Its footer and terms name Novatrix SRL as operator, and the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validation page showed “Operating status: VALID” for the company on 12 and 16 October 2026. The terms cap withdrawals at €/$7,500 per rolling seven days, and the AUD payment list caps single payouts at A$4,000 to A$6,000 by method; the welcome package needs no code; PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for The Clubhouse Casino, and this page does not link to its site.

Access from Australia and the ACMA list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, named The Clubhouse Casino’s main domain and seven numbered domains carrying the Clubhouse name on its blocked list when we read it on 12 and 16 October 2026. The list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. ACMA says it “can ask internet service providers” to block access to websites (blocked gambling websites page, read 12 October 2026). We name only the main domain, as plain text in Sources, and link to no Clubhouse address.
The site addresses Australians. Its page title names Australia, its country list for registration includes Australia with AUD, and the terms list AUD among accepted currencies (§4.1). The terms’ “Restricted Countries” (§2.4) name the United Kingdom and the United States, among others, but not Australia.
Our checks ran from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection, on two days. They do not show what a player on an Australian home provider sees. What a listing means for players: online casinos and Australian law.
The Clubhouse Casino withdrawal time and limits
The terms set an aim, not a deadline: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval.” (§11.6). Bank transfers are “processed within 3 business days” (§11.10). The help FAQ says the casino works to get payouts “as close to real time as possible, but some methods do take up to 5 working days”; the payments page shows cards at “3-5 Days”. These are the operator’s claims; this review goes by the terms.
The caps, §11.8: “Weekly (rolling 7-day): €/$ 7,500 (or equivalent)” and “Monthly: €/$ 15,000 (or equivalent)”. The terms give no AUD figure. A balance of 30,000 in euro or dollar terms needs four weekly caps and two monthly ones (our arithmetic). Progressive jackpot wins “are paid in full and do not count toward these limits”.
Per withdrawal, the limit “Varies by payment method” (§11.1). The site’s AUD payment list, which it serves without login, gave maximums of A$6,000 for cards, crypto and one bank option, and A$4,000 for the other bank option (12 and 16 October 2026). Daily profit is capped too: USD 50,000 for non-VIP players, and “any excess profits may, at our discretion, be voided entirely” (§11.8).
- Minimum withdrawal: 30 AUD in the terms (§11.1); the AUD payment list shows A$20 for one card option and one bank option.
- Before the first withdrawal: “Any deposit must be wagered three (3) times the deposited amount before you may withdraw those funds.” (§9.7). A A$100 deposit therefore means A$300 in bets (our arithmetic). Several deposits without play must be wagered as a combined total, and “The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.”
- Verification (KYC, the casino’s identity checks): photo ID and proof of address at minimum (§11.2), and possibly a phone call (§8.4); a video check if documents are not in Latin or Cyrillic script (§9.5). If the casino cannot reach you “within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled” (§8.4; also §14.6). The FAQ says the casino aims to verify “within 24 hours”.
- Fees: the casino charges none (payments page, FAQ, AUD payment list); intermediary banks may charge “typically up to €16” on bank transfers (§11.11).
- Currency: the “internal operating currency is EUR” (§11.10).
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months without a login or play, the casino may deduct €20 a month from the balance until it reaches zero, and takes a smaller balance in full (§12.1–12.2).
How these clauses compare with other casinos’: withdrawal times.
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at The Clubhouse Casino. No method in the site’s AUD payment list was labelled PayID on 12 or 16 October 2026, and the payments page has no PayID row. The bank-transfer options are not labelled PayID either. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
The AUD payment list named two card options (deposits A$30 to A$12,000 or A$6,000), Neosurf and CashtoCode for deposits, two bank-transfer options for withdrawals, and crypto. The payments page says “Payment methods are country specific.” and lists e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller, which were not in the AUD list; this review names only the AUD list.
Bonuses and codes: which offers need no code
The three-part welcome package needs no code: the offer pages say the bonus is credited after the deposit (12 and 16 October 2026). Four other offers ask for a code; we publish no bonus codes. We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players, whose access is covered above.
- 1st deposit: “100% Matched Bonus up to $2,000 and 100 free spins over 5 days”. How to claim: “Make your first real money deposit”, then “Your bonus is credited!”
- 2nd deposit: “75% up to $1000, and 50 free spins”; the page’s steps are “Deposit” and “Start playing.”
- 3rd deposit: “Make your third deposit and automatically receive another 50% up to $2000 + 50 Free Spins.”
- Each of the three: minimum deposit “$30 or equivalent”, wagering “40x”, valid 7 days, spins on Diamonds Power: Hold & Win. The pages do not say whether 40x applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus.
The bonus terms add general rules. The maximum bet with a bonus is 8 AUD. Winnings are capped at “1,000 EUR or currency equivalent” unless an offer states otherwise; the welcome pages state no cap, so this default applies (our reading). Slots count 100% towards wagering, table games, roulette and video poker 25%, live dealer games 0%. Bonuses are “non-sticky”, which the terms explain as: “you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled.” How to read wagering: bonus terms explained.
| Offer (promotions page, 13 offers) | Code | Terms as published |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome package, deposits 1–3 | No | See above |
| Crypto welcome package | None named on the page | Up to 0.5 BTC and 150 free spins over three deposits; minimum €250; 40x; 7 days |
| VIP welcome package | Yes, for each deposit | 150%, 125% and 100% matches with 150, 125 and 100 spins; minimum $500; 40x; 7 days |
| Monday cashback | No | 5% on Games of the Month, up to $80; 1x |
| Tuesday reload | Yes | 20% up to $200; minimum $30; 35x |
| Wednesday spins | Yes | 10 free spins per deposit; minimum $30; 40x |
| Thursday | No | Free-spins tournament |
| Friday reload | Yes | 20% up to $70 on the first five deposits that day; minimum $30; 35x |
| Saturday spins | No | 10 free spins for every $150 wagered on Games of the Month; 40x |
| Sunday spins | No | 15 to 50 free spins by deposit size; 35x |
| Social media offers | — | The operator says it posts “exclusive offers, including bonus codes” on its social media; we did not check those channels |
Where a code is needed, the operator shows it on its own promotion page. We found no no-deposit bonus among the 13 offers (12 and 16 October 2026). The terms still cap no-deposit winnings twice: at 75 AUD (§11.7), and at “$/€ 100 or currency equivalent” for players who have not deposited before (§11.8). Offer pages print “$” with “or equivalent” and do not name the dollar; we quote them as printed.
Games and providers
The lobby listed 34 studios to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026, among them Playtech, Yggdrasil, Playson, BGaming and Spribe. The same request from a server outside Australia returned 72 studios, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt; none of these three was in the Australian list.
The terms match this in part: NetEnt games are “not available” in countries “including Australia”, and Amatic is “Restricted in Australia” (§3.3–3.4). We did not count games or check which live tables an Australian connection can open.
Pros and cons
What is written down
- Operator, company number and licence number in the footer and terms; the validation page showed “VALID”.
- Weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, deposit wagering and KYC steps in the terms.
- Welcome wagering, minimum deposit, expiry and spin game stated in numbers; no code needed.
- No casino fee on any method in the AUD payment list.
What should give you pause
- The main domain and seven numbered domains carrying the Clubhouse name are on ACMA’s blocked list.
- Caps are in “€/$” with no AUD figure; daily profit above USD 50,000 may be voided for non-VIP players.
- Each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal.
- The account can be locked and the withdrawal canceled if KYC contact fails within two weeks; after 12 inactive months €20 a month can be deducted until the balance reaches zero.
- Speed claims differ: 72 hours after approval in the terms, up to 5 working days in the FAQ, 3–5 days for cards on the payments page.
- Welcome pages do not say what 40x wagering applies to.
- PayID not confirmed; the licence number does not appear on the validation page.
Licence and operator
The terms, clause 1.1, say the website “is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica”, registration number 3-102-893958. The footer adds: “Novatrix SRL is operating under E-gaming license No. 0000002 issued by Tobique Gaming Commission.”
The commission’s validation page, opened from the site’s seal, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on a page “generated on Oct 16, 2026”, as on 12 October. It listed two registered websites, one of them the brand’s main domain, and cited the “Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. It showed no licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator’s word.
Our research file of 30 September 2026 records a second licence for the brand, from Anjouan. It did not appear on the pages served to our Australian connection on 12 and 16 October 2026; this review goes by the licence shown there.
Same operator: Level Up, Spinago, Dundee Slots
Level Up Casino’s footer and terms also name Novatrix SRL and Tobique licence 0000002 (footer 12 and 16 October, terms 12 October 2026). Spinago’s footer and terms named Novatrix SRL and licence 0000002 on 11 October 2026 (Spinago review), and Dundee Slots’ terms named Novatrix SRL, 3-102-893958, and licence 0000002 the same day (Dundee Slots review). A shared operator does not mean shared terms: each brand’s limits and bonuses are checked on its own page.
The Clubhouse runs on the SoftSwiss platform, judging by the site’s technical signature; the site does not name its platform.
Support and player tools
The help page has an “Open chat” button; we did not check chat hours or test support. The footer links to a Responsible Gaming page, which we did not read for this review.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:00–06:03 UTC) we rendered The Clubhouse Casino’s pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre): home, terms, bonus terms, payments, help, the promotions page and its 13 offers. On 16 October (18:12–18:20 UTC) we repeated the home page, validation page and payment list; the promotions, welcome, VIP and Tuesday pages had not changed.
We read the AUD payment list and studio list the site serves without login, and compared the studio list with a server outside Australia. The pages were served from a domain we do not publish. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. ACMA’s list was read from Australia on both days. This review carries no score.
Is The Clubhouse Casino legit?
We draw no conclusion; these are the records. The footer and terms (§1.1) name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica and Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002. The commission’s validation page showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL on 12 and 16 October 2026, without a licence number. The brand’s main domain and seven numbered domains carrying the Clubhouse name are on ACMA’s blocked list (last updated 20 July 2026). What ACMA says the law means: online casinos and Australian law.
How long do The Clubhouse Casino withdrawals take?
The terms aim to process requests “within 72 hours of approval” (§11.6) and bank transfers “within 3 business days” (§11.10). The FAQ’s “up to 5 working days” for some methods and the payments page’s “3-5 Days” for cards are the operator’s claims. Before that, each deposit must be wagered three times (§9.7) and KYC completed; the minimum is 30 AUD (§11.1).
Do you need a bonus code at The Clubhouse Casino?
Not for the welcome package: its three offer pages say the bonus is credited after the deposit (12 and 16 October 2026). The VIP welcome package and the Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday offers need a code, shown on the operator’s own promotion pages. We publish no bonus codes.
Does The Clubhouse Casino offer free spins?
Yes, with deposits or wagering (12 and 16 October 2026). The welcome package gives 100, 50 and 50 spins on Diamonds Power: Hold & Win, at 40x wagering within 7 days. Weekly offers add spins on Wednesday (code needed), Saturday and Sunday (no code). We found no no-deposit spins among the 13 offers.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA’s words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA’s list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
