The video poker game screen consists of a control panel and a playing field. The playing field features 5 cards above which there is a payout table for each combination and 2 funny jesters that are wishing you good luck.
The control panel features a bunch of keys for operating the video poker game. Before the game starts, you need to choose the size of your bet. In order to select the bet size, you need to use two triangle-shaped buttons that say + and -. Press either of these buttons to change the size of your bet. If you want to keep placing the highest bet, click the Max Bet button. Once you’re done setting your bet size, go ahead and click the Deal button.
Once the game starts, all 5 cards on the screen are revealed. You need to decide which cards to keep and which ones to replace. To keep a card, you need to simply click on it. To change the rest, click the Deal button again. If you get a winning hand, the Joker Poker video poker will offer you a risk game where you have a chance to double your winnings. You can accept the challenge or pass on the Risk game. The choice is yours!
How to play Joker Poker
There are 2 variations of this game. In the first variation, the Joker acts as a separate card that features a jester with a cap. This game is played with 53 cards. In the other variation, any randomly selected card can act as a joker.
Joker can participate in any combination except a pair, two pairs, a straight flush, and a royal flush. It is also worth noting that if you have collected a Straight with the Joker, and your opponent has collected a Straight without the Joker, your hand loses. Although the Joker helps form winning combinations, the real combination without the Joker will always be higher than the same combo with the Joker.
Payouts in Joker Poker
Joker Poker has the same hands as Texas Hold'em. The only difference is that there is no high card, and the game does not take into account any pair of cards below the kings.
