MoonWin and ACMA's formal warning
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, issued a formal warning to Dama N.V. dated 25 November 2024 under section 64A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA). It was issued “for one or more contraventions of subsections 15(2A) and 15AA(3) of the IGA, being civil penalty provisions.” We read the published PDF on 16 October 2026.
Paragraph 8 of the warning says: “Under section 21 of the IGA, the ACMA has investigated whether the SpinsUP, Rebellion Casino, MoonWin, Lucky Friends, Golden Star Casino and N1 Bet services (the services) provided prohibited and/or unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services in contravention of the IGA.” Paragraph 10 says: “Dama N.V. is a provider of the services.”
Four numbered domains carrying the MoonWin name were on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (“Last updated: 20 July 2026”) when we read it on 16 October 2026. The brand's main domain was not among them. We do not print these addresses. What a warning and a listing mean for players: our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
The warning names Dama N.V. as provider in 2024. The terms shown to Australia today name Novatrix SRL. We found no primary source on how the two companies are connected, and we draw no link between them.
What an Australian connection saw
On 12 and 16 October 2026 our Australian connection was forwarded from the brand's main domain to a numbered domain carrying the MoonWin name; a German server stayed on the main domain. The site opened with its lobby and sign-up buttons, and we saw no notice restricting Australia. Our check ran from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection, and does not show what a home provider shows.
The site's country data listed Australia with AUD as its currency (16 October 2026). The terms' restricted-countries list (§2.4) runs from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe and does not name Australia. The platform's rule that blocks sign-up was defined, but it was not among the restrictions applied to our Australian connection. We did not register.
MoonWin withdrawal time and limits
The terms give the casino's side as 48 hours and the whole transfer as up to five business days: “11.12. The actual transaction times may vary for the different payout methods. Depending on choosed payment system and its workload, the process of the funds transfer can take up to 5 business days. From our side, our payment department process all withdrawals within 48 hours.” Bank transfers are “in principle processed within three (3) banking days” (§11.6).
A withdrawal cannot be requested before the phone number is verified: “11.11. In order to be able to create withdrawal requests your phone number should be verified.” We did not test a payout.
The caps in clause 11.8 are written per currency: A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 a week and A$30,000 a month, “unless otherwise specified in the Terms Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.” A A$30,000 win is above the weekly cap, so it is paid in at least four parts spread over more than one week (our arithmetic). “All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.” (§11.9)
The cashier list sets the limit per withdrawal: card A$80–7,500 and bank A$300–7,500. Both maximums equal the daily cap. The cashier labels card payouts “1–3” and bank payouts “3–10” without a unit. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees
- Deposit turnover: “9.7. All deposits must be wagered before any withdrawal of funds connected to these deposits is allowed. Specifically: for most games, the total amount of bets placed must equal at least 3 times the deposit amount, while for table and live games, this requirement increases to 10 times the deposit amount. If multiple deposits are made without gaming activity, the combined total of these deposits must meet the respective wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the Casino charging a processing fee for deposits and withdrawals, at its sole discretion. Deposited funds must be used exclusively for gaming purposes.” A A$100 deposit means A$300 in pokie bets first, or A$1,000 at table and live games (our arithmetic).
- Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): “If we are unable to reach you by phone or email within two (2) weeks of your withdrawal request, your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled.” (§8.4) “Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.” (§9.3) Winnings “may be subject to confiscation in the event that the player fails to provide the required KYC information in its entirety within 40 days from the date of the request” (§9.9).
- Minimum withdrawal: A$75 in the terms (§11.1); the cashier list starts at A$80 for card and crypto and A$300 for bank.
- Fees: intermediary banks may charge for bank transfers, “in our experience limited to the equivalent of” A$24 (§11.7).
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months without login or play, the casino may charge “a monthly dormancy fee of €20 (or currency equivalent), deducted from your remaining balance. If your balance is less than €20, we will deduct the entire balance instead.” (§12.1) The fee is taken each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager” (§12.2).
MoonWin bonus terms and promo codes
We do not publish bonus codes. The bonus terms read on 16 October 2026 (“Last Update: 22.04.2025”) print amounts with a “$” sign and do not name the currency. The first deposit bonus is credited automatically; the second and third need a code entered with the deposit.
- First deposit from $30: 100% up to $375 and 100 free spins on Fruit Million (BGaming). From $375, the High Roller version: 125% up to $7,500 and 100 free spins on Gemhalla (BGaming).
- Second deposit from $30, with a code: 75% up to $1,500 and 50 free spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash (BGaming).
- Third deposit from $30, with a code: 50% up to $1,000 and 30 free spins on Sugar Rush 1000 (Pragmatic Play). Pragmatic Play was not in the provider list returned to our Australian connection, so we could not confirm this game for Australia.
Each step: “Full wagering requires making bets 40 times the amount of the bonus received: (deposit bonus + winnings from free spins) × 40.” and “The deposit bonus is valid for 5 days, starting from the date you receive it.” A $375 first-deposit bonus means $15,000 in bets within five days (our arithmetic).
- Maximum bet while wagering: $7.5.
- Win cap: “All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 10 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.”
- General caps: “The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds from any deposit bonuses, including weekly reload bonuses, free spins bonus, VIP cashback, coins, CPs, tournament winnings, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses and others is $15,000 or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless otherwise stated by specific bonus terms.” Free-spin winnings are capped at $150 “unless otherwise stated by specific bonus terms”, and “The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement.”
- Game weighting: slots count 100% of the bet except classic slots; table games, classic slots and video poker count 5%, live games 10% and instant games 0%. The same general terms also say: “All NON-Slots games are excluded from the bonus promotion.”
The home page shows other figures. On 16 October 2026 its banner read “UP TO $10,000 + 180” free spins, and its tiles showed “100% UP TO $7,500 + 100 FS” for the first deposit and “50% UP TO $750 + 30 FS” for the third. These are the operator's displays; this review gives the bonus terms' figures. We do not report a no-deposit offer: our records of 16 October 2026 do not show one. Deposits, cashier and PayID
PayID is not confirmed at MoonWin. It was not in the AUD cashier list returned to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026; PayID names appeared only in the site's form settings, which are not a cashier. The site's payments page returned “THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CANNOT BE FOUND.” Read why we mark PayID as not confirmed.

Names are as the cashier data gives them; a listed method is not a cashier we used. We read the list without logging in and did not see the cashier inside an account.
Games and providers
The lobby's provider list returned 79 studios to our Australian connection on 16 October 2026; the same request from a German server returned 132. The Australian list included BGaming, Belatra, Playson, Betsoft, Booongo, Booming Games, Mascot, Platipus, Yggdrasil, Spribe, Novomatic, Evoplay, Tom Horn, Peter&Sons and Popiplay.
Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, PG Soft and Amatic were in the German list only. The terms name Australia among the “Blacklisted Territories” for NetEnt (§3.3) and say Amatic is “Restricted in Australia” (§3.4).

Operator, licence and related brands
Clause 1.1 of the terms says the site “…is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica. Registration number: 3-102-893958.” It adds: “The Company operates under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The visible footer named no operator on 16 October 2026; the same sentence sat only in the page code of the licence seal.
The commission's validator, reached on 16 October 2026 with the seal details the site loads, showed Novatrix SRL, two MoonWin domains among its registered websites and “Operating status: VALID”. It prints no licence number, so 0000002 rests on the operator's word. The licensee is “authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. For disputes the terms name EGIS, “which operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (§15.5), and arbitration in Costa Rica (§17). Dazard's footer (read 12 and 16 October 2026) and terms (12 October 2026) name the same company and licence number: see our Dazard review. Brands whose terms name Novatrix SRL are grouped in our casino sister sites guide, built from checks of 30 September 2026; the brands it names do not include MoonWin. Nothing on this page is taken from another brand.
How we checked
On 12 October 2026 (06:07 UTC) and 16 October 2026 (18:21–18:38 UTC) we rendered MoonWin's home page in a browser through an Australian data-centre connection (Melbourne) and followed the redirects of the brand's domain, with a German server for comparison. On 16 October we read the terms to the end, the bonus terms, the cashier list, the site's country and restriction data and the provider list from both locations.
The same day we read ACMA's blocked list and its formal warning to Dama N.V., and reached the Tobique validator. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: MoonWin has not been scored by our rubric.
Who runs MoonWin and what did ACMA say about it?
The terms shown to Australia on 16 October 2026 (§1.1) name Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958), and Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000002. The commission's validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL that day; it did not show the licence number. ACMA's formal warning of 25 November 2024 named MoonWin among six services and Dama N.V. as their provider. Four numbered domains carrying the MoonWin name were on ACMA's blocked list on 16 October 2026.
How long do MoonWin withdrawals take?
The terms say the payment department processes withdrawals within 48 hours and the whole transfer can take up to 5 business days (§11.12); bank transfers are in principle processed within three banking days (§11.6). A verified phone number is needed before a request (§11.11). Caps are A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 a week and A$30,000 a month (§11.8, terms of 05.08.2026). We did not test a payout.
What are MoonWin's wagering requirements?
Each welcome step must be wagered 40 times: (deposit bonus + winnings from free spins) × 40, within 5 days, with a $7.5 maximum bet. Winnings while wagering are capped at 10 times the bonus. Deposits also carry a turnover rule: 3 times the deposit at most games and 10 times at table and live games before withdrawal (§9.7).
Is there a MoonWin promo code or no deposit bonus code?
We do not publish bonus codes. The bonus terms (last updated 22.04.2025) require a code for the second and third deposit bonuses; the first is credited automatically from a $30 deposit. Our records of 16 October 2026 show no no-deposit offer. The home page's “UP TO $10,000 + 180” differs from the bonus terms' amounts.
Is au-moonwin.com MoonWin's website?
No. In our records au-moonwin.com is a WordPress site registered on 3 July 2025 whose links do not lead to the casino. The Tobique validator on 16 October 2026 listed two MoonWin domains for Novatrix SRL, and au-moonwin.com was not one of them. Nothing on this page comes from that site.
