Its terms cap a withdrawal at $5,000 per transaction and $10,000 every 10 business days. PayID is not confirmed. No referral link: we have no affiliate link for Roo Casino, and this page does not link to its site.

Operator and licence: not disclosed
Roo Casino's terms call the other party to the contract only “the Website operator” and give it the name “RooCasino” (§1.1). We searched the terms, home, About, Help and Responsible Gambling pages on 16 October 2026 and found no company name and no regulator. We could not identify who runs the casino.
The site's own settings file switches the licence block off (“showLicense”: “none”). The About page is a brand story and names no company. The terms open with a disclaimer: “As service providers spanning multiple jurisdictions, we make no claim to the legality of using our website and its features in your particular area.”
With no company and no licence number, there is nothing to look up in a regulator's register.
Roo Casino on ACMA's blocked list
ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists 16 domains carrying the Roo Casino name among blocked gambling websites: the original brand domain, 14 numbered domains and a help site. We read the list on 12 October 2026. The pages we read were on another numbered domain, which is not on the list as read that day. We do not print these addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.
The terms do not exclude Australia: the list of excluded countries in §1.6 runs from Afghanistan to Venezuela and includes the UK and the USA, but not Australia. The site's settings make Australian dollars the default currency. Its own location check read our Melbourne test connection as “USA”, so what we saw may differ from what a visitor in Australia sees.
The closed Roo Casino and Robin Roo: no link found
Search results for “Roo Casino” in Australia (16 October 2026) also show an older casino of the same name that a review site marks as closed, and Robin Roo, a different brand. We found no statement linking today's Roo Casino to the closed one. This review covers only the site we checked on 16 October 2026.
Roo Casino withdrawal limits and times
“The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is $ 5,000. Also, we will process a maximum of $ 10,000 every 10 business days.” (§4.31). Pending requests may not exceed $5,000 at a time (§4.23). A $20,000 win would need at least two of those 10-business-day periods, about four calendar weeks (our arithmetic).
“Withdrawals will have a pending period of up to 48 hours.” (§4.26). If the identity documents are not sent within those 48 hours, the withdrawal is cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance (§4.26). Amounts of $5,000 or more may go to an audit “which can take up to 7 business days” (§4.27). The terms give no payment time after that, and we have no reports on real payout speed. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.
The minimum withdrawal is $100 (§4.31). Amounts in the terms carry a “$” sign without a currency code.
Before a withdrawal: documents, turnover and fees
Before a withdrawal the player sends a “Government-issued ID with visible name, photo and signature”, “Proof of residency not older than 2 months (utility bill)” and a front and back photo of the credit card (§4.25). This is KYC, the casino's identity check, and processing takes “up to 5 business days”.
- Same method back: “Players are able to withdraw only by using the banking option used initially for depositing.” (§4.24)
- Crypto turnover: “each deposit will require a minimum of 2x turnover of the full amount in order to be available for withdrawal” (§4.15).
- Fees: players paying in fiat money (not crypto) “might be charged for depositing and/or withdrawal depending on the selected banking method and/or issuing bank”; no amounts are given (§4.10).
- Inactive and dormant accounts: after 3 months without use, a “$10 maintenance fee for each month”, with no fee if the account holds no funds. After 6 months the account is flagged as dormant: “We reserve the right to void any available funds from Dormant Accounts.” (§3.7)
- Chargebacks: “You hereby waive your claims to any chargebacks and/or any type of reverse payment request in relation to your use of the Services.” (§4.2)
Deposits and PayID
The cashier opens only after login, and we did not open an account, so we cannot list the payment methods. The public footer shows no payment logos (16 October 2026). The terms mention two kinds of payment:
- Cards: deposits “via credit/debit card” (§4.4), with no card brand named; “winnings are processed back to the card that was used for depositing only” (§4.11).
- Crypto: “This website supports multiple Crypto coins and a player can choose to use as many balances as desired.” (§4.8). The help page adds: “Note that withdrawals can only be made to the same crypto currency as the balance selected.” The minimum deposit per coin is shown only in the cashier (§4.13).
PayID is not confirmed: the cashier is behind a login, and PayID is not named in the terms or on the help pages (16 October 2026). More on why we mark PayID as not confirmed.
Bonus terms
The home-page banner advertises a welcome package of up to $4,000 plus 200 free spins and a Wheel of Luck spin over three deposits; the promotions page lists the steps (16 October 2026). First deposit: 150% up to $1,500, 100 free spins and a spin on the Wheel of Luck. Second: 100% up to $1,000 and 50 free spins. Third: 150% up to $1,500 and 50 free spins. The minimum deposit for a bonus in Australian dollars is AUD 30.
“In general, there is a 35x (times) wagering requirement linked to all bonuses which also extends to the qualifying deposit amount.” A $100 first deposit with a $150 bonus therefore means at least $8,750 in bets (our arithmetic). Deposit free spins also carry 35 times. Wagering must be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited, and the welcome offer claimed within 7 days of registration.
Single bets must stay “lower than 20% of the total value of the Active Bonus credited” and may not exceed 8 AUD. Craps, video poker, rummy, keno, crash games, live casino, progressive and table games count 0% towards wagering. Cashback winnings are capped at 15 times the cashback or 10,000 (EUR, USD, AUD or NZD). What these terms mean in practice: bonus terms explained.
The promotions page also lists Wheel of Luck, Deposit Stamps, The Perks, Daily Rewards and Progressive Cashback; we did not open their terms. We saw no bonus code on the site, and we publish no codes.
Games
The lobby's game list returned 3,526 games on 16 October 2026, with the site reading our connection as “USA”; the count may differ by region. The footer shows logos of BetGames, Betsoft, BNG, Booming Games, KA Gaming, Platipus, Reevo and TVBet. Home-page titles include The Wizard of Oz Megaways, Elvis Frog Trueways and Snoop Dogg Dollars. The site runs its own four-tier jackpot in Australian dollars.
Complaints
Complaints go only to the casino's own support. “The result of the investigation into the matter will be presented to the reporting party within 14 business days.” (§8.2). The terms name no outside dispute service, and with no operator disclosed we found no regulator to complain to. Options for players are in our guide to casino complaints.
Platform shared with GW Casino
GW Casino runs on the same platform and uses the same terms template: both sites load their settings from the same programming interface, named Billfold in the site code, and both have the licence block switched off (12 and 16 October 2026). We found no evidence that the two share an operator. GW Casino's terms are set out in our GW Casino review.
How we checked
On 16 October 2026 (18:17–18:40 UTC) we rendered Roo Casino's pages in a browser from an Australian connection, a data-centre address in Melbourne. We read the terms with the bonus rules, the home, promotions, About, Help, Responsible Gambling and search pages and the lobby's game list. On 12 and 16 October 2026 we traced where the original brand domain leads.
The site read that connection as being in the USA, so this check does not show what a visitor in Australia sees. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw; the deposit page sent us to login. This review gives no score: the site names no operator or licence, and we could not see the cashier.
Can players in Australia use Roo Casino?
The terms do not list Australia among excluded countries (§1.6), and the site's default currency is the Australian dollar (16 October 2026). ACMA lists 16 domains carrying the Roo Casino name among blocked gambling websites (list read 12 October 2026). The site names no operator or licence. What the law says for players: online casinos and Australian law.
Is there a Roo Casino no deposit bonus code?
We saw no bonus code on the site and no no-deposit offer on the promotions page (16 October 2026). Under the terms, a free bonus carries 35x wagering, at most $100 can be withdrawn from it, and the player must deposit AUD 30 before withdrawing such winnings. The welcome package is under “Bonus terms” above. How these offers work: no-deposit bonuses explained.
How does Roo Casino handle complaints?
Through its own support only: the terms promise a result within 14 business days (§8.2) and name no outside dispute service (16 October 2026). With no operator disclosed, we found no regulator to complain to. See our guide to casino complaints and support resources.
Does Roo Casino have sister sites?
GW Casino runs on the same platform with the same terms template (checked 12 and 16 October 2026). A common operator is not confirmed. RooSpin and Robin Roo are different brands.
Responsible gambling and the law
In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players).
