21bit Casino Review 2026: Operator, Licence Check and Withdrawal Limits

21bit at a glance

21bit and Australian visitors

On 12 and 16 October 2026 21bit's site and its sign-up form opened on our Australian connection with no refusal; we did not submit the form. On both days the site's own data placed our address in Australia with AUD as the default currency, and its list of sign-up countries included Australia. The pages we read contained no “outside of Australia” notice.

The restricted-country list in the terms (§2.4, “Last Updated: 27.02.2026”) does not name Australia. The terms name it only in game restrictions: NetEnt games are listed as not available there and Amatic as “Restricted” (§3.3–3.4). §3.2 adds: “Use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.”

Both checks used one data-centre address in Melbourne. They do not show what a home internet user in Australia sees.

21bit on ACMA's blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists four numbered domains carrying the 21bit name among blocked gambling websites. We read the list on 12 October 2026. We do not print these addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Operator and licence: Novatrix SRL, Tobique validator VALID

§1.1 of the terms says the website “is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica”, registration number 3-102-893958. It adds: “The Company operates under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The footer names the same company and licence.

The commission's validator, reached on 12 October 2026 with the seal details the home page loads, showed Novatrix SRL, two 21bit website addresses and “Operating status: VALID”; a second copy that day gave the same result. It prints no licence number, so the number 0000002 rests on the operator's word. The licensee, it says, is “authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. The terms name EGIS as the body for disputes the casino's own process does not settle, operating “under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (§15.5, operator's statement). Where else players can turn: our guide to casino complaints.

21bit withdrawal limits and times

The terms cap withdrawals at A$1,500 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling seven days and A$22,500 a month (§11.8), “unless specified” in a promotion's terms. Five days at the daily cap use up the week, and three weeks at the weekly cap use up the month (our arithmetic).

The limits “might be also changed” for players with a higher VIP level “at the Casino's sole discretion”; the terms do not say which level. A winning balance above A$22,500 may be paid in monthly instalments of at most A$22,500 “until the full amount has been successfully paid out”. “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits.”

The same clause sets a second ceiling: “The maximum aggregate amount of winnings attributable to the Player's first three (3) deposits that shall be eligible for withdrawal is €5,000 in total”, whether or not a bonus was taken. Winnings above it “shall be forfeited”; deposits not yet withdrawn stay withdrawable. The terms give this figure in euros only.

The minimum withdrawal is A$30 in the terms (§11.1). The AUD method list the site returned before login, identical on 12 and 16 October, varies by method: A$20–4,000 for crypto, A$30–1,500 for local bank transfer, and A$100–4,000, A$100–5,000 or A$500–6,000 for three bank transfer options. Amounts above A$1,500 still fall under the daily cap.

§11.6: “We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval. Actual payout timing depends on the chosen method and your verification status.” Bank transfers are processed “within 3 business days” (§11.10). We did not test a payout. How the stages add up: withdrawal times.

Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees

Every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn (§9.7). A deposit of A$100 therefore means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic). Several deposits made without play must be wagered as one combined total. The clause ends: “The Casino reserves the right to charge a processing fee or refuse withdrawal if wagering requirements are unmet.” It names no amount for that fee.

Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks) can include documents or a phone call, and withdrawal requests stay pending until it is complete. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of the request, “your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled” (§8.4).

On bank transfers, “intermediary banks may impose additional fees (typically up to €16)”, which the casino calls beyond its control (§11.11).

• Inactive accounts (§12.1): after 12 consecutive months without login or gameplay, the casino may deduct a dormancy fee of €25 a month (or currency equivalent); a balance below €25 is taken in full.

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed: the AUD method list the site returned before login had no method named PayID on 12 or 16 October 2026. The home page says otherwise: “PayID is listed for Australian accounts at 21bit, alongside Osko, debit Visa and Mastercard and Neosurf.” That is the operator's statement; the cashier is behind login, and we did not see it. Read why we mark PayID as not confirmed.

Cards are not confirmed either: the banking page shows a card icon, but the method list has no card. The list does show Neosurf deposits from A$10 to A$100, labelled “instant”, and crypto deposits with no limits given.

Three minimum deposits appear: “€20 (or equivalent)” in the terms (§10.4), A$15 for the welcome bonus and A$10 for Neosurf. We found no clause in the terms, bonus terms or banking page saying which one applies; we did not deposit.

21bit bonus terms

We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. The welcome package of A$3,400 plus 100 free spins covers three deposits of at least A$15 each:

• first: 100% up to A$1,400;
• second: 125% up to A$2,000 plus 25 free spins with no wagering;
• third: 75 free spins with no wagering.

The two cash caps add up to the advertised A$3,400, and the second bonus reaches its cap at a deposit of A$1,600 (our arithmetic). Cash bonuses must be wagered 45 times within 7 days: a A$1,400 bonus means A$63,000 in bets (our arithmetic). The maximum bet while wagering is A$7.50. Free spins must be activated within 3 days.

Withdrawals from the first bonus are capped at A$1,400 and from the second at A$2,000; free-spin winnings at A$50. Deposits by Skrill or Neteller do not qualify. We publish no codes. How wagering works: bonus terms explained.

Mascot Reward pays free spins for three repeatable tasks: DEPOSIT KING, BET STREAK and LOYALTY ACE. Its terms set 45 times wagering, 7 days to use the spins, a A$7.50 maximum bet and a A$75 withdrawal cap, but do not say what each task asks (12 and 17 October 2026). The site's interface text, which a guest does not see, does. DEPOSIT KING gives 10 free spins for each deposit of A$75 or more. BET STREAK gives 5 free spins for 250 or more bets in one day, credited on Mondays up to 4 times. For LOYALTY ACE (5 free spins) two lines disagree: “Earn 100 loyalty points” and “Each time you deposit AU$30 or more”. We did not open an account and have not seen the task pop-up itself.

Games and providers

The lobby's studio list returned 70 studios to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO and Hacksaw were not in it. Studios in the list include Novomatic, Playson, BGaming, Yggdrasil, Booongo, Betsoft, Evoplay and Spribe. We did not compare it with another country or record which studios supply live tables.

The same operator name in other casinos' terms

Novatrix SRL, with the same registration number and Tobique licence, is named in JeetCity's terms (our check of 12 October 2026). Spinago's terms (read 11 October 2026) name Novatrix SRL with the same number and Tobique licence (§1.1), and so do King Billy's terms shown to Australia (§1.1 and footer, read 11 October 2026). How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:07–06:24 UTC) we rendered 21bit's home page, terms, bonus terms, bonuses page, banking page and sign-up form in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne). We read the AUD method list, the sign-up country list and the studio list from the site's own data and checked the licence on the Tobique validator. On 16 October (18:14–18:19 UTC) we repeated the sign-up form, address detection, country list and method list. We read ACMA's list on 12 October. On 17 October 2026 we re-read the bonuses page and the bonus terms from the same connection, looking for free-spin and no-deposit offers, including the Mascot Reward terms and the task descriptions in the page's interface text (same text on 12 October).

We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review gives no score: 21bit has not yet been rated against our scoring rubric.

Who runs 21bit Casino and is it licensed?

Its terms and footer name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958) and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence, no. 0000002. On 12 October 2026 the commission's validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for that company, without a licence number, and tied the licence to the “Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. The terms name EGIS for disputes.

Is 21bit blocked in Australia?

How long do 21bit withdrawals take?

The terms aim to process withdrawals “within 72 hours of approval” and bank transfers within 3 business days. Caps are A$1,500 a day, A$7,500 a rolling week and A$22,500 a month, with €5,000 in total on winnings from the first three deposits, the excess forfeited. Higher VIP levels may get other limits at the casino's discretion, balances above A$22,500 may be paid in monthly instalments, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. The minimum is A$30 in the terms and A$20 to A$500 by method. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a request, the withdrawal is cancelled (terms read 12 October 2026).

Does 21bit have a live casino?

We did not record which of its studios supply live tables. The studio list returned to our Australian connection on 12 October 2026 had 70 studios, without Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO or Hacksaw. The terms say NetEnt and Amatic games are not available in Australia.

What are the 21bit welcome bonus terms?

Missions with 20 free spins are open to players with at least one deposit. The page's own text mentions five deposits; the welcome terms and offer cards give three, and we go by the terms. Mascot Reward pays free spins for three account tasks, wagered 45 times, with withdrawals capped at A$75; the site's interface text says the tasks ask for a deposit, 250 bets in a day or loyalty points (details under “21bit bonus terms”).

Does 21bit have a no deposit bonus?

No: the bonuses page showed no sign-up offer without a deposit on 12 and 17 October 2026. The operator calls two kinds of free spins “no deposit”, and both need a deposit or play first. Daily Surprise Spins need a deposit the day before: “Make at least 1 deposit in a single day (at least AU$30)”, then “Come back the next day and select no deposit Daily Surprise Spins”. The Mascot Reward terms call the task spins “no-deposit free spins” and cap withdrawals from them at A$75, yet the site's interface text says the tasks ask for a deposit, 250 bets in a day or loyalty points. The bonus terms cap winnings from no-deposit free spins at A$75. Withdrawing them needs a fully verified account and a minimum deposit. We publish no codes.
