Purpose

This page describes how this website prepares its operator descriptions and comparisons. It is published so readers can decide how much weight to give the content.

What we look at

When we prepare a description of an operator, we consider information that the operator publishes about itself, information published by the operator's regulator (where one exists and is publicly searchable), publicly available reports about the operator's conduct, and publicly available consumer feedback. We do not audit operators and we do not have access to operators' internal records.

What we do not do

• We do not certify that any operator is "safe".
• We do not guarantee any bonus, payout, feature or experience.
• We do not warrant the legality of any operator in any specific jurisdiction.
• We do not provide financial, legal or therapeutic advice.
• We do not recommend that any reader start gaming.

How commercial arrangements interact with content

We are funded in part by commercial arrangements with some of the operators we describe. A commercial arrangement does not, on its own, cause an operator to be described more favourably. Updates

Operator information changes frequently. We aim to review descriptions periodically, but we cannot guarantee that any given description is current. The operator's own current terms always prevail over anything described on this website.
