Lucky Vibe on ACMA's blocked list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, publishes a list of blocked gambling websites. On 16 October 2026 (18:28 UTC, from an Australian connection) its 1,810 domains included the website the terms name as the casino (§1.1), a .live address and seven numbered Lucky Vibe addresses. The same nine were listed when we read the list on 12 October 2026.
The address another Lucky Vibe domain sent our Australian connection to was not on the list on either day. ACMA says it “can ask internet service providers” to block access to listed websites. We do not print these or any other Lucky Vibe addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
What an Australian connection saw
On 12 and 16 October 2026 the site opened in a browser on a Melbourne data-centre address: the lobby loaded with “LOG IN” and “SIGN UP” buttons, and no text said the site was unavailable in our country. The site identified the connection as Australian, with AUD as the default currency. Its sign-up country list included Australia (12 October 2026).
The terms' list of restricted countries (§2.4) names neither Australia nor New Zealand. We draw no conclusion from the terms about who may play. Our check covers two days from one data-centre address and does not show what a home internet user in Australia sees.
Licence and operator: Metlait SRL, Tobique VALID
The terms (§1.1) and the footer name Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica (no. 3-102-911867), with a registered address in Tejar, El Guarco, Cartago, as owner and operator. The terms state: “The Company operates under license no.0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.”
The seal in the footer opened the commission's validator. The page, “generated on Oct 16, 2026”, named Metlait SRL, listed both the brand's own website and the address we were sent to as registered websites, and showed “Operating status: VALID”. The validator printed no licence number, so 0000064 rests on the operator's word. It states the licensee is authorised to offer games of chance “in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”; what an offshore licence means in Australia is in our legal guide.
Lucky Vibe withdrawal time and limits
The terms, §11.6: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval. Actual payout timing depends on the chosen method and your verification status.” For banks, §11.10: “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” These are the operator's statements; we made no withdrawal.
The caps, §11.8: A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling 7 days and A$30,000 a month. “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.” Ten days at the daily cap reach the monthly cap (our arithmetic). The maximum per withdrawal “varies by payment method”, and a request above a method's limit “may be split into multiple installments” (§11.1). We could not see those method limits: withdrawal methods sit behind login.

Before a withdrawal: turnover, phone checks and fees
- Deposit turnover: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds. If you make multiple deposits without any gameplay, you must wager the combined total of all deposits before initiating a withdrawal. The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.” (§9.7). An A$100 deposit means at least A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic).
- Two-week contact deadline: “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.” Withdrawal requests “will remain pending until all required verification steps are completed” (§8.4).
- Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): “We may require a live phone verification in addition to document checks.” Failure to pass verification within two weeks of the request “will result in account termination and funds confiscation” (§9.3). Documents not in the Latin or Cyrillic script may lead to a video verification (§9.5).
- Bank fees: on bank-transfer withdrawals, intermediary banks “may impose additional fees (typically up to €16)” (§11.11).
- Inactive accounts: after 12 months without login or play, the casino reserves the right to charge €20 a month; “If your balance is less than €20, we will deduct the entire balance instead.” (§12.1) The fee is deducted each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager” (§12.2).
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at Lucky Vibe. The public payments page shown to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026 did not mention PayID in its text or page code. The cashier sits behind login, and we did not open an account. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
The page listed Visa and Mastercard cards and e-wallets with MiFinity and Apple Pay logos, each “Free”, “Instant” and from A$30. Crypto deposits in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG and USDT start at the equivalent of €20. The page code also carries a bank-transfer logo. The page promises deposits “without any fee” (operator's statement).
The terms set the minimum deposit at “€20 (or equivalent)” (§10.4). We read only the deposit tab; withdrawal methods were not visible without an account.
Bonus terms: four deposits, 40 times wagering
The home page banner reads “$5000 BONUS + 300 FS” (operator's statement). The bonus terms read from our Australian connection on 16 October 2026 spread it over four deposits and give the amounts in AUD. We publish no bonus codes.
- First deposit: 100% up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins on Lady Wolf Moon (BGaming), no code.
- Second deposit: 50% up to A$1,000 plus 50 free spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash.
- Third deposit: 50% up to A$1,500 plus 50 free spins on Fruit Million.
- Fourth deposit: 75% up to A$1,500 plus 100 free spins on Wild Cash.
- Minimum deposit: A$30 (§1.2).
- Wagering: “The bonus should be wagered 40 times before the player withdraws it” (§2.1); free-spin winnings are wagered 40 times too. An A$1,000 first-deposit bonus means at least A$40,000 in bets, before free-spin winnings (our arithmetic).
- Time limit: “The bonus duration – 3 days” (§1.3); free spins must be activated within 3 days.
- Maximum bet while wagering: A$7.5; “Violating this rule will result in the forfeiture of all winnings derived from the bonus.” (§2.2)
- Withdrawing early: “If the player requests the withdrawal before reaching the minimum wagering requirements, the bonus and winnings will be void.” (§2.1)
The four maximums add up to A$5,000 and the spins to 300, matching the banner (our arithmetic). Each step pays a share of the deposit, so the full A$5,000 takes deposits of A$1,000, A$2,000, A$3,000 and A$2,000 (our arithmetic from the percentages). Games and studios
The lobby's studio list returned more than 100 studios to our Australian connection on 12 and 16 October 2026, and a longer list to a German connection on 16 October. Pragmatic Play and NetEnt were absent from the Australian list. Studios in it include BGaming, Booongo, Belatra, Betsoft, Booming Games and 1spin4win.
The terms, §3, say: “NetEnt games are not available in a longer list of countries including Australia” and “Amatic: Restricted in Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece, USA.” The site's interfaces match the SoftSwiss casino platform and its sportsbook matches BetConstruct; that is our technical reading of 12 and 16 October 2026, not a statement by the casino.

How long do Lucky Vibe withdrawals take?
The terms say the casino aims to process withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval, with timing depending on the method and verification status; bank transfers are processed within 3 business days. The casino may require a live phone verification, and failing verification within two weeks of the request means account termination and confiscation of funds (§9.3); if it cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (§8.4). These are the operator's statements; we made no withdrawal (read 16 October 2026).

On 16 October 2026 the Tobique validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for Metlait SRL but did not show the number. The website the terms name as the casino is on ACMA's blocked list. Do I need a Lucky Vibe promo code?
Not for the first deposit: the bonus terms give 100% up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins without a code. The second, third and fourth deposit offers each carry a code in the bonus terms; we do not publish codes. Every step needs a deposit of at least A$30, 40 times wagering within the 3-day bonus period and bets of at most A$7.5 (read 16 October 2026).
Does Lucky Vibe have a no deposit bonus?
Not for Australian players under the bonus terms: Australia is on the list of countries whose players “can not use no deposit bonuses” (§8.3). For other players the terms cap withdrawals from a no-deposit bonus, including no-deposit free spins, at A$75; the cap “persists even after the completion of the wagering requirement”, “Exceptions can be made for loyal players”, and a withdrawal needs a fully verified account and a minimum deposit (§1.8; the terms §11.7 give the same A$75). The 300 welcome free spins come with the four deposits (read 16 October 2026).

On 12 October 2026 (06:08–06:13 UTC) and 16 October 2026 (18:24–18:32 UTC) we opened Lucky Vibe in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre). We read the home page, terms, bonus terms and public payments page, plus the site's connection check, sign-up country list and lobby studio list. The studio list was compared with a German connection; the licence and the ACMA list were checked on 16 October 2026.
Pages were read at the address another Lucky Vibe domain sent us to; we do not publish either. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: the cashier, withdrawal methods and payout times are unchecked.
