Its terms and footer name Metlait SRL as operator, and the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validation page showed “Operating status: VALID” for the company on 16 October 2026. The terms cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day and €10,000 a week, and the cashier list shown before login caps single payouts at A$1,000 to A$5,000 by method; PayID is not confirmed. We checked the site on 12 and 16 October 2026. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Stay Casino, and this page does not link to its site.

Access from Australia and the ACMA list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, named Stay Casino’s brand domain and ten other domains carrying the Stay Casino name on its blocked list when we read it on 16 October 2026; the list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. The same eleven were there on 12 October. ACMA says it “can ask internet service providers” to block access to websites (blocked gambling websites page, read 12 October 2026).
From our connection the brand domain redirected to a numbered domain. We do not publish it or link to it. What a listing means for players: online casinos and Australian law.
The site addresses Australians. Its home page is titled “Australian Online Casino”, the sign-up form was pre-filled with Australia and AUD, and the payments page is headed “MOST POPULAR PAYMENT METHODS ONLINE CASINO AUSTRALIA”. The terms’ list of “Restricted Countries” (§2.4) does not name Australia, and the licence validation page showed no excluded territories.
Our checks ran on two days from one Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. They do not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees, and they are not a finding that Stay Casino accepts Australians.
Stay Casino withdrawal time and limits
The terms cap withdrawals at “5,000 EUR or equivalents per day”, 10,000 EUR a week and 20,000 EUR a month (§11.8). They give no Australian-dollar figure for these caps; the casino’s “internal operating currency is EUR” (§11.10). “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.”
Each method also has its own ceiling per withdrawal, shown during the request; a larger amount “may be split into multiple installments” (§11.1). The payments page lists maximums of A$1,000 for MiFinity and one bank row and A$4,000 for the other bank rows and crypto. The cashier list returned before login gave A$1,000 to A$5,000, depending on the method.
On timing, the terms say: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” (§11.6) and “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” (§11.10). “Aim to” makes 72 hours a target, and the clock starts only after approval (our reading). The payments page shows “3-5 days” for bank transfers, and the FAQ says “Usually you receive your money immediately”. These are the operator’s claims; this review goes by the terms.
- Minimum withdrawal: A$30 in the terms (§11.1). The payments page lists A$20 for MiFinity, crypto and one bank row, and A$100 or A$300 for the other two bank rows.
- Before the first withdrawal: each deposit must be wagered once in pokies or three times in other games, such as table games and video poker (§9.7). A A$100 deposit played on table games means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic).
- Verification (KYC, the casino’s identity checks): photo ID and proof of address at minimum (§11.2), and possibly a phone call. If the casino cannot reach you “within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled” (§8.4). The KYC page says reviewing documents “could be up to 30 working days”.
- Fees: every row on the payments page shows 0%, and so does the cashier list. The FAQ says some methods “might charge a small fee”, and intermediary banks may take “typically up to €16” on bank transfers (§11.11).
- Card payouts: the terms name Visa and Mastercard payouts (§11.3), but cards are not among the withdrawal rows of the payments page.
- No-deposit bonus winnings: capped at 75 AUD (§11.7).
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months without a login or play, the casino may deduct €20 a month from the balance until it reaches zero, and takes a smaller balance in full (§12.1–12.2).
How these clauses compare with other casinos’: withdrawal times.
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at Stay Casino. The Australian-dollar cashier list our connection received before login on 12 and 16 October 2026 held eight methods: four bank-payout options, crypto, Zimpler, an AstroPay bank option and one unnamed web-redirect deposit method. None was labelled PayID. The payments page does not mention PayID. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
The payments page lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, MiFinity, Jet, crypto and bank transfer for deposits, with minimums of A$20 for cards, Apple Pay, MiFinity and bank transfer and A$85 for Jet. Cards, Apple Pay, MiFinity and Jet were not in the cashier list, and we did not see the cashier after login. The same page says Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller “are not available for Australian players”.
Stay Casino bonus terms
On 16 October 2026 the home page advertised a welcome pack of “$5000 + 350 FS”. The five deposit bonuses on the promotions page add up to $4,000 and 350 free spins (our arithmetic); a sixth is described only as “a mystery”. We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players, whose access is covered above. We publish no bonus codes.
- 1st deposit: “100% Up To $1000 + 100 Free Spins”, the spins paid 25 a day for 4 days.
- 2nd to 5th deposit: 75% up to $1,000 + 50 spins; 75% up to $500 + 50 spins; 50% up to $1,000 + 100 spins; 100% up to $500 + 50 spins.
- Minimum deposit: 30 AUD for each welcome bonus (bonus terms).
- Wagering: 40 times the bonus or the free-spin winnings. A A$100 bonus means A$4,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
- Time limit: one day to activate; three days to play the spins and seven days to wager the cash bonus. For the example above, that is about A$570 in bets a day (our arithmetic).
- Maximum bet and win: 8 AUD a bet while wagering; bonus winnings paid out up to 10 times the bonus amount.
- Game weighting: pokies count 100%, some named pokies 50%, table games, roulette, video poker and craps 5%.
The promotions page and the bonus terms name different games for the spins on the second to fourth deposits. The first-deposit spins are on a game from a studio that was not in the provider list returned to our Australian connection. We did not verify which game an Australian account would get, so we name none. The arithmetic behind any offer: casino bonuses explained.
Games and providers
The provider list returned to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026 held 86 studios, among them BGaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Playson, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Spribe and Tom Horn. The same request from a German server returned 143. Evolution, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt were among the studios not in the Australian lobby; for NetEnt the terms name Australia among “Blacklisted Territories” (§3.3).
The bonus terms say: “Please, keep in mind you cannot play live dealer games while you have an active bonus.” We did not check which live tables an Australian connection can open, and we did not count games.
Pros and cons
What is written down
- Operator and company number in the terms and footer; the licence validation page showed “VALID”.
- Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, a 72-hour processing target and a minimum withdrawal in the terms.
- Bonus wagering, maximum bet, maximum win and time limits stated in numbers.
- Deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off of a week to six months and self-exclusion on the responsible gaming page.
What should give you pause
- Eleven domains carrying the Stay Casino name, the brand domain among them, are on ACMA’s blocked list.
- PayID not confirmed.
- Withdrawal caps in euros only; no Australian-dollar figure.
- Three payout times: 72 hours after approval or 3 business days for banks in the terms, “3-5 days” on the payments page, “immediately” in the FAQ.
- Document review can take up to 30 working days; an account is locked if the casino cannot reach the player within two weeks of a request.
- The “$5000” headline is $1,000 more than the five listed deposit bonuses; seven days to wager 40 times the bonus.
- The two bonus pages name different free-spin games; the first-deposit game’s studio was not in the Australian provider list.
- The licence number does not appear on the regulator’s validation page.
Licence and operator
The terms shown to Australia, clause 1.1, say Stay Casino “is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica. Registration number: 3-102-911867.” and that “The Company operates under license no. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The footer says the same.
The commission’s validation page, opened from the seal in the footer, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Metlait SRL on a page “generated on Oct 16, 2026”. It listed two registered websites, one of them the brand domain. It showed no licence number, so 0000064 rests on the operator’s word.
For complaints the casino does not resolve, the terms name an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, an outside service for disputes: EGIS, “which operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission”.
Same operator: SkyCrown and Casino Rocket
Two other brands name the same company, Metlait SRL, with the same registration number in their own footers, read from an Australian connection on 11 October 2026: SkyCrown (SkyCrown review) and Casino Rocket (Casino Rocket review). A shared operator name is not evidence that terms, limits or payouts are the same; the figures on this page were read on Stay Casino’s own site.
Each brand’s terms, cashier and lobby are checked on its own page; no figure here comes from them. Stay Casino also shares an affiliate programme, Stay Partners, with Richard Casino and other brands; that is a shared programme, not the same owner (Richard Casino review). The site runs on the SoftSwiss platform, judging by its site signature.
Support and player tools
The about page promises “24/7 online support” through live chat; the terms give a support e-mail address. The responsible gaming page lists deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, cooling-off periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months, and self-exclusion (16 October 2026). We did not test support or these tools.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:00–06:02 UTC) we rendered the home page and read the site’s platform data and cashier list from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre). On 16 October 2026 (18:11–18:22 UTC) we rendered the home page, terms, bonus terms, payments, FAQ, KYC, promotions, responsible gaming and about pages from the same connection, and compared the provider list with a German server.
We followed the brand domain’s redirects and read ACMA’s list on both days, and opened the licence validation page from the footer seal on 16 October. The pages were served from a domain we do not publish. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: Stay Casino has not been scored by our rubric.
Is Stay Casino legit?
The terms (§1.1) and footer name Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company, reg. no. 3-102-911867, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under no. 0000064. The commission’s validation page showed “Operating status: VALID” for Metlait SRL on 16 October 2026 but no licence number. The terms name EGIS for disputes. Stay Casino’s brand domain is on ACMA’s blocked list (last updated 20 July 2026). What ACMA says the law means: online casinos and Australian law.
How long do Stay Casino withdrawals take?
The terms say the casino aims to process requests “within 72 hours of approval” (§11.6) and bank transfers “within 3 business days” (§11.10). The payments page shows “3-5 days” for banks and the FAQ says “immediately”; these are the operator’s claims. Verification can add a phone call and up to 30 working days of document review, and each deposit must first be wagered once in pokies or three times in other games (§9.7).
What are Stay Casino’s withdrawal limits?
€5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €20,000 a month “or equivalents”, with progressive jackpots outside these caps (§11.8, read 16 October 2026). The minimum is A$30 (§11.1). Each method has its own maximum per withdrawal, A$1,000 to A$4,000 on the payments page. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at 75 AUD (§11.7).
What are the Stay Casino welcome bonus terms?
On 16 October 2026 the welcome pack, advertised as “$5000 + 350 FS”, listed five deposit bonuses worth up to $4,000 and 350 free spins in total, plus a sixth “mystery” bonus. Each needs a deposit of at least 30 AUD. Wagering is 40 times the bonus, with one day to activate, three days for the spins and seven days for the cash bonus; the maximum bet is 8 AUD and winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus. We publish no codes.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA’s words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA’s list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
