WinSpirit Casino Review 2026: Australia Is an Excluded Territory

5.8

WinSpirit's own terms, as shown to Australian visitors, list Australia as an “Excluded Territory” (read 11 and 12 October 2026). The domain the casino ran on from our Australian connection is on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites. Its displayed pages name no operator. A company and a Curaçao licence appear only in terms the site does not display. In an Ahrefs snapshot of Australian search results for “ws casino”, a Trustpilot page about WinSpirit is titled “WS Casino Reviews”; we found no separate casino under that name (12 October 2026).

Australia is an Excluded Territory in WinSpirit's terms

The terms shown to our Australian connection exclude anyone in Australia at the time of play. The sentence, read on 11 October 2026 and again on 12 October: “Territorial restrictions on the use of the Website services apply to: Israel, USA, … Australia (if physically present in Australia at the time of play), legally uncertain territories … (from now on “Excluded Territories”).” The undisplayed version of the terms carries the same sentence.

Other parts of the same site address Australians. The home page title read “WinSpirit Casino – Real Money Pokies & Live Games AU”. The welcome banner showed 2 A$000 on 11 October and 400 USD on 12 October. The payment policy sets a rule for “Australian end-customers”, and AUD is one of seven account currencies (§7.1.2).

From our Australian connection the site opened to its lobby on both days, with no geo-block message. That connection is a data-centre address in Melbourne, so it does not show what a home internet user sees. The brand's main domain answered “The site is not available in your country.” to Australian and German connections alike. We did not open the sign-up form.

WinSpirit on ACMA's blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists the domain WinSpirit ran on from our Australian connection among blocked gambling websites. We read the list on 11 and 12 October 2026; it was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026”. Fifteen other domains with WinSpirit-like names are on it, including the domain of the support e-mail address. We do not print these addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Operator and licence: named only in undisplayed terms

The pages WinSpirit shows Australian visitors name no company. The displayed terms (Version 3.0, last updated April 06, 2026) call the provider “Winspirit, licensed online casino”. The footer has no operator line, and the site carries no licence seal. The home page says: “We hold a Curaçao gaming licence”, with no number.

A fuller version of the terms (Version 3.3, same date) sits in the site's content system but is not displayed. It names Complete Technologies N.V. (Curaçao, registration no. 133283) as the operating company. It says “payment processing is managed by” VIVIYAN CORP LIMITED of Cyprus (HE 483105). It states a Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) licence, OGL/2024/923/0383, held “since 24/Mar/2025”.

The CGA register lists that licence for Complete Technologies N.V.: B2C, issued 24-Mar-26, expires N/A, status “Indefinite”. We read the edition of 9 October 2026 on 12 October. Its issue date is a year later than the operator's “24/Mar/2025”. The register lists no website addresses, and the site has no CGA seal to query. So the register cannot tie this licence to WinSpirit.

CGA's enforcement register (edition of 14 September 2026) and its Article 51.7 list (edition of 31 August 2026) had no entry for the company or the brand on 11 October 2026.

WinSpirit withdrawal limits and times

The terms cap withdrawals at A$2,500 a week and A$40,000 a month; no daily withdrawal cap is stated. §7.6.14: “The User can withdraw a maximum of 2500 AUD per week… This amount can be increased based on the User's activity and status in the project.” At the weekly cap, a month allows about A$10,000–A$12,500. The A$40,000 monthly cap (§7.6.5) can only matter once the weekly cap is raised (our reading).

The minimum withdrawal is “equivalent to 50 USD” (§7.6.3); the home page says A$50, and this review goes by the terms. The only daily cap in the terms is on deposits: 100 000 USD (§7.6.13).

Processing takes “from 30 minutes up to 24 hours in most cases”, and up to 72 hours in exceptional cases (§7.6.2). A bank transfer then takes “from 1 hour to 3-5 banking days”; e-wallets take 1 to 24 hours. §7.6.9 sets the outer limit: “up to 7 business days”.

Other pages give other figures. The FAQ says up to 24 hours of checks, then three to five business days at the payment provider. A home-page tile reads “Up to 60 min” as the “Avg time for processing withdrawals”, with no method or period. How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees

Every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn (§7.6.18). A deposit of A$100 therefore means A$300 in bets first (our arithmetic). Funds deposited or withdrawn without wagering are blocked “until further notice” (§7.6.17).

Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks) can ask for an ID card, utility bills and both sides of the payment card (§7.3.2). The payment policy adds a photo of you with the card and a video call. Until the documents arrive, the casino may block the account. The FAQ puts verification at 2 to 24 hours; for large withdrawals the terms allow 1 to 3 days (§7.6.5).

The casino says it charges no fee of its own (§7.4, §7.6.6). The same terms also say a withdrawal “may be accompanied by a fee” depending on the method (§7.6.6). They mention “different commission percentages” (§7.6.17) and deduct “the withdrawal fee” when an account is closed (§7.7.1).

  • Inactive accounts: after six months without transactions, 10 USD a month is charged (§7.7.4).
  • Unused bonuses: may be deleted 30 days after crediting (§7.7.3).

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed: WinSpirit's cashier is shown only after login, and we did not open an account. None of the pages we read names PayID (12 October 2026). These were the home page, both versions of the terms, the bonus terms, the FAQ, the payment policy and the deposit guide. The “Bank transfer – Inpay” route on the home page is not PayID.

The home page lists cards (Visa, Mastercard), Neosurf, CashToCode, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, six cryptocurrencies and Inpay bank transfer, each from A$10. The FAQ lists a longer set of methods for all countries, including Interac, and a deposit range of 20 to 3 000 USD. The payment policy allows Australians debit cards only.

Bonus terms priced in AUD

The bonus terms quote a welcome offer in AUD, although the general terms exclude players in Australia. We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. The offer covers two deposits: 100% up to A$1,000 plus 100 free spins, then 200% up to A$1,000. Each needs a deposit of at least A$30. Wagering is 40 times the bonus, so a bonus of A$1,000 means A$40,000 in bets (our arithmetic).

The maximum bet while wagering is A$7.50. Each bonus pays out at most A$3,000, and free-spin winnings at most A$300. Table games, video poker and roulette do not count towards wagering. We publish no codes. The bonus terms print no version or date; we read them on 11 and 12 October 2026.

Games and providers

The lobby's studio list returned 97 studios to our Australian connection and 131 to a German one (12 October 2026). Thirty-seven studios in the German list were missing from the Australian one, among them Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming and ELK Studios.

The home page names Pragmatic Play and Novomatic as suppliers. It also claims “64 providers” and more than 2,500 games; we did not verify these counts. Studios in the Australian list include BGaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Playson, Spribe and Yggdrasil. Live studios include LuckyStreak and Vivo Gaming.

Largest ten first (by games in the lobby), then A to Z. A studio in this list is not a partnership we have verified.

Support, player tools and sister casinos

Support is by live chat, listed as 24/7, and by e-mail (12 October 2026). The home page says players can self-exclude for 7, 14, 30 or 90 days or permanently, or take a 24-hour cooling-off. We did not test these tools. The operator says it launched in 2022; we could not identify the platform.

Our casino sister sites guide groups WinSpirit with Lucky Hills under Complete Technologies N.V. For WinSpirit, that company is named only in the undisplayed terms (Version 3.3) read on 11 and 12 October 2026. We did not re-check Lucky Hills for this review, and this site has no Lucky Hills review.

How we checked

On 11 October (20:09–20:13 UTC) and 12 October 2026 (05:00–05:10 UTC) we rendered WinSpirit's pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne). We read the displayed and undisplayed terms, the bonus terms, FAQ, payment policy, verification page, deposit guide and lobby studio list. On 12 October we compared the studio list and the main domain with a German connection.

We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw.

Score: 5.8 out of 10 on our published rubric, which counts only what the casino commits to in writing. 4.5 to start, +0.5 for a stated monthly cap (A$40,000, §7.6.5), +0.5 for a written processing commitment (up to 72 hours, at most 7 business days, §7.6.2 and §7.6.9) and +0.25 for a written minimum withdrawal (the equivalent of 50 USD, §7.6.3), = 5.75, rounded to 5.8. Not earned: operator and regulator, because the displayed terms name neither and only the undisplayed Version 3.3 does; the weekly cap of A$2,500 is below A$7,000; no clause pays progressive jackpots outside the caps; PayID is not confirmed. No deduction: the terms set no reversible hold, and the “commission percentages” of §7.6.17 give no rate. Australia's place among the Excluded Territories, the ACMA listing and bonus size do not change the score.

Is WS Casino the same as WinSpirit?

We found no separate casino called WS Casino (12 October 2026). In an Ahrefs snapshot of Australian search results for “ws casino” (requested 12 October 2026; a third-party tool), 8 of the first 10 results were about WinSpirit, among them a Trustpilot page titled “WS Casino Reviews” for a WinSpirit domain. We found the name on none of WinSpirit's own pages. The one site branded WS Casino that we found has no lobby or cashier, and its buttons led to the sign-up page of a different casino.

Is WinSpirit Casino legit?

Its licence could not be linked to WinSpirit in public records (12 October 2026). The pages WinSpirit displays name no operator and give “a Curaçao gaming licence” without a number. Terms the site does not display name Complete Technologies N.V. and CGA licence OGL/2024/923/0383. The CGA register lists that licence as “Indefinite” (edition of 9 October 2026) but lists no domains, so its link to WinSpirit cannot be verified.

Does WinSpirit accept players from Australia?

Its own terms list Australia as an “Excluded Territory” for anyone “physically present in Australia at the time of play” (read 11 and 12 October 2026). The domain the casino used from our Australian connection is on ACMA's blocked list, last updated 20 July 2026.

What are WinSpirit's withdrawal limits?

The terms cap withdrawals at A$2,500 a week, which can be raised by account status, and A$40,000 a month. No daily withdrawal cap is stated. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of 50 USD (terms read 11 October 2026).

How long do WinSpirit withdrawals take?

The terms say processing takes 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases, and up to 72 hours in exceptional cases. A bank transfer then takes 1 hour to 3–5 banking days, and the maximum is 7 business days. A home-page tile showing “Up to 60 min” gives no method or period.

Responsible gambling and the law

In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 October 2026; what the law means for players). Not confirmed. The casino states a licence on its own pages; we found no regulator record that confirms it.
