FairCrown Casino Review 2026: Licence, Withdrawal Limits and Bonus Terms

Not scored by our published rubric

FairCrown's terms name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica as operator, and the Tobique Gaming Commission's validator showed “VALID” for that company on 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026; no FairCrown domain is on ACMA's blocked list (6 Nov 2026). The Anjouan licence register also lists the brand's main domain, under a licence whose validator text excludes Australia.

The terms cap withdrawals at €1,000 a day for players with fewer than ten deposits and/or less than €1,000 deposited, and at €4,000 a day otherwise; an account that does not pass verification within two weeks of the casino's request is closed and its funds confiscated (terms read 6 Nov 2026). The welcome package carries 40x wagering, and its wins are capped at 10 times the bonus. PayID is not confirmed.

Licence and operator

The terms (§1.1) say the website “is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica”, registration number 3-102-893958, and that “The Company operates under license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.” The footer repeats both points. What an offshore licence means for players in Australia: online casinos and Australian law.

The commission's validator, opened from the site's seal on 12 Oct 2026, showed “Operating status: VALID” for Novatrix SRL. It listed two registered websites carrying the FairCrown name, including the numbered domain our Australian connection was sent to, and had no list of excluded territories. Queried without the seal, the validator answered “INVALID”; that query is not a licence check. Opened from the seal again on 6 Nov 2026, it still showed “VALID” for Novatrix SRL, with two registered websites carrying the FairCrown name.

The Anjouan licence register, read on 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026, lists the brand's main domain among 63 domains of Novatrix SRL under licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, issued 25 August 2025 and valid until 24 August 2027. The numbered domain our Australian connection was sent to is not on that list (6 Nov 2026). The pages displayed to our Australian connection name only Tobique; the code of the same pages carries an undisplayed footer and terms text naming Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 (12 Oct 2026).

The Anjouan validator page, opened on 16 Oct 2026, states: “Excluded Territories: Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA.” Without a seal it returned “INVALID” for FairCrown's domains and for a control domain from the same register entry, so its status settles nothing.

The same Anjouan register entry for Novatrix SRL also lists the domains of Ricky Casino, King Billy and Spinago. Each brand is checked on its own page, and none of their findings are used here. More on other Novatrix SRL brands.

Access from Australia

No FairCrown domain was on the list of blocked gambling websites kept by ACMA, the Australian Communications and Media Authority, when we read it on 12 and 16 Oct and 6 Nov 2026; the list was marked “Last updated: 20 July 2026” each time.

On 12 Oct 2026 the brand's main domain sent our Australian connection to a numbered domain carrying the FairCrown name, and a German connection to another one. The site opened with its lobby, sign-in and an AUD welcome offer. Its sign-up country list names 13 countries, Australia first, with AUD as the default currency for Australia.

The terms' list of 234 “Restricted Countries” (§2.4, Version 1.0) does not name Australia; we read it on 12 Oct 2026 (“Last Updated: 14.07.2026”) and again on 6 Nov 2026 (“Last Updated: 12.10.2026”). The pages shown to our Australian connection on 12 Oct 2026 carried no “outside of Australia” notice.

That check ran on one day from a Melbourne data-centre server, not a home connection. A repeat on 16 Oct 2026 met a Cloudflare page, “Sorry, you have been blocked”, from both our Australian and German servers; it concerned our servers and says nothing about players. On 6 Nov 2026, from a Sydney internet-provider address, the home page opened with a sign-up form and the same “A$10 000 + 500 FS” offer; direct requests for inner pages met a Cloudflare check from both the Australian and the German connection, and the terms opened when followed from the home page. None of this is a finding that Australian players can sign up. What the law says: online casinos and Australian law.

Deposits and withdrawals

FairCrown gives three sets of payment figures, and they do not agree. Its payments page, read 12 Oct 2026, lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and MiFinity deposits from A$20 to A$4,000 at 0% fee, plus CoinsPaid crypto. For withdrawals it lists bank transfer from A$100 to A$4,000 in “3-5 days” and CoinsPaid from A$20 to A$4,000 marked “Instant”. The page adds: “Please note that payment methods depend on your region.”

The AUD method list the site returned before login shows card deposits from A$30 to A$4,000 and Neosurf from A$30 to A$6,000. It lists withdrawals of A$30 to A$7,000 by card, local bank transfer and crypto, and labels the bank method “instant”. “Instant” is the casino's label; this review goes by the terms. We could not read this list again on 6 Nov 2026 (the site's bot check answered instead).

The terms give the third set: withdrawal requests “may take up to 24 hours to be processed on the casino's end; however, they are typically completed much sooner” (§11.8), and “All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days.” (§11.10). How the stages of a payout add up: withdrawal times.

PayID is not confirmed at FairCrown. The word did not appear on any FairCrown page or in the AUD method list we read on 12 Oct 2026, and the local bank method carries no name. We did not open an account, so the cashier behind login was not checked. Why we mark PayID this way: PayID casinos.

Withdrawal limits and caps

§11.8 sets a daily withdrawal limit of €4,000, a weekly limit of €8,000 and a monthly limit of €30,000, each “(or equivalent)”. Two days at the daily limit reach the weekly one (our arithmetic). Wins above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments. One withdrawal a day is processed, and one request is accepted every 12 hours. The clause ends: “Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits. Cryptocurrency limits are determined by the exchange rate at time of request (Coinbase Converter).”

Newer accounts get a lower cap: players “whose total number of deposits is fewer than ten (10) and/or whose cumulative deposit amount is less than 1,000 EUR (or equivalent)” are limited to €1,000 a day, “regardless of the standard withdrawal limits specified above. The Casino reserves the right to apply this restriction until both requirements are met.” The same clause caps profit from casino games at €50,000 per 24 hours for non-VIP players and €100,000 for VIP players, progressive jackpots excluded.

  • Deposit turnover: “Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times in slots (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount), or 10 times in other types of games (table games, roulette, video poker, etc.) (player must place bets ten times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino.” (§9.7). An A$100 deposit means A$300 in slot bets first (our arithmetic).
  • Verification (KYC, the casino's identity checks): the casino “may require a live phone verification in addition to document checks”. “If we cannot verify your identity or suspect fraud especially when provided phone numbers are invalid or missing - we may close your account permanently and forfeit any winnings. Failure to pass verification within two (2) weeks of our request will result in account termination and funds confiscation.” (§8.4, read 6 Nov 2026; §9.3 repeats it word for word). The KYC policy says reviewing documents “could be up to 30 working days from the moment when the client provided all requested documents” (read 12 Oct 2026).
  • Currency: “Our internal operating currency is EUR.” (§11.10).
  • Inactive accounts: an account with no login or gameplay for 180 consecutive days is “dormant”, and “the Casino reserves the right to deduct a dormancy fee or otherwise reduce any remaining balance, in whole or in part, and/or close the Account.” (§12.1). The clause names no amount. Deductions may be made at the start of each month “until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your Account by logging in and placing a wager.” (§12.2)

Bonus terms

On 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026 the home page advertised “A$10 000 + 500 FS” (operator's statement). The five welcome steps in the bonus terms add up to the same A$10,000 and 500 free spins (our arithmetic); the bonus terms were the same when we re-read them on 6 Nov 2026. We publish no bonus codes.

  • Five deposits: 120% plus 100 free spins, up to A$2,000; 100% plus 100, up to A$1,500; 75% plus 50, up to A$2,500; 75% plus 100, up to A$3,000; 100% plus 150, up to A$1,000. Minimum deposit A$30 for each step.
  • Wagering: “The wagering requirement is 40x.” The terms do not say whether this applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. On the bonus alone, an A$2,000 first-deposit bonus means A$80,000 in bets (our arithmetic).
  • Time limits: “The unclaimed bonus expires in 3 days. The claimed bonus expires in 7 days.” (each step).
  • Maximum bet while wagering: A$8, “unless otherwise specified”.
  • Win caps: winnings from any cash bonus, “including, but not limited to Welcome Package”, “will equal the bonus amount multiplied by 10 unless otherwise stated. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited upon withdrawal. Please note that until withdrawal of relevant balance is processed, funds on the balance will be considered a subject to maximum winnings rule.” An A$2,000 bonus can pay out at most A$20,000 (our arithmetic). Winnings from any free-spins bonus are capped at A$150, with the same forfeit rule.
  • Game weighting: slots count 100%, except a named list of slots at 50%.

The bonus terms call all bonuses “non-sticky”: “you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money” (the term is explained in our bonus terms guide). They name Pragmatic Play “Prize slot” titles, such as Big Bass Splash for the first deposit; Pragmatic Play was not in the studio list returned to our Australian connection. We did not check which game an Australian account gets.

No sign-up offer without a deposit was listed in the bonus terms or on the home page we read on 12 Oct 2026. The terms say “Cashback is a no-deposit bonus with a minimal wager requirement”: weekly cashback starts “Only after making 2 deposits”, ranges from A$25 to A$300 and carries 10x wagering. No-deposit winnings are capped at A$75 (§11.7), and cashing them out requires a deposit first.

Games and studios available from Australia

The lobby's studio list returned 98 studios with 9,090 games to our Australian connection and 171 studios to a German one (12 Oct 2026). Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Nolimit, Red Tiger, PG Soft and Amatic were missing from the Australian list. It included Yggdrasil (166 games), BGaming, Booongo, Playson, Playtech, Novomatic, Spribe and Betsoft.

The terms (§3) restrict three studios by name: “NetEnt games are not available in a longer list of countries including Australia”, “Microgaming: Blocked in USA, UK, France, Australia, etc.” and “Amatic: Restricted in Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece, USA.”

Support and complaints

FairCrown's About page points players to support by email; we do not print the address. For disputes the terms name EGIS: “We cooperate with EGIS, which operates under the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission.” (operator's statement). We did not contact support or EGIS.

What should give you pause

  • The Anjouan register lists the brand's main domain under a Novatrix SRL licence (read 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026) whose validator text excludes Australia (16 Oct 2026). The pages displayed to our Australian connection name only Tobique; the code of the same pages carries an undisplayed footer and terms text naming Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 (12 Oct 2026).
  • Our access checks ran from a Melbourne data-centre server (12 Oct 2026) and a Sydney internet-provider address (6 Nov 2026), not from a home connection.
  • The payments page, the method list and the terms give different deposit minimums, per-withdrawal limits and times.
  • The terms' limits are in euros; accounts with fewer than ten deposits and/or less than €1,000 deposited are capped at €1,000 a day.
  • The terms do not say what the 40x welcome wagering applies to.
  • PayID not confirmed.
  • Document checks can take up to 30 working days (KYC policy, 12 Oct 2026), while the terms end the account and confiscate funds if verification is not passed within two weeks of the casino's request (§8.4, 6 Nov 2026).
  • After 180 days without login or gameplay, the casino may reduce the balance in whole or in part, monthly until it reaches zero, and/or close the account; no fee amount is named (§12.1–12.2).
  • The bonus terms name Pragmatic Play prize slots, while Pragmatic Play was absent from the Australian studio list.

How we checked

On 12 Oct 2026 (06:07–06:26 UTC) we rendered FairCrown's pages in a browser from an Australian connection (Melbourne data centre): home page, terms, bonus terms, payments page, FAQ, KYC policy and About page. We also read the AUD payment methods returned before login, the sign-up country and currency lists and the lobby studio list. Studios were compared with a German connection.

The same day we opened the Tobique validator from the site's seal and read the Anjouan register and ACMA's list. On 16 Oct 2026 we re-read ACMA's list and the Anjouan validator; the casino's own pages could not be re-read that day.

On 6 Nov 2026 (12:52–13:12 UTC) we re-read the home page, the terms and the bonus terms in a browser from an Australian internet-provider address in Sydney, opened the Tobique validator from the site's seal again and re-read ACMA's list; at 15:17 UTC we re-read the Anjouan register. The payments page, the KYC policy, the method list and the Anjouan validator were not re-read that day; their findings keep their October dates. We did not create an account, deposit or withdraw. This review carries no score: FairCrown has not been scored by our rubric.

Is FairCrown Casino legit?

Its terms and footer name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica (no. 3-102-893958) and Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002. The commission's validator, opened from the site's seal, showed “VALID” for the company and two registered websites on 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026. The Anjouan register lists the brand's main domain under Novatrix licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 (read 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026), whose validator text excludes Australia (16 Oct 2026). The pages displayed to our Australian connection name only Tobique; the code of the same pages carries an undisplayed footer and terms text naming that Anjouan licence (12 Oct 2026). What an offshore licence means for players in Australia: online casinos and Australian law.

How long do FairCrown withdrawals take?

The terms say requests may take up to 24 hours on the casino's side and bank transfers are processed within 3 business days. The payments page lists bank transfer at “3-5 days” and CoinsPaid as “Instant”, the casino's label (12 Oct 2026). Document checks can take up to 30 working days (KYC policy, 12 Oct 2026), and failing verification within two weeks of the casino's request ends the account with funds confiscated (terms, read 6 Nov 2026).

What are FairCrown's deposit and withdrawal limits?

The sources disagree. The terms cap withdrawals at €4,000 a day, €8,000 a week and €30,000 a month, and at €1,000 a day for players with fewer than ten deposits and/or less than €1,000 deposited; progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count toward these limits (read 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026). The payments page lists deposits from A$20 and bank withdrawals from A$100 to A$4,000; the method list returned before login shows card deposits from A$30 and withdrawals up to A$7,000 (12 Oct 2026). Each deposit must be wagered 3 times in slots (10 times in other games) before withdrawal; otherwise the casino has a right to charge a fee.

What are the FairCrown welcome bonus terms?

The package is up to A$10,000 plus 500 free spins over five deposits, with a minimum deposit of A$30 for each. Wagering is 40x, without saying of what; the bonus expires 3 days unclaimed or 7 days claimed, and the maximum bet is A$8. Winnings from the package are capped at 10 times the bonus, and free-spin winnings at A$150 (bonus terms, read 12 Oct and 6 Nov 2026).

Does FairCrown have a no deposit bonus code?

No sign-up offer without a deposit was listed in the bonus terms or on the home page we read on 12 Oct 2026. The only offer the terms call a no-deposit bonus is weekly cashback, which starts after two deposits, ranges from A$25 to A$300 and carries 10x wagering; no-deposit winnings are capped at A$75. The terms contain deposit codes; we do not publish promo or bonus codes.

Responsible gambling and the law

In ACMA's words, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 “makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer some online services to people in Australia”, and ACMA's list of banned services includes “online casinos” (read 12 Oct 2026; what the law means for players).
