JeetCity Casino Review 2026: Licence Check, Withdrawal Limits and ACMA Listing

CASINO REVIEW

JeetCity's terms name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica as operator, the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed that company as “VALID”, and the brand's main domain is on ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites (all checked 12 October 2026).

Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission if you open an account with a casino through the offer links on this page. The casino pays it; it does not change what you deposit, the bonus you are offered or the terms you play under. The facts and the rating in this review come from reading the operator’s own terms and cashier, and a commission does not move either. No casino reviewed here holds an Australian licence — online casino games cannot be licensed in Australia — and the decision to register is yours alone. 18+ only. Full disclosure. We have no referral link to JeetCity.

JeetCity and Australian visitors

On 12 October 2026 JeetCity's site and its “Register Now” form opened on our Australian connection with no refusal; we did not submit the form. The site's own data placed our address in Australia, set AUD as the default currency and listed Australia among 26 sign-up countries. We saw no notice turning Australian visitors away.

The restricted-country list in the terms (§2.4, “Last Updated: 05.08.2026”) does not name Australia. The terms name it only in game restrictions: NetEnt games are listed as not available there, Amatic as “Restricted” and Microgaming as “Blocked” (§3.3–3.4).

These were two checks on one day, at 06:03 and 06:29 UTC, from a data-centre address in Melbourne. They do not show what a home internet user in Australia sees, and one day is not a series of checks.

JeetCity on ACMA's blocked list

ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, lists the brand's main domain and eight numbered domains carrying the JeetCity name among blocked gambling websites. We read the list on 12 October 2026; the copy we read on 11 October showed the same entries. We do not print these addresses. What a listing means for players is in our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

Operator and licence: Novatrix SRL, Tobique validator VALID

§1.1 of the terms says the website “is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica”, registration number 3-102-893958. It adds: “The Company operates under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The footer names the same company and licence.

The commission's validator, opened from the footer seal on 12 October 2026, showed Novatrix SRL, two JeetCity website addresses and “Operating status: VALID”. It prints no licence number, so the number 0000002 rests on the operator's word. The licensee, it says, is “authorised to offer games of chance in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Act 2023”. What such a licence does and does not give an Australian player: our guide to online casinos and Australian law.

The terms name EGIS as the body for disputes the casino's own process does not settle, operating “under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission” (§15, operator's statement). Where else players can turn: our guide to casino complaints.

JeetCity withdrawal limits and times

The terms cap withdrawals at A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 a week and A$30,000 a month, “unless otherwise specified” in a promotion's terms (§11.8). Two days at the daily cap use up the week, and two weeks at the weekly cap use up the month. Withdrawing a balance of A$100,000 would take at least four months: A$30,000 in each of the first three and A$10,000 in the fourth (our arithmetic).

The same clause allows exceptions for players “with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino's sole discretion”. The terms do not say which level that is. The next clause adds: “All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full” (§11.9).

The minimum withdrawal is A$75 in the terms (§11.1). The AUD method list the site returned before login sets it higher: A$80 for card, bank transfer and crypto, A$100 for local bank transfer, each up to A$7,500. The cashier after login may differ; we did not see it.

“From our side, our payment department process all withdrawals within 48 hours,” says §11.12; the transfer itself “can take up to 5 business days” depending on the method. The FAQ gives a longer figure: “Some payment methods may require up to 7 working days to process your cashout.” We did not test a payout. How the stages add up: withdrawal times.

Before a withdrawal: turnover, verification and fees

Every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn, and ten times at table and live games (§9.7). A deposit of A$100 therefore means A$300 in bets first, or A$1,000 at table and live games (our arithmetic). Several deposits made without play are added together and must meet the requirement as one sum. The clause goes on: “Failure to meet these requirements may result in the Casino charging a processing fee for deposits and withdrawals, at its sole discretion.” It names no amount for that fee.

A withdrawal request needs a verified phone number: “In order to be able to create withdrawal requests your phone number should be verified” (§11.11). Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks) can include documents or a phone call. If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of the request, “your account will be locked and your withdrawal will be canceled” (§8.4).

The FAQ says: “All transactions are free of charge.” That does not match §9.7, which lets the casino charge a processing fee when deposits have not been wagered as required; the terms and the FAQ disagree here. On bank transfers, intermediary banks may charge; the terms put this, in the casino's experience, at up to the equivalent of AUD 24 (§11.7).

  • Inactive accounts (§12.1): after 12 consecutive months without login or gameplay, the casino may deduct a dormancy fee of €20 a month (or currency equivalent) from the balance.

Deposits and PayID

PayID is not confirmed: the AUD method list the site returned before login on 12 October 2026 has no method named PayID, and the site's payments page returned “We can't find the page you're looking for”. Read why we mark PayID as not confirmed.

The terms set the minimum deposit at “€20 (or equivalent)” (§10.4). The AUD method list starts higher, at A$30 for card and Neosurf (up to A$7,500) and A$50 for funanga (up to A$1,600), all labelled “instant”.

JeetCity bonus terms

We report these terms as published, not as an offer to Australian players. The home page advertises a welcome offer of up to $10,000 plus 200 free spins; the promotions page splits it over three deposits, the first at 100% up to $7,500 plus 100 free spins. The bonus terms (“Last Update: April 22, 2025”) are narrower: the standard first-deposit bonus is 100% up to A$375 plus 100 free spins, from a deposit of at least A$30. We found no offer without a deposit on the promotions page on 12 and 17 October 2026; we read the terms of all ten offers on 17 October.

A$7,500 comes only from a separate high-roller bonus: 125% up to A$7,500 plus 100 free spins, from a deposit of at least A$375. It reaches that ceiling at a deposit of A$6,000 (our arithmetic). The second and third deposits get 100% up to A$1,500 and 50% up to A$1,000, from A$30 each, with codes we do not publish. The home-page $10,000 is the high-roller ceiling plus these two (our arithmetic).

Wagering is 40 times the deposit bonus plus free-spin winnings, within 5 days. A A$375 bonus therefore means at least A$15,000 in bets (our arithmetic). The welcome terms cap the bet at “$7.5 (or equivalent in other currencies)” (§11); a general clause sets “$3 … unless stated otherwise” (“Statuses & Complimentary Points” §8). Winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus, A$3,750 on a A$375 bonus (our arithmetic), and free-spin winnings at A$75 unless stated otherwise (general bonus terms §1).

Clause 13 of the welcome terms says “This restriction applies to all Welcome Deposit Bonuses” and that future bonuses “can be claimed using these payment methods”, but neither it nor the clauses before it name the methods. Which payment methods are excluded from the welcome bonus is therefore not stated. How wagering works: bonus terms explained.

Games and providers

The lobby's studio list returned 79 studios to our Australian connection and 132 to a German one (12 October 2026). Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming were not in the Australian list. Studios in it include BGaming, Booongo, Playson, Yggdrasil, Novomatic, Betsoft, Evoplay and Spribe. We did not record which of them supply live tables.

The same operator name in other casinos' terms

Novatrix SRL, with the same registration number and Tobique licence, is named in 21bit's terms (our check of 12 October 2026). Spinago's terms (read 11 October 2026) name Novatrix SRL with the same number and Tobique licence (§1.1), and so do King Billy's terms shown to Australia (§1.1 and footer, read 11 October 2026). Our reviews of King Billy and Spinago cover those casinos. Our casino sister sites guide lists JeetCity under Novatrix SRL.

How we checked

On 12 October 2026 (06:03–06:29 UTC) we rendered JeetCity's home page, terms, bonus terms, promotions page and FAQ in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne), and repeated part of the check by direct request. We read the AUD method list, the sign-up country list and the studio list from the site's own data, compared studios with a German connection and checked the licence on the Tobique validator. We read ACMA's list on 11 and 12 October. On 17 October 2026 we re-read the promotions page and the bonus terms from the same connection, looking for offers without a deposit, and opened the own pages of the two offers whose terms the bonus terms do not cover, so the terms of all ten offers were read.

We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review gives no score: JeetCity has not yet been rated against our scoring rubric.

Is JeetCity Casino legit?

Its terms and footer name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958), and the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed “Operating status: VALID” for that company on 12 October 2026. The licence number 0000002 comes from the terms, not the validator. The validator ties the licence to the “Tobique Gaming Act 2023”, and the brand's main domain is on ACMA's blocked list. The terms name EGIS for disputes.

How long do JeetCity withdrawals take?

The terms say the payment department processes withdrawals within 48 hours and the transfer can take up to 5 business days, depending on the method; the FAQ says some methods need up to 7 working days. A verified phone number is required before a withdrawal request, and if the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of it, the withdrawal is cancelled (terms read 12 October 2026).

What are JeetCity's withdrawal limits?

The terms cap withdrawals at A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 a week and A$30,000 a month; progressive jackpot wins are paid in full (§11.9). The minimum is A$75 in the terms, but A$80 for card, bank transfer and crypto and A$100 for local bank transfer in the AUD method list shown before login (12 October 2026).

What are JeetCity's wagering requirements?

Welcome bonuses are wagered 40 times the deposit bonus plus free-spin winnings, within 5 days. The maximum bet is $7.5 in the welcome terms and $3 in a general clause “unless stated otherwise”. Winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus, free-spin winnings at A$75. The standard first-deposit bonus is 100% up to A$375; A$7,500 applies only to the 125% high-roller bonus. Deposits must be wagered 3 times, or 10 times at table and live games (read 12 October 2026).

Does JeetCity have a no deposit bonus?

No. We found no offer without a deposit on the promotions page on 12 and 17 October 2026; on 17 October we read the terms of all ten offers, and each needed a deposit or a VIP status. The general bonus terms still set a rule for no-deposit bonuses: their winnings can be withdrawn only after at least one valid deposit. Free-spin winnings are capped at A$75 “unless stated otherwise” (general terms §1). We publish no codes.

Does JeetCity give free spins?

Only with a deposit or a VIP status, on the promotions page of 12 and 17 October 2026; the loyalty programme in the bonus terms also gives free spins for statuses reached by real-money play. The first deposit brings 100 free spins with the welcome bonus. On Mondays a deposit of at least A$30 brings 30 free spins. On Wednesdays a deposit of at least $30 (no currency code on the offer) brings 25 free spins, with a code we do not publish. Game of the Month gives 25, 50 or 75 free spins for a deposit of $75, $112.5 or $150 (no currency code on the offer) with a code we do not publish, wagered 40, 35 or 30 times (17 October). Free-spin winnings are capped at A$75 unless stated otherwise (general bonus terms §1).

Is JeetCity blocked in Australia?

ACMA lists the brand's main domain and eight numbered domains carrying the JeetCity name among blocked gambling websites (read 12 October 2026). The restricted-country list in JeetCity's terms (§2.4, last updated 05.08.2026) does not name Australia. The terms say NetEnt, Amatic and Microgaming games are not available in Australia.
