was read from Australia the same day.

Score: 6.5 out of 10 on our published rubric, which counts only what the casino commits to in writing. 4.5 to start, +0.75 because the terms name both the operator (Neptune Projects S.R.L.) and a regulator (Tobique Gaming Commission), +0.5 for the written monthly cap ($50,000, §12.6), +0.5 for the written processing time (bank transfers “in principle” within 3–5 banking days, §12.5), +0.25 for the written minimum withdrawal ($20, FAQ) = 6.5. Not earned: a weekly cap of A$7,000 or more (no weekly cap is stated); progressive jackpot wins outside the caps (not stated); PayID seen in the cashier. Amounts in “$” are counted at face value as A$. We found no compulsory hold and no fee on cashing out an unwagered deposit. The ACMA listing and bonus size do not change the score.

How long do VegaStars withdrawals take?

The terms give a time only for bank transfers: “in principle” 3–5 banking days (§12.5). The FAQ's “within minutes” and the home-page table (crypto under 10 minutes, cards 24–48 hours) are the operator's claims. Verification must be complete first (§9.9), and each deposit must be wagered at least once (§12.12).

Does VegaStars have a live casino?

Evolution, a live-casino studio, was among 35 studios on the providers page read from Australia on 12 October 2026; the page does not show whether that list is complete. We did not check which live tables an Australian connection can open. Live casino games count 10% towards bonus wagering (bonus terms §6.1).

Responsible gambling and the law

In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (acma.gov.au, About the Interactive Gambling Act, read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
