The site names Metlait SRL of Costa Rica as operator, and the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed “VALID”. The cashier list returned before login caps a single payout at A$4,000 to A$6,000 by method; the terms add A$7,500 a day. The operator says it processes withdrawals “within 48 hours”. Slots Gallery on ACMA's blocked list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists the brand's main domain and six other Slots Gallery domains among blocked gambling websites. The same seven domains were on the list page we rendered on 12 Oct 2026 and in ACMA's list data on 16 and 17 Oct 2026. ACMA says it “can ask internet service providers” to block access to listed websites, so a home connection may not reach the brand domain at all; we did not test a home connection.
On both days, our Australian connection was redirected from the brand domain to a numbered address that is not on ACMA's list. A German connection was sent to a different numbered address. What the site shows an Australian connection
The lobby opened from our Melbourne data-centre address on 12 and 16 Oct 2026, with a sign-up form and no geo-block message. The site identified our connection as Australian with AUD as the currency. Its sign-up list of 31 countries includes Australia. Its sign-up restriction rule was not among the restrictions applied to our connection (16 Oct 2026); we did not submit a sign-up.
The terms read on 12 Oct 2026 do not name Australia among restricted countries (§2.4); the list does name Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, and Norfolk Island. §3.2 states: “Use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.” We draw no conclusion from these texts about who may play.
A cookie notice with a sentence the visitor does not see
Our Australian connection received a separate cookie notice that displayed only “We use Cookie”. The page code of that notice also contains a sentence in which the visitor confirms accessing the site from outside Australia. The page's styling keeps it invisible (opacity 0): it stayed hidden in 30 style readings and after hovering, 16 Oct 2026, 18:39–18:41 UTC. We kept screenshots.
The sentence is in the code, not on the screen, so we do not treat it as something the site tells visitors. A German connection received a standard cookie notice with an accept button.
Licence: Tobique, VALID on the validator
The footer and terms §1.1 name Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica (no. 3-102-911867), as owner and operator. The footer adds: “Metlait SRL is operating under E-gaming license No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.”
The seal on the site opened the commission's validator, which listed the brand's website and the address we were redirected to under Metlait SRL with “Operating status: VALID” (12 and 16 Oct 2026). The validator states the licensee is authorised to offer games of chance “in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”; what an offshore licence means in Australia is in our legal guide. The validator printed no licence number, so 0000064 rests on the operator's word. Disputes go to “arbitration in Costa Rica” (dispute clause of the terms).
Slots Gallery withdrawal time and limits
The terms give two stages, §11.12: the payment department processes withdrawals “within 48 hours”, and the transfer “can take up to 5 business days” depending on the payment system. These are the operator's statements; we made no withdrawal. The cashier list gives processing figures without units, so we do not print them.
The cashier list returned before login caps each payout at A$4,000 for PayAnyBank, an e-wallet entry and crypto and A$6,000 for card and local bank (12 and 16 Oct 2026). The terms cap withdrawals at A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 a week and A$30,000 a month, “unless otherwise specified” in a promotion's terms; “Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion” (§11.8). “All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.” (§11.9)
The minimum withdrawal is A$75 (§11.1). The cashier list shows A$75 for PayAnyBank and the e-wallet entry, A$300 for local bank and A$20 for crypto, below the terms' minimum. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
Before a withdrawal: phone, verification, turnover and fees
- Phone: “In order to be able to create withdrawal requests your phone number should be verified.” (§11.11)
- Two-week contact deadline: “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.” (§8.4; §9.9 repeats the two weeks)
- Verification deadline: “Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.” (§9.3) Winnings “may be subject to confiscation” if the player does not provide the required KYC information in full “within 40 days from the date of the request” (§9.9).
- Deposit turnover: bets of at least 3 times the deposit for most games, 10 times for table and live games. “If multiple deposits are made without gaming activity, the combined total of these deposits must meet the respective wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the Casino charging a processing fee for deposits and withdrawals, at its sole discretion.” (§9.7)
- Large payouts: if a request exceeds a payment system's limit, “the amount will be withdrawn in installments” (§11.1); bank transfer payouts are “in principle processed within three (3) banking days” (§11.6).
- Bank charges: intermediary bank charges are “in our experience limited to” A$24 (§11.7).
- Inactive accounts: after “no login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months”, the casino may charge €20 a month (“we reserve the right to charge”); “If your balance is less than €20, we will deduct the entire balance instead.” (§12.1) The fee is deducted each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager” (§12.2).
Deposits and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at Slots Gallery. The AUD cashier list returned before login had 11 entries on 12 and 16 Oct 2026, and none contained “payid”. The PayAnyBank entry is a payment-gateway name, not a PayID label. We did not open an account. More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
Deposit entries in the list include Neosurf from A$30 and bank transfer from A$85. On 12 Oct 2026 the list also had card deposits from A$30; on 16 Oct 2026 both card entries were cashout only. We report this change as observed.
Slots Gallery bonus terms
The home page shown to our Australian connection advertised “Up to $9,750 + 225 Free Spins” (12 and 16 Oct 2026). The figure equals the High Roller, second and third deposit caps added together (our arithmetic; the site does not say so). Amounts are printed in “$”, and we quote them that way. We publish no bonus codes.
- First deposit: 100% up to $777 plus 100 free spins, minimum deposit $30, in the bonus terms; the promotions card shown to Australia gave the same 100% up to $777 plus 100 free spins (read 17 Oct 2026; on 12 Oct 2026 the card said up to $1,165.5).
- High Roller first deposit (instead of the first-deposit bonus): 125% up to $7,500 plus 100 free spins, minimum deposit $375.
- Second deposit: 75% up to $1,500 plus 75 free spins, minimum $30; the same section names 77 free spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash by BGaming.
- Third deposit: 50% up to $750 plus 50 free spins, minimum $30; the same section names 55 free spins on Sugar Rush 1000 by Pragmatic. Pragmatic Play was absent from the studio list returned to Australia (16 Oct 2026).
- Wagering: “(deposit bonus + winnings from free spins) × 40”. A $777 bonus means at least $31,080 in bets, before free-spin winnings (our arithmetic).
- Time limit: 5 days from the date the bonus is received.
- Maximum bet while wagering: $7.5.
- Cash-out cap: bonus winnings converted to real money may not exceed 10 times the bonus; “Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.” Winnings from deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback and similar rewards are capped at $15,000 “unless otherwise stated by specific bonus terms”, and winnings from a free spins bonus at AUD 150 “unless otherwise indicated” (general bonus terms).
- No-deposit offers: to withdraw winnings from a no-deposit bonus given on registration, “you must make at least one valid deposit of $30”; no-deposit free spins have “a maximum cashout of $75” unless otherwise indicated (general bonus terms).
- Deposit for free spins: a deposit that brought free spins must be played through “at least 3 times before withdrawing funds”, or the casino may cancel the spins and their winnings (general bonus terms).
- Withdrawing early: a player may withdraw the deposit before wagering is met; “the amount of the bonus and winnings are void” (general bonus terms).

Games and providers
The lobby's studio list returned 79 studios to our Australian connection and 135 to a German one (16 Oct 2026). Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw, Relax, Red Tiger, Nolimit, Big Time Gaming, PG Soft, Playson, Endorphina and Thunderkick were absent from the Australian list. The terms restrict Amatic and NetEnt games in Australia (§3.3, §3.4).
The Australian “TOP GAMES” row still showed Playson titles, although Playson was among the restrictions applied to our connection.

On 12 Oct 2026 (06:07–06:17 UTC) and 16 Oct 2026 (18:24–18:41 UTC) we read Slots Gallery from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre). We read the home page, terms, bonus terms and promotions page, plus the pre-login cashier list, the sign-up country list, the restrictions applied to our connection and the lobby studio list. Redirects, the home page and the studio list were compared with a German connection. On 17 Oct 2026 (04:42–05:05 UTC) we rechecked the ACMA list, the sign-up form, the promotions page, the bonus terms and the terms from the same Australian connection.
