Royal Reels licence: three claims, none verified
No licence named on the site could be matched to an official register. The site gives three different bases:
- Home page FAQ: “Yes, Royal Reels is fully licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.” No number is given (12 Oct 2026).
- Support FAQ: “Yes – we are licensed by the Curacao government under sublicense N.V #365/JAZ to bring casino services to certain regions around the world.” (11 Oct 2026)
- Terms, “General” §1: “Our activities are fully approved and regulated by the laws of PAGCOR”. No licence number or licensee is given (11 and 12 Oct 2026).
The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) register numbers licences as OGL/… or CGA/…. “#365/JAZ” is not in that format, so it cannot be looked up.
On 12 October 2026 we searched three CGA lists: the online licence register (updated 9 October 2026), the enforcement register (edition of 14 September 2026) and the Art. 51.7 certificate list (dated 31 August 2026). “Digibrite” and “Royal Reels” returned no match in any of them.
The register lists companies, not brands or domains. A licence under another company name is therefore not ruled out. What the check shows is narrower: nothing on the site matches a register record.
The home page says the casino holds “the Seal of Approval from Curaçao Gaming Control Board”. Its page code had no seal or validator link on 11 or 12 October 2026, only that sentence. The PAGCOR claim gives nothing to search: no number and no licensee.
Who runs Royal Reels
The FAQ and the why-play page name the operator in the same words: “Royal Reels is owned and operated by Digibrite SRL, the same company that founded the online casino site back in 2021.” (11 and 12 Oct 2026)
The site gives no country, company number or address for Digibrite SRL. Its terms, privacy policy, AML and refund pages name no legal entity at all (12 Oct 2026). We found no company register record for Digibrite SRL.
The FAQ and the terms both date the casino to 2021. The first web archive copy of the brand’s main domain showing the casino is from 16 April 2023. We could not verify the launch date.
Royal Reels in Australia: the ACMA block
ACMA, the Australian communications regulator, lists the brand’s main domain on its blocked gambling websites list (checked 11 and 12 October 2026). The same list holds 18 numbered domains with Royal Reels-like names and three look-alike domains.
Australian internet providers block the sites on that list. From our Australian connection, the main domain forwarded to another numbered domain, which was not on the list on those dates. We do not publish that address.
The site opened from our Melbourne connection on both days, with copy aimed at Australia and no geo-block message. That connection is a data-centre address, so it does not show what a home connection in Australia sees. We did not try to register.
The operator offers its own ways around blocks. The home page refers visitors to an outside channel for “the current website address”. Its support FAQ, asked about using a VPN for region-blocked games, answers: “we see there being no harm done by using a VPN to bypass these blocks.” (11 Oct 2026). We do not pass on the channel, any address or that advice.
The operator’s AML page says the opposite: “Upon registration, a geographical location check is performed on the applicant’s computer IP to ensure that the individual is in a permitted jurisdiction.” (12 Oct 2026)
Royal Reels withdrawal time and limits
The terms set no withdrawal time and no daily, weekly or monthly cap. “Withdrawals” §1 says only: “We will endeavour to process your withdrawal request as fast as possible however some withdrawals may take longer than others”.
Two other operator pages give times that differ. The home page: “Usually, withdrawals proceed within 5-6 hours.” The support FAQ: “In all cases your withdrawal will be processed within 7 business days”. This review goes by the slower figure, 7 business days.
- Method: the home page names bank transfer for withdrawals; card and crypto withdrawals are not mentioned.
- Per withdrawal: “anywhere between $50 and $9,000 per transaction” (home page). The terms do not repeat this range.
- Before the first withdrawal: deposits must be played through “1x for PayID, 3x for Credit Card” (terms, “Withdrawals” §4). The Pay-outs page instead asks for three times the deposit “in odds 1.80”, a sports-betting wording. The sportsbook was switched off for our Australian connection.
- Fees: “We don’t charge any fees in regards to withdrawals but kindly note that your financial institution might.” (§5)
- Verification (KYC, the casino’s identity checks): the support FAQ says “in 99% of cases, we will never ask for any verification documents.” The AML page requires a passport or driver’s licence plus a utility bill or bank statement. It may ask “during onboarding, upon a withdrawal request, or any time”. The terms (§7) allow the casino to “hold funds for the time needed to validate documentation.”
- Accounts: “We strictly only allow one account per IP.” (support FAQ)
How these clauses compare with other casinos’: withdrawal times.
Deposits and PayID at Royal Reels
PayID is not confirmed. The home page FAQ says: “PayID is not currently available.” (11 and 12 Oct 2026). The terms still set a turnover rule “1x for PayID”. We saw no cashier, so neither statement could be checked against it.
The same FAQ lists deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC). The site has no public payment page, and its cashier is shown only after login. We made no deposit.
The maximum card deposit also differs between pages: “Up to $2,000 per transaction” on the home page, “up to $1,000 per transaction” on the why-play page. The support FAQ says the platform supports one currency, AUD; New Zealand accounts are in NZD.
Where PayID was confirmed in a cashier: PayID casinos; payouts to an Australian account: bank transfer.
Royal Reels bonus terms
Both welcome offers carry 40× wagering on the bonus, and we found no maximum bet or expiry in the bonus terms or offer pages (read 12 October 2026). We do not publish bonus codes.
- $10 Welcome Bonus: “Instantly added to your balance, 40x wagering requirement, maximum withdrawal $200.” That means A$400 in bets before any withdrawal (our arithmetic).
- First deposit: “100% Deposit Match (up to $500 in bonus cash), credited on your next deposit, 40x wagering requirement”. At the full A$500 that is A$20,000 in bets (our arithmetic). Minimum deposit A$30.
- Free spins: the home banner and why-play page add 50 free spins; the offer page lists none. Not verified.
- Game weighting: slots count 100% towards wagering, “table games and live dealers contribute 3%.”
- Locked balance: “The Player cannot deposit or withdraw until the wagering requirement of an active bonus has been completed, or they choose to forfeit the bonus.”
- Eligibility: once per person “(email or IP)”, one bonus at a time. The support FAQ requires a verified mobile number to reach promotions.
The operator’s own examples disagree. For a $30 deposit, the home page says $1,200 in bets; the why-play page says $900. 40× a $30 bonus is $1,200, matching the bonus terms.
The arithmetic behind any offer: casino bonuses explained and no-deposit bonuses.
Games and providers
The lobby’s provider list returned 68 studios to our Australian connection on 11 October 2026. Their game-count fields add up to 9,083. The home banner claims “8,500+ online pokies and casino games”. We did not count playable titles.
Pragmatic Play lists 790 games. Evolution shows 9 and NetEnt 8. The list also includes Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil and the brand’s own “Royal Reels Originals”.
Responsible gambling tools on the site
The site offers time-outs and self-exclusion but names no Australian help service (read 12 October 2026).
- Time-out: “Available periods for Time-out are: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 15 days.”
- Self-exclusion: the responsible gambling page says the account stays closed “for up to one year”. The self-exclusion page offers 7 to 90 days “or even for indefinite period of time”. The two pages differ.
- Help links: only GamCare (UK) and Gambling Therapy; neither Gambling Help Online nor BetStop is named.
- Deposit or loss limits: we found none in the responsible gambling page text.
Platform and sister casinos
No sister casino is confirmed. Our records (4 October 2026) note that The Pokies and Betzillo share technical traits with Royal Reels. These are the same asset-hosting pattern, MyAffiliates tracking, mail on .email domains and Cloudflare name servers.
That is a signal of one group, not proof; we found no common legal entity. By its page code, Royal Reels runs on an unnamed platform, not on SoftSwiss. More on brand families: casino sister sites guide.
How we checked
On 11 October (20:14–20:16 UTC) and 12 October 2026 (05:02–05:20 UTC) we rendered the site in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne). We read the home page, support FAQ, terms, bonus terms, Pay-outs, promotions, loyalty, AML and responsible gambling pages.
We read ACMA’s list on both days and the CGA registers on 12 October. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score.
Is Royal Reels casino licensed?
No licence could be confirmed in a register. The site makes three different licence claims: the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, a Curaçao sublicence “N.V #365/JAZ” and PAGCOR. None gives a number that a register uses. Digibrite SRL and Royal Reels were not in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register on 12 October 2026. The site shows no seal.
Who owns Royal Reels?
The site’s FAQ and its why-play page say Digibrite SRL owns and operates it. The site gives no country, company number or address, and the terms name no legal entity. We found no register record for Digibrite SRL (12 October 2026).
Is Royal Reels blocked in Australia?
Its brand domain is. ACMA lists the brand’s main domain, 18 numbered domains with Royal Reels-like names and three look-alike domains as blocked gambling websites (checked 11 and 12 October 2026). The numbered domain the main domain forwarded to was not on the list; we do not publish it.
How long do Royal Reels withdrawals take?
The terms give no time. The home page says “within 5-6 hours” and the support FAQ “within 7 business days”. No daily, weekly or monthly cap is stated; the home page gives A$50–9,000 per transaction, and the support FAQ names AUD as the only currency.
Does Royal Reels accept PayID?
Not confirmed. The operator’s FAQ says “PayID is not currently available.” (12 October 2026), although the terms mention a PayID turnover rule. The home page names bank transfer for withdrawals.
